Abstract

The assembly comprises tube of truncated conical section enlarged at one end, where it is fitted with two vibrating vanes (10) that have a space between them containing four metal plates that grip the vanes from above and beneath and are held in place by textile filament binding. The binding is in at least two layers laid one on top of another after drying and covering part of the tube and the base of the vibrating vanes. The assembly has two resonance chambers (2, 4) with their smaller ends adjoining a constriction (3). The two vanes have their free ends in an arch shape with chamfered facing surfaces.

Description

The reed of the present invention has the property of performing a

The sound obtained sih remains warm and round. Lanche comprises a tapered section tube (8) provided at one of its ends with a widening (1a) of section in which are fixed two vibrating strips (la) mena-gaging a space between them. By its assembly of double lamielles (1.1O) positioned on a first resonance chamber (2) of troun-conical shape flattened and widened at the top upstream. Energized energetically by four copper metal plates (6-2Z) enclosing each lamellae at their base. Top and bottom held by a textile thread (18) emi two minimum layers superimposed on each other after drying glued around a part of the tube and the base of the vibrating lamellae. These metal plates clamping these vibram-tes lamellae (1-O1actellt - thereby the flexibility, the elasticity of fonc15 -tionnemen.. limit junction of the tube and lamellae (6). These arcuate shape plates (22) enlarges the volume of chamber number one. The som emitted by the vibrating lamellae is positioned in this conical chamber. Automatically braked by the conicity of this chamber. (2) A rectangular throttle is positioned vertically during the operation of the vibrating lamellae (1-10) This narrowed passage (2) regulates and stabilizes, by its narrow passage, the damped sound of the first chamber (2) positioned downstream of the chamber (2). A second chamber of frustoconical shape is placed next to the narrowed passage upstream (4) j. The tromco-circular coulcity> is positioned next to the smallest. (3) glued to the narrowed passage (3) separated by the constricted passage of sec-tion rectangular. function is to amplify the sound :. regularized out of the constriction (3). Propels it towards the musical instrument chosen with full power (7) in. thus serving a regular warm round warm san. The year will be settled in FA after final assembly. A classic som adaptable to various musical instruments in wood or metal. "Clarinet - Saxaphome and miscellaneous conditional on the reed being pre-set to the type of instrument Can be used in classical - folk - popular music, only the musical choice will define its usefulness. The vibramte reeds have their ends left free; Gothic in shape and the sides
