Abstract
467,000. Roll holders. HANSSON, O. Sept. 14, 1936, No. 25069. [Class 18] A number of rolls of wrapping paper are stored in a counter drawer having an open front, separate supports 11 for two or more rolls 2, 3 substantially aligned in axial direction in the front of the drawer, further supports 11 for one or more additional rolls 4 behind the front rolls, and knives for cutting the withdrawn paper. The knives 13 for the front rolls are carried by spring-pressed arms 14 supported upon a bar 15 above the rolls 2, 3. The paper from the rear roll 4 passes over a roller 20 covered with rubber and is cut by a knife 21 spring-pressed against the roller 20. An angle iron 19 slidable vertically rests on the rear roll 4.
