The machine consists of motor and speed reducer, on which is mounted disc with radial notch and adjacent cam to actuate tilting levers through. Lever actuates a tilting mechanism to move the pan which shapes and discharges the moulded hamburger on sliding plate, which deposits it on conveyor belt. - The lever actuates a mechanism, through tie-rods, for cutting the cellophane band, the cutting mechanism being guided by inclined frame. The disc carries an eccentric mounting point for operating lever which moves plate through a linkage with an elongated hole as escapement for the stationary intervals between operations.
