Abstract

Préparation de copolymères à base d'acrylonitrile modifiés par un caoutchouc. Ce procédé consiste à polymériser en suspension aqueuse en l'absence pratique d'oxygène moléculaire, à une température comprise entre 0 et 100 degrés C et en présence d'un initiateur génerateur de radicaux libres et d'un alcool : A. Au moins 50 % en poids d'un nitrile oléfiniquement insaturé tel que l'acrylonitrile ; B. Jusqu'à 50 % en poids d'au moins un compose choisi dans le groupe forme par un monomère vinyl aromatique tel que le styrène, un ester tel que l'acrylate de méthyle, une alpha-oléfine telle que l'isobutylène, un éther vinylique, un ester vinylique tel que l'acétate de vinyle et l'indène ou la coumarone; C. Un polymère caoutchouteux d'un monomère diénique conjugué tel que le butadiène. Permet la préparation de copolymères utilisables dans l'industrie de l'emballage pour la fabrication de conteneurs pour des liquides et des solides.
