Abstract

Procedimiento para la producción de un molde de material compuesto (3) para un elemento largo de material compuesto, que comprende las etapas de moldeo de un material de un molde (2) que presenta una forma bidimensional que es una forma que presenta una forma de sección transversal y posiciones constantes a lo largo de un eje, caracterizado por que el material de molde bidimensional (2) se produce en un estado totalmente semicurado haciendo que un material obtenido superponiendo un número requerido de láminas preimpregnadas, en las que un material compuesto tal como fibra de carbono está impregnado con una resina termoendurecible pase continuamente a través de una prensa caliente y un horno de curado por calor mientras se aplica una tensión al material; y por que además comprende las etapas siguientes formar una parte de empalme (2a, 2b) que presenta parcialmente una forma diferente en sección mediante el laminado de un número requerido de láminas preimpregnadas sobre una parte de una superficie del material de molde bidimensional completamente curado (2); y curar completamente el material de molde (2) en el que está formada la parte de empalme (2a, 2b) por calentamiento y presurización.
