Abstract

Ensemble immobilier comportant un accès d'entrée (10) muni d'une porte (DO) et donnant accès à des parties communes (20) comportant au moins deux portes (D1, D2, D3, D4), chaque porte étant munie d'un système de verrouillage (44) adapté pour commuter ladite porte entre un état verrouillé et un état déverrouillé, l'ensemble immobilier étant muni : d'un boîtier d'accès (41) comprenant une interface d'entrée d'un code d'identification, d'une unité centrale (40) reliée au boîtier d'accès, de systèmes de commande (45) associés aux systèmes de verrouillage et reliés à l'unité centrale, l'unité centrale stockant une base de données associant, pour chacun d'un ensemble de codes d'identification, une stratégie d'accès comportant des instructions de contrôle des systèmes de commande, l'unité centrale étant adaptée pour transmettre respectivement à chaque système de commande un signal de commande respectif élaboré à partir de ladite stratégie d'accès.
