Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'hydroconversion d'une huile hydrocarbonée lourde Ce procédé comprend : a. l'addition à ladite charge d'un composé métallique soluble dans l'huile en quantités comprises entre environ 25 et environ 950 parties par million en poids, calculées en métal élémentaire, par rapport à ladite charge d'huile, le métal étant choisi parmi les groupes VB, VIB, VIIB et VIII de la classification périodique des eléments, et leurs mélanges ; b. la transformation au sein de ladite charge dudit composé soluble dans l'huile, en présence d'un gaz contenant de l'hydrogène pour produire au sein de ladite charge un catalyseur solide non colloïdal ; c. la réaction de la charge contenant ledit çatalyseur avec de l'hydrogène dans des conditions d'hydroconversion dans la zone d'hydroconversion, et ; d. la récupération d'une huile hydrocarbonée hydroconvertie. This process comprises: a. adding to said feed an oil soluble metal compound in amounts of between about 25 and about 950 parts per million by weight, calculated as elemental metal, relative to said oil feed, the metal being selected from Groups VB, VIB, VIIB and VIII of the Periodic Table of the Elements, and mixtures thereof; b. transforming within said feed said oil soluble compound in the presence of a hydrogen containing gas to produce within said feed a solid non-colloidal catalyst; vs. reacting the feed containing said catalyst with hydrogen under hydroconversion conditions in the hydroconversion zone, and; d. the recovery of a hydroconverted hydrocarbon oil.
