Abstract

A river development fish protection structure comprising one or more modules, rests on the river bed. The shelters comprise blocks (2) hollow inside with openings (7,8) shielded by a protecting arm in front (9,9.1) for fish & water circulation. A second rectangular structure (10) with slots (10.2) & openings (10.1) fits inside the first structure with a cover (3) fitted with lifting hooks (4). Arms projecting from the side hold the unit to the river bank. It is made of any construction material & fitted with a food distributor on top for young fish. USE/ADVANTAGES : Provides protection for young fish, entrances protected by barriers stop human hands from getting inside.

On constate, depuis de nombreuses années , une détérioration constante et régulière des rivières et de leur environnement. Cette détérioration est due pour partie par un manque de précipitations qui ne permet pas de conserver des niveaux d'eau permettant une constante régénération de la faune et de la flore des rivières. A cela est ajoutée la pollution de plus en plus agressive de notre milieu ambiant, sous différentes formes ; le débit d'eau des rivières plus réduit ne permet pas une absorption et une élimination des différents déchets. Il s'ensuit une raréfaction des poissons de rivière tels que truites entraînant ainsi une désaffection des pêcheurs pour certaines rivières de première catégorie, au profit de plans d'eau permettant la pêche de poissons du type sandres, brochets, perches. For many years, there has been a constant and regular deterioration of rivers and their environment.
