Abstract

519,243. Bed covers &c. SLATER, T., and BOOTH & FOX, Ltd. Oct. 7, 1938, No. 29091. [Class 142 (iv)] A bed spread, cot cover, &c. comprises a main cover member or sheet of silk or cotton 1 and a removable ornamental panel 2 secured in position by press studs &c. 3 and enclosing padding such as a quilted member 9, which can be removed in warm weather, secured to the sheet 1 are side section G, and lower end section 7 depending over the sides of the bed &c. and a quilted and thinly padded top section 12. The frame like part may have tubular portions or flaps 5 which may have hooks engaging loops on the base 1 and on the member 9, when the panel 2 is removed. The latter may be sewn to the end edge 8a and to pans or the longitudinal edges of the base 1.
