Abstract

The steam pressure cooker consists of an outer receptacle (4) contg. an enclosed cooking container (1). Spacer pieces are placed between the base of the outer receptacle and that of the inner container leaving a space between for the steam to circulate. If there are several inner containers these are superimposed, with spacer pieces between the lid of one container and the bottom of the one above it. The spacer pieces can be in the form of projections on the lid of each inner container.
