DETECTION DES FUITES DE CUVES DE TRANSFORMATEUR
Les cuves de transformateur sont actuellement fabriquees par soudure d'éléments de tôle sur une machine appelée positionneur. Apres fabrication, la cuve est transportee sur un second site de travail où elle est remplie d'eau additionnée de fluorescéine et mise sous pression. Les fuites sont décelées par inspection visuelle, la cuve est vidée, la réparation faite et une seconde opération de contrôle identique à la précédente est effectuée. I1 y a en moyenne 5 fuites par cuve.
DETECTION OF LEAKS FROM TRANSFORMER TANKS
Transformer tanks are currently manufactured by welding sheet metal elements on a machine called a positioner. Mode operatoire
La difficulté d'un tel procédé réside en deux points - Ne pas detecter d'effets parasites pouvant être assimilés à une fuite.
