Abstract

125,055. ChÚneau, L. J. J. B. April 4, 1918. Looking nuts.-A cap d, Fig. 2, fitting over a nut is formed with holes d<10> to receive a locking- pin passed into a hole in the bolt, the pin c being carried by a spring c<1> lying in a groove in the cap d. The holes d<10> in the cap are placed at the corners of a regular polygon other than a hexagon. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) describes also the arrangement shown in Fig. 2 (cancelled) in which the spring is omitted and the pin passes through a hole b<0> in the bolt and through a pair of holes d<10>. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
