DETAILED DESCRIPTION
In the description of the present invention, it should be understood that the terms indicating directional or positional relations such as "over," "on," "above," "below," "under," "front" and "rear" are based on the directional or positional relations shown in the drawings. They are only for facilitating and simplifying the description of the present invention, and do not indicate or imply that the devices or components in question must possess specific directions or be constructed and operated in specific directions, so they cannot be understood as limitations to the present invention In order to facilitate understanding of those skilled in the art, the present invention below will be further described with reference to embodiments and accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 to Fig. 4 show a goods separation device for shelf, the shelf comprises a lower rack 1, and an upper rack 2. The upper rack 2 is arranged above the lower rack 1 and can slide along a straight line in the same plane relative to the lower rack 1. The shelf further comprises a pallet 3, which is arranged on the upper rack 2 and the front end of the pallet 3 is provided with a stopper 11, which can prevent goods from slipping off the shelf The lower rack 1 is provided with a mounting plate 6, the mounting plate 6 is provided with a buckle plate 7, the buckle plate 7 is provided with a plurality of fixed buckles 8 in a spaced manner, and each fixed buckle 8 is provided with a plurality of clamping slots 9 in a spaced manner. Preferably, the upper rack 2, the lower rack I and the pallet 3 can be arranged in an inclined manner, so that when the forefront commodity is taken, the subsequent commodity slides to the front end to automatically fill up the vacant without the sorting of the staff. The fixed buckle 8 has an effect of buckling to facilitate mounting and fixing. A plurality of clamping slots 9 are provided, which can adjust the angle of inclination of the lower rack 1.
In this embodiment, a first slideway 13 is arranged on each of the two sides of the lower rack 1, and accordingly, the upper rack 2 is provided with second slideways 14, which are matched with and slidably connected to the first slideways 13. Through the slidable connection between the upper rack 2 and the lower rack 1, the pallet 3 is pushed out or retracted to facilitate use In this embodiment, each fixed buckle 8 has two clamping slots 9. Specifically, as shown in Fig. 3, when one of the fixed buckles 8 is clamped, the angle of inclination of the lower rack 1 is 72.9°. As shown in Fig. 4, when another fixed buckle 8 is clamped, the angle of inclination of the lower rack 1 is 87.6°.
As shown in Fig. 5 to Fig. 8, the goods separation device comprises a plurality of separation assembly that are mounted on the surface of the pallet 3 in a detachable manner. Each separation assembly comprises: a separator 4, a cover 5 that is arranged on the separator 4 and used to cover the goods, and a push assembly 10 A plurality of locking positions 36 are arranged on the pallet 3 lengthwise, and at least one buckle portion 46 matched with the locking positions 36 is arranged on each of the separators 4, so that the separator 4 is connected to the pallet 3 in a buckling manner, thereby adjusting the space between the separators according to the size of the goods.
In the embodiment as shown in the figures, two rows of evenly spaced locking positions 36 are arranged on the pallet 3 lengthwise, and two buckle portions 46 are arranged on each separator 4 and can be combined with any two parallel locking positions 36 on the pallet 3.
The push assembly 10 comprises a push plate 102, a spring fixer 104 arranged in the rear part of the push plate 102, and a reset spring 106 received and fixed inside the spring fixer 104. A groove 42 is arranged on a side of the separator 4 lengthwise, and allows the reset spring 106 to move inside the groove 42 The spring fixer 104 is movably connected to the groove 42 by means of a connector (not shown in the figures) and can move back and forth along the groove 42 One end of the reset spring 106 is fixed inside the spring fixer 104, and the other end is connected to the front end of the groove 42 in a fixed manner When the reset spring 106 is in a free state, the push assembly 10 is located at the front end of the shelf After goods are placed on the shelf the push plate 102 of the push assembly 10 pushes the subsequent goods forward under the action of an elastic force.
A track type cover regulator 44 is arranged on the other side of the separator 4 and is movably connected to the cover 5. In the embodiment shown in the figures, the cross section of the cover 5 is roughly in an inverted L shape and comprises a vertical portion 52 and a horizontal portion 54. The vertical portion 52 of the cover 5 is slidably connected to the cover regulator 44 and is kept inside the cover regulator 44. The cover regulator 44 allows the vertical portion 52 of the cover 5 to ascend or descend relative to the separator 4 and keeps the cover 5 stable. In this design, the height of the horizontal portion 54 of the cover 5 can be adjusted to adapt to the height of the goods. Of course, the connection types between the cover 5 and the separator 4 include without limitation slidable connection and may also include other conventional connection types.
In order that the buyers can take goods conveniently, an arc-shaped recess 12 is arranged at the front end of the horizontal portion 54 of the cover 5.
Through the setting of the cover 5, not more than one commodity in the forefront of the shelf 3 can be taken, thereby restricting the buyers from taking commodities at will and having an anti-theft effect.
The above description is only preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not a limitation to the present invention in any form. Although the present invention is disclosed above in form of preferred embodiments, the embodiments are not intended to limit the present invention Changes or modifications made by those skilled in the art based on the technical content disclosed above without departing from the scope of the technical solution of the present invention are equivalent embodiments. All the simple modifications, equivalent changes and modifications to the foregoing embodiments according to the technology of the present invention without departing from the content of the technical solution of the present invention shall fall within the scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
