Abstract

Le dispositif de fixation selon l'invention, permet la fixation d' un élément photovoltaïque sur un élément de couverture (C) présentant des ondulations (2), il comprend deux pontets (100) couvrant chacun au moins une ondulation et reliés entre eux par un élément rigide (8). Dispositif de fixation d'un élément photovoltaïque. La présente invention concerne un dispositif de fixation d'un élément photovoltaïque tel qu'un panneau solaire. Les industriels, les agriculteurs mais aussi les particuliers cherchent de plus en plus à poser des éléments photovoltaïques sur leur toiture. Ces éléments sont le plus souvent disposé sur le toit et ils doivent être fixé de façon solide et sans entrainer de dégradation de l'étanchéité de la toiture. On utilise donc un bac acier qui constitue l'élément de couverture. Ce bac présente des ondulations plus ou moins arrondies pour l'évacuation de l'eau ce qui complique la pose des éléments photovoltaïques. Le rail 5 est ouvert vers le haut pour laisser passer un crochet de fixation 6 de l'élément photovoltaïque 7. Le crochet de fixation 6 peut être remplcé par un ensemble de pièces telles que une bride, une vis, une cale et un écrou. Ce crochet 6 présente un coté 60 qui permet le maintien de l'élément photovoltaïque 7 et un coté 61 équipé d'un élément de coulissement 62 qui est placé dans le rail 5. Cet élément de coulissement 62 comporte une vis 63 qui permet de serrer ledit élément de coulissement 62 dans le rail 5 et ainsi de l'immobiliser en translation. Les avantages de cette entretoise 1 sont multiples. Comme on peut le voir sur les figures 1 à 5 pour une position donnée de l'entretoise 1 il est possible de positionner la pièce de maintient 4 indifféremment n'importe où sur l'entretoise 1 ou son couvercle 3 selon le cas. Sur les figures 1 et 2 cette pièce de maintient 4 est placé au milieu de l'entretoise. Au contraire sur les figures 3 et 4 ladite pièce de maintient 4 est placé à une extrémité 11 ou 12 de l'entretoise 1. Comme l'illustre la figure 6, la même entretoise 1 permet un positionnement de l'élément de fixation sur toute la longueur l'élément de couverture C dans une direction perpendiculaire aux ondulations 2. En effet, l'entretoise 1 peut être placée sur n'importe quelles ondulations 2 et suivant la position où l'on veut mettre la pièce de maintient 4, plus à droite ou plus à gauche sur la figure 6, on installe l'entretoise 1 sur deux ondulations 2 puis on dispose l'élément de fixation 4 à droite ou à gauche selon le cas.
