Description

CRIBLE A PLANS VIBRANTS DIT CRIBLE A TIROIRS  VIBRANT PLYWALL SCREEN DRIVES WITH DRAWERS
The present invention relates to a screen with vibrating planes said screen with drawers.
A screen with vibrating planes or screen with drawers, is an apparatus used to separate solids of different sizes by passing them, by gravity and by vibration, through sieves of different sizes, called grids in the case of screen. Each grid occupies a level called stage in the sieve. Thus, a screen comprising three grids arranged on three different levels is said to have three stages.
Subsequently, the terms grids and floors will be used preferentially under terms sieves and levels.
In this case, the grid at the top of the device has the largest caliber, the lower one having the smallest caliber. In other words, the larger solids are held in the upper part of the unit, the smaller solids are removed in the lower part. Such devices are used in different industries, including quarries to separate aggregates and rocks, depending on the caliber of the latter. The screens are also used in other technical fields such as, for example, the food industry, the pharmaceutical or cosmetic industry, the recycling industry for separating and sorting bulk objects. The number of grids depends on the calibration to be performed, generally between one and six.
Since larger sieves are mainly found in the quarry and mining industry, the invention will be described with reference to this technical field, it being understood that a sieve which is the subject of the invention finds its application in all technical fields, other than those mentioned above, using screening.
During maintenance operations of a screen, typically to change or repair a grid, it is necessary to open the screen. In the case of a drawer screen, a side portion forming a lid slides on rails, in the manner of a drawer, and allows access to the interior of the screen. Thus, US-A-2002/148760 discloses a vibrating screen with at least two screens whose access is provided with a cover mobile in translation.
If access to the grid located in the lower part poses little problem, the operator is generally working height, the fact remains that this access is generally not secure. Indeed, the operator must stand on one of the edges of the open screen, without dedicated security element. This is even more true for the grids at the top of the screen. Indeed, the access, to be at working height, is done by the sides of the screen, without special protection, which is higher, and requires the user or users to maneuvers to the least painful if not dangerous, given the dimensions, the weight of the grilles and their accessibility. There is therefore a need for a screen whose access to the different grids is easy and secure.
For this, there are known sieves screen type with drawers equipped with a removable work platform in two parts or a platform in one piece that is retractable under a sieve or grid. Such screens are, for example, those marketed respectively by the companies KH MINERAL and METSO. If such screens offer a secure access solution to the grid at the bottom of the screen, the fact remains that access to all the grids, the entire height of the screen, is not realized secure way.
Under these conditions, the invention aims to provide a screen with drawers meeting the needs identified above.
For this purpose, the subject of the invention is a screen with vibrating planes, said screen with drawers, comprising at least two sieves called grids, a first fixed part, receiving said grids and provided with an opening, a second part called hood, movable in translation between a first closed position of the opening of the first part and a second open position allowing access to the grids, characterized in that it comprises a first fixed transversal bridge located in the lower part of the screen and adapted to ensure access to a first gate located at the bottom of the screen when the so-called bonnet portion is in an open configuration and to ensure only the passage from one side to the other of the screen when the so-called bonnet part is in closed configuration and in that it comprises at least one second gateway movable transverse between a first position said inactive where it prohibits access to at least a second gate located above the first gate when the so-called bonnet portion is in closed configuration and a second active position in which the second gateway defines a path to at least one second gate located above the first gate when the so-called bonnet portion is in an open configuration, said second transverse gateway also defining, in so-called active position, a passage from one side to the other from the screen, above the first transverse bridge.
Thus, with a first and at least a second transverse gangway, it ensures easy access to the different grids, whatever the height at which they are in relation to the base of the screen. Such access is not only secure for one or more operators but it also allows a safe passage from one side to the other of the screen.
According to advantageous but non-mandatory aspects of the invention, such a vibrating plane screen may comprise one or more of the following characteristics:
- The first transverse bridge is configured in V, the point being directed upwards.
- The first transverse bridge is provided with a movable rail in translation according to the movement of the screen cover, said guardrail being fixed on said cover.
- In the open position of the cover, a part of the latter defines a protective guardrail of the first transverse bridge.
- The second transverse bridge is formed of two half-bridges.
- At least one of the half-gateways comprises a panel forming, in an inactive configuration, a guardrail and, in active configuration, defining, at least in part, a passage from one side to the other of the screen oriented according to the width of the screen .
Each half-gateway goes from the inactive configuration to the active configuration by pivoting a lower edge of the panel around an axis of rotation parallel to slides ensuring the translation movement of the cover.
- Each half-bridge is maintained in the active position by at least one stop member.
The invention will be better understood and other advantages thereof will appear more clearly on reading the following description of an embodiment of the invention, given solely by way of non-limiting example and made in reference to the accompanying drawings in which:
- Figure 1 is a side view, simplified, of a screen according to one embodiment of the invention, the cover portion being in closed configuration.
FIG. 2 is a partial front view, on another scale, of the screen of FIG.
- Figure 3 is a partial three-quarter view, on the same scale, of the screen as shown in Figure 2, the cover portion being in open configuration.
- Figure 4 is a partial view from above and on a larger scale, of the first bridge, according to the arrow IV in Figure 3, when the cover portion is in open configuration.
Figures 5 to 8 are perspective views, partial and on the same scale, the second gateway illustrating the passage of the latter from the inactive configuration to active.
Figure 1 illustrates a screen 1 according to one embodiment of the invention. The sieve 1 is visible along a lateral face. Subsequently, the invention will be described with reference to a sieve used in a quarry, to sieve, that is to say, to sort according to their particle size, materials of mineral origin, such as gravel, ore, rocks. It is conceivable that the invention applies to any solid material, in bulk, requiring sorting according to the size of the grains or parts. By way of non-limiting example, mention may be made of mechanical parts, fruits, capsules, food products, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, solid waste to be recycled or other. As illustrated, the screen 1 is positioned in height above the ground. Typically, it rests on a frame 2, known per se, formed of metal beams fixed to the ground by studs 3 of concrete. The height of the screen relative to the ground is adapted to ensure the passage of a conveyor belt 4 allowing the evacuation of sieved materials to another workstation, according to the arrow F1. Another conveyor belt 5 ensures, according to the arrow F2, the supply of the screen material to be sieved. This mat 5 pours the materials on the top of the screen, the mat 4 recovering the sieved material in the lower part of the screen 1. As illustrated, the screen 1 has a generally trapezoidal shape with an upper face 6 inclined from the belt 5 towards the ground 7. This inclination corresponds de facto to the inclination of the sieves-hence the grids according to the terminology used preferentially. arranged inside the screen 1, the passage of materials from one grid to the other is thus effected by vibration and by gravity.
It is noted in Figure 1, the presence of two side bridges 8A, 8B; 9A, 9B fixed disposed on either side of the screen 1, according to the length L of the latter. Guardrails 10, 11 provide protection against falls when a user borrows the bridges respectively 8A, 8B; 9A, 9B. The gangways 8A, 8B are located in the upper part of the screen, in the vicinity of the grid 5 while the gangways 9A, 9B are located in the lower part of the screen, in the vicinity of the carpet 4. With these bridges, it is possible to follow one side or the other of the screen and thus access the sides of the latter, according to the height H of the screen 1. These bridges 8A, 8B; 9A, 9B, known per se, are particularly suitable for intervening laterally on the outside of the screen. A staircase 12, shown in Figure 2, ensures passage from the ground 7 and between the bridges 8A; 9A. In another embodiment, each side of the screen 1 is provided with a staircase, thus also ensuring the passage between the bridges 8B; 9B.
As is apparent from Figure 2, the gateways 8A, 8B; 9A, 9B do not allow a user to pass from one side to another of the screen 1 without going down to the ground. According to the invention, to remedy this, the screen comprises a first transverse gangway 13, provided with a safety guardrail 14. This Gateway 13 connects the two side bridges 9A, 9B located at the bottom of the screen 1.
The gateway 13 is, in the example, V-shaped whose tip 130 is oriented upwards. The transverse gangway 13 is therefore located at the bottom of the screen 1, in the vicinity of the carpet 4. The gangway 13 ensures the passage from one side to the other of the screen 1. This passage is assured whether the screen is in operation or not. Slides 15, 16 are located above the bridge 13 and extend perpendicularly to the largest dimension of the latter. These slides 15, 16 are formed by beams H. They are held parallel by a spacer 17 and by brackets 18, 19 mounted on posts 20 constituting the frame 2. As appears particularly in Figures 1 to 3, the slides 15, 16 are located in the extension of the screen 1, according to the length L thereof.
As is apparent from Figure 3, the screen 1 consists of a fixed portion 100 housing the grids. This part 100 constitutes the major part of the screen 1. A second movable portion 101 forms a cover that closes, in a closed configuration, an access opening inside the screen 1. This cover 101, generally wedge-shaped as shown in FIG. 3, is formed at one end of the screen, in this case that closest to the gateway 13. To go from the closed configuration of FIG. 1 to the configuration 3, the cover 101 moves in translation along the slideways 15, 16, according to the arrow F3. This movement is done manually or, alternatively, motorized way. During this rectilinear translational movement, the guardrail 14 also moves.
Indeed, the guardrail 14 has substantially a U-shaped cross section with a flat bottom and a U-shaped longitudinal section with a triangular bottom. In other words, it defines an open volume of shapes complementary to that of the gangway 13. The guardrail 14 consists of tubes. The ends 21, 22 of the tubes 23, 24 delimiting the length L14 of the railing 14 are fixed, advantageously permanently, for example by welding or screwing, on the cover 101. Fixing is done in the vicinity of the flanks of the cover 101, so that the length L14 of the rail 14 corresponds substantially to the width L101 of the cover 101, therefore of the screen 1.
In the open configuration of the cover 101, the guardrail 14 follows the translational movement of the cover 101 on which it is fixed. Therefore, when the cover 101 is open, the rail 14 extends outside the screen 1 and, in this configuration, has no protective role in relation to the gateway 13. The gateway 13 is fixed and positioned under the hood 101, the tip 130 of the V constituting the gateway 13 being at an altitude slightly lower than that of the base of the cover 101. Thus, the bridge 13 always ensures the passage of a user from one side to the other of the screen 1, so between the gateways 9A, 9B, without hindering the opening and closing movement of the hood 101 of the screen 1. In other words, the gateway 13 allows in all configurations of the screen 1 to pass from one side to another, although in the open configuration of the cover 101, it is no longer in direct contact with the guardrail 14.
Nevertheless, as can be seen in FIG. 4, the protection of a user against a possible fall during passage on the gateway 13 is ensured. Indeed, the amplitude of the displacement of the cover 101 is adapted so that the bridge 13 is adjacent to the cover 101 in open configuration. In this case, the internal members 102 of the cover 101, as well as the walls of the latter, participate in the protection against falls of the user when it uses the bridge 13. These bodies 102 are, in this case, rubber protection strips which, when the cap 101 is in the closed configuration, come into contact with the ends of the grids and avoid projections of materials out of them. Due to the proximity between the members 102 and the bridge 13, a user is protected against falls, towards the outside of the screen at least. In this way, it can intervene on the inside of the screen and, for example, carry out maintenance operations on the grid 270 located in the lower part of the screen, while having the possibility of going from one side to the other from the screen 1. In a non-illustrated embodiment, a removable or foldable guardrail is provided on the bridge 13. With such a solution, it ensures a safe intervention in the lower part of the screen 1, whether the cover 101 is open or not. To also ensure a safety intervention in the upper part of the screen, the screen object of the invention comprises at least a second transverse bridge 25. This second gateway 25 is movable and formed, in the example, two half-bridges 250, 251. The transverse gateway 25 connects, in active configuration, the two sides of the screen 1, thus the gateways 8A, 8B, this in a manner similar to the transverse gateway 13. The two half-gateways 250, 251 are particularly visible in FIGS. 7 and 8 Here they are identical, both in terms of their configurations and their dimensions. As a variant, they are not identical, for example they are of different lengths.
In the various FIGS. 5 to 7, a gateway 25 or a half gateway 250 located near the upper face 6 of the screen 1 is shown. It is located in the extension of the side bridge 8A. Thus, as shown in FIG. 1, the transverse half-bridge 251 is mounted on the slides 15, 16. In a variant, one or more other gateways, similar to the gateway 25, are provided at lower heights, namely between 6 and the bridge 13. It is understood that the number and / or the position of the gateway (s) 25 is (are) adapted (s) to the size and geometric configuration of the screen.
In FIG. 5, the half-gateway 250 is in the so-called inactive position. It will be understood that the half-gateways 250 and 251 being identical, the following also relates to the half-gateway 251. Indeed, the half-gateway 251 is here identical, in a mirror, to the half gateway 250. It will therefore not be described more precisely and it will be referred to the half gateway 250.
En d'autres termes, la demi-passerelle 250 est sensiblement en forme de L. In this position, the half-gateway 250 forms a protective barrier and prevents a user not only to approach the upper part 100 of the screen 1, but also to drop when it is on the terminal platform 120 of the 12. For this, the half-gateway 250 comprises a wire mesh 254 defining a vertical panel facing the other half-gate 251. In a variant not shown, the half-bridge is full or perforated, for example grating type. Frames 252, 253, perpendicular to the panel 254 and parallel to each other, complete the half-bridge 250. A frame 252 is fixed by one of its sides on one side of the platform 120 of the stairs 12 and the other frame 253 is attached by one side to the panel 254. In other words, the half-bridge 250 is substantially L-shaped.
In the inactive configuration of FIG. 5, the half-gangways 250, 251 thus define railings forming a railing integral with the end platform 120 of the staircase 12. In an advantageous embodiment, not illustrated, locking, known per se such as latches, pins, key locks or badge or carabiners, ensure the blocking said inactive position of the half-gateways 250, 251, thus optimizing security.
FIG. 6 illustrates the passage of the half gateway 250 from the inactive configuration to a so-called active configuration. More precisely, FIG. 6 represents the beginning of the movement made by the half-gateway 250 to go from the inactive position to the active position. This passage takes place, after unlocking the locking members, by pivoting according to the arrow F4 of a lower edge 255 of the panel 254 of the half-gateway 250 about an axis of rotation parallel to the longer length of the slides 15 or 16. This pivoting can be manual, assisted or fully motorized, for example with a jack or a rack.
During this movement, the pivoting of the panel 254 automatically causes the pivoting of the frame 253 to which it is attached, while the frame 252 remains in place, being secured, for example by screwing or welding, the platform 120.
When the panel 254 has rotated 90 ° downward, so when it is parallel and substantially coplanar with the platform 120, the rotational movement of the panel 254 is stopped by stop members 26. In this case, are two identical corners 26 mounted on one side of the slide 15 or 16. As a variant not shown, these are other types of stop members, for example rubber studs, a bar support or chain.
In this so-called active configuration of the half-gateway 250, the frames 252, 253 are coplanar and in the extension of one another. As is apparent from 8, the two half-bridges 250, 251 in active configuration have their respective panels 254 coplanar and located in the extension of one another so as to form the transverse bridge 25 whose length substantially corresponds to twice the H254 height of a panel 254, so de facto substantially to the width L101 of the screen 1. In this case, the vertical frames 253, half-gangways 250, 251 are also coplanar and in the extension of one another, so as to form a transverse rail perpendicular to the panels 254 of the half-bridges 250, 251 .
It will be noted, with particular reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, that the transition to the active configuration of the half-gangways, therefore the pivoting of the panels 254 along the arrow F4, can take place only when the hood 101 is open, thus clearing a space sufficient to set up the gateway 25. In this way, when the cover 101 is closed, the half-gateways 250, 251 provide protection against falls of a user positioned on the platform 120 of the stairs.
In variant not shown, if half-bridges are mounted closer to the end of the slideways 15, 16 that is to say if they extend beyond the sieve 1, then it is possible to ensure the transition to the active configuration, without the cover 101 hinders this positioning movement of the gateway when the cover 101 is in the closed position. It is then possible to go from one side to the other of the screen, the transverse gateway 25 connecting the side gateways 8A, 8B, the cover 101 is open or closed.
However, in this case, access to the interior of the screen 1 when the cover 101 is open is less easy, because of the distance of the half-gateways relative to the internal volume of the screen. To remedy this, the half-bridges can be mounted on slides so that the half-bridges can be moved in translation to move closer to or away from the screen, depending on whether the cover 101 is open or not.
As is particularly apparent from Figures 5 to 7, the frames 253 provide protection against falls, only the outer side of the screen. The absence of frame, therefore of protection, of the inward facing side of the screen allows, in open configuration of the cover 101, to intervene on the grids 271, 272 of the screen 1, so on the grids located in the upper part of the screen 1. This intervention is not only safe but with optimal ergonomics, each user is at working height, without having to bend or climb in height to intervene on the grids 270 to 272.
In other embodiments, each half-bridge 250, 251 is formed of several parts, movable together, for example by telescopic fitting, which allows an elongation of each panel 254 in active configuration with respect to the inactive configuration, thus defining a bridge of great length.
In a variant, at least one half-gangway 250 or 251 is provided with a double floor sliding on runners. In other words, the platform 120 comprises a fixed base and a moving part in translation, which allows, by telescopic extension, to form a bridge 25 of great length, it being understood that the movement and the dimensions of the panels 254 are identical to those described above.
