Abstract

1,182,850. Refrigerators. CLARK EQUIPMENT CO. 23 Dec.. ]968 [24 Jan., l968], No. 60955/68. Heading F4H. A refrigerated display case comprises a stationary section 12 which serves to receive at least one movable product supporting section 30, a removable front portion 13 and means for forming an air curtain across the open part of the assembled case. Section 12 includes air ducts 18, 19 which are laterally movable so as to allow the introduction of movable sections of different sizes, and the sections 30 are sufficiently elevated by wheels 34 as to pass over the ducts. The forward ends of the latter are engageable with front portion 13 which includes an air passage having an inlet 31 for receiving air from an elongated outlet 20 at the top of section 12 and from further outlets 32 at the rear of the stationary section. The latter is itself provided with shelves 36.
