Abstract

1339686 Food mixers MOULINEX SA 12 June 1972 [17 June 1971] 27370/72 Heading B1C In a mixing and chopping apparatus for foodstuffs the knives 3 are mounted on a detachable sleeve 4 secured to the shaft 5 by a locking device 7. The cover 2 has a finger 11 the end 12 of which is, in the working position 12', a short distance e from the top 13 of the sleeve 4 to act as a safety device in the event of failure of the locking device 7. The finger may be rigid as shown or resilent, see Fig. 2 (not shown). The driving motor 6 has two switches as at 8 operated by downward pressure on the cover 2.
