Abstract

Designed for the operation of a loom shaft harness to develop the shed, the operation is effected by an angled lever to give a reciprocating motion to an actuating shaft, the mounting for the connection between lever arm and shaft being located in a slot to allow it to be clamped at any desired position in the end zone of the lever arm. This allows the stroke action to the harness to be adjusted giving a simple method to vary the height of the lifting action imparted.
