Claims (8)

1. Förfarande för framställning av aminsalter av lignosulfonat, som är speciellt lämpliga som tillsatsämnen 5 i kemiska kompositioner, kännetecknat därav, att (a) ligninmaterialets fenolkomponent i ett basiskt vätskemedium jonoderas; (b) orto-positionen av ligninmaterialets fenolkom- 10 ponent metyloleras; (c) vätskans pH-värde sänks tili ett surt pH-värde för utfällande av det metylolerade ligninmaterialet; (d) det utfällda ligninmaterialet tvättas med vat-ten för avlägsnande av oorganiska salter och kvarstäende 15 reaktanter därifrän; (e) det tvättade, rengjorda, metylolerade ligninma terialet bringas att reagera med en aminförening och sva-veldioxid eller dess sait i ett vätskemedium för erhällan-de av ett aminsalt av lignosulfonat. 20
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att det tvättade, rengjorda, metylolerade ligninmaterialet bringas att reagera med en amin och svaveldioxid eller dess sait i ett vätskemedium genom att först tillsätta aminföreningen i ligninet i 25 ett vätskemedium vid ett pH-värdet ca. 6-7 och sedan genom att tillsätta svaveldioxid eller dess sait i lignin-aminkompositionen i en sädan mängd, som är tillräcklig för sulfonering av kompositionen och för bildande av ett aminsalt av lignosulfonat vid ett pH-värde av ca. 6 - 7. 30
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 2, kännetecknat därav, att aminen är trimetyl-amin, trietylamin, trietanolamin, dietanolamin, dimetyl-amin, monoetanolamin, propylendiamin, cyklohexylamin, die-tylentetramin eller tetraetylenpentamin. 24 83658
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att det tvättade, metylo-lerade ligninmaterialet bringas att reagera med en amin och svaveldioxid eller dess sait sä, att aminen och sva- 5 veldioxiden eller dess sait bringas att reagera först med varandra tili ett aminsulfit och aminsulfitet bringas sedan att reagera med ligninet för bildande av ett aminsalt av 1ignosulfonat.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, 10 kännetecknat därav, att svaveldioxid eller dess sait tillsätts i kompositionen av en amin och den me-tylolerade ligninet i ett pH-värde av ca. 6,3 - 6,5.
6. Användning av ett aminsalt av lignosulfonat, vilket sait erhällits medelst förfarandet enligt patent- 15 kravet 1 som tillsatsämne i en färgämneskomposition.
7. Färgämneskomposition, kännetecknad därav, att den innehäller ett aminsalt av lignosulfonat framställt medelst förfarandet enligt nägot av patentkra-ven 1 - 5.
8. Pestisidkomposition, kännetecknad därav, att den som sekvestrerade tillsatsämne innehäller ett aminsalt av lignosulfonat framställt medelst förfarandet enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-5. I>
