    the cord (3) is connected to a connection unit (12) connected to the assembly member (4) pivotably about a longitudinal axis (X),
    the connection unit (12) comprising a second duct (15) for dispensing the fluid that cooperates with the first duct (5) for dispensing the fluid of the assembly member (4),
    and in that the connection unit (12) and the assembly member (4) respectively comprise first and second means (27, 28) for electrical connection, said first and second means (27, 28) for electrical connection and the first and second duct (5, 15) being configured to provide a permanent supply of electric power and a permanent supply of the fluid during the rotation of the connection unit (12).
