Abstract

Method for manufacturing a shoe sole equipped with a simulated welt, characterised in that it consists in: a. Moulding an outer sole (outsole) 5 onto a mould base 3; b. Arranging a vamp 12 and its last 11 over the outer sole 5 and the mould base 3; c. Moulding an inner sole (insole) 13 between the first sole 5 and the vamp 12 equipped with its last 11 in order to connect the outer sole 5 to the vamp 12, an edge 14 formed in a single piece with the inner sole 13 extending towards the outside beyond the periphery 7 of the outer sole 5, the said edge 14 including a simulated welt; d. Colouring the edge between the vamp 12 and the outer sole 5; and e. Withdrawing a part of the edge 14, the remainder of the edge 14 resembling a welt and an intermediate sole (midsole) above the outer sole 5.

c - mouler une semelle intérieure entre la première semelle et l'empeigne munie de sa forme pour relier la semelle extérieure à l'empeigne, un rebord venu de matière avec avec la semelle intérieure s'étendant vers l'extérieur au delà de la périphérie de la semelle extérieure,le rebord comportant une trépointe simulée
d - colorer le rebord entre la semelle supérieure et la semelle extérieure et
e - retirer une partie dudit rebord,le reste du rebord ressemblant à une trépointe et à une semelle intermédiaire au-dessus de la semelle extérieure.
