[Class 139] The side and rear walls of a clock are formed in one piece from a sheet of metal, the housing having a flange-like enlargement b wherein the glass d and the dial c are held by lugs e cut from the edge of the housing and bent over, a facing ring f being fitted having a flange extending to the glass. More lugs are stamped out than are required as a provision in case of breakage of a lug during repairs.
