Abstract

The collecting bucket is filled from the bottom with a valve balanced statically according to the relationship of weight to volume in a liquid. The cover has a cylinder, piston and tube assembly and a pump valve (5) when submerged or not. The cylinders have two sliding pipes and balanced valves. It has a strainer and retaining valve following the principle of a statically balanced valve. The central tube can be fixed and the outer one acts as the operating rod, or vice-versa.
