Claims (7)

  1. Maschendrahtvorrichtung zur Errichtung eines Zaunes, dazu bestimmt, auf einer Tragoberfläche (4) längs der Längsachse (X) des Zaunes errichtet zu werden, wobei die genannte Vorrichtung eine Anordnung von Tafeln (1, 2) aus aus Drähten (10, 20) bestehendem Geflecht, vorzugsweise aus starren Drähten, stärker bevorzugt aus starren Metalldrähten, umfasst, Verbindungsteile (3) zur Verbindung der genannten Tafeln miteinander, und Verankerungsmittel (5), die die Befestigung des Zaunes auf der Tragoberfläche (4) erlauben, wobei die genannte Anordnung einerseits aus mindestens einer Zauntafel (1) gebildet ist, die dafür vorgesehen ist, längs einer Achse parallel zur Längsachse (X) des Zaunes zu verlaufen, und andererseits aus mindestens einer Verbindungstafel (2) kleinerer Abmessungen, die dafür vorgesehen ist, quer zur Längsachse (X) des Zaunes mit der genannten Zauntafel verbunden zu werden, oder im Fall mehrerer Zauntafeln (1) zwei Zauntafeln (1), und zwar eine erste und eine zweite Zauntafel (1), miteinander zu verbinden, die benachbart und in einer zur Längsachse (X) senkrechten Richtung seitlich gegeneinander versetzt sind, dies derart, dass das Halten der Zauntafel(n) (1) in aufrechter Stellung im Zaun dank der oder mindestens einer Verbindungstafel (2) sichergestellt wird, wobei die oder jede Verbindungstafel (2) dafür vorgesehen ist, entweder mit der Zauntafel (1) verbunden zu werden, oder mit der betreffenden ersten und zweiten Zauntafel (1), und dabei quer, vorzugsweise im rechten Winkel zu dieser oder diesen letztgenannten, mit Hilfe mindestens eines der Verbindungsteile (3) befestigt und orientiert zu sein, wobei jede Tafel (1, 2) der genannten Anordnung quadratische oder rechteckige Form hat mit zwei gegenüberliegenden ersten Seiten, die dazu bestimmt sind, parallel zur Tragoberfläche (4) zu verlaufen, und zwei gegenüberliegenden zweiten Seiten, die auf den genannten gegenüberliegenden ersten Seiten senkrecht stehen, wobei die gegenüberliegenden ersten Seiten der oder jeder Verbindungstafel (2) eine geringere Länge aufweisen, als die gegenüberliegenden ersten Seiten der oder jeder Zauntafel (1), wobei die oder jede Zauntafel (1) mindestens einen Verbindungsdraht (10) parallel zu seinen gegenüberliegenden zweiten Seiten aufweist und die oder jede Verbindungstafel (2) mindestens einen Verbindungsdraht (20) parallel zu seinen gegenüberliegenden zweiten Seiten aufweist,
    wobei jedes Verbindungsteil (3) dafür ausgebildet ist, in dieses letztgenannte eingefügt und festgeklemmt, mindestens einen der Drähte, Verbindungsdraht oder -drähte (10) genannt, der betreffenden Zauntafel (1) aufzunehmen, sowie mindestens einen der Drähte, Verbindungsdraht oder -drähte (20) genannt, der betreffenden Verbindungstafel (2), wobei jedes Verbindungsteil (3) zwei Klemmstücke (30, 31) umfasst,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eins der beiden Klemmstücke (30) eine innere Klemmfläche (30a) aufweist, die zwei Rillen oder Hohlkehlen (30b, 30c) aufweist, wobei eine der genannten Rillen oder Hohlkehlen (30b) geeignet ist, einen der Verbindungsdrähte (10) der Zauntafel (1) aufzunehmen, gegebenenfalls der betreffenden ersten oder zweiten Zauntafel (1), und die andere Rille (30c) geeignet ist, einen der Verbindungsdrähte (20) der betreffenden Verbindungstafel (2) aufzunehmen, und Befestigungsmittel (32), die erlauben, die beiden Klemmstücke (30, 31) gegebenenfalls unter Festklemmen der zwischen ihnen eingefügten Drähte (10, 20), auf- und aneinander zu befestigen.

Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Verbindungstafel (2), geeignet, die oder eine der erste(n) Zauntafel(n) mit der oder einer der zweiten benachbarten Zauntafel(n) (1) zu verbinden, dafür ausgebildet ist, einerseits mit Hilfe mindestens eines der Verbindungsteile (3) an der genannten ersten Zauntafel (1) und andererseits mit Hilfe mindestens eines der anderen Verbindungsteile (3) an der genannten zweiten Zauntafel (1) derart befestigt zu werden, dass die genannten benachbarten ersten und zweiten Zauntafeln (1) voneinander beabstandet werden können.
  4. Zaun ohne Pfosten, dazu bestimmt, auf einer Tragoberfläche errichtet zu werden, wobei der genannte Zaun dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass er aus einer Maschendrahtvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 3 gebildet ist, und dadurch, dass er entweder eine Zauntafel (1) oder zwei Reihen in einer Richtung senkrecht zur Längsachse (X) des Zaunes seitlich gegeneinander versetzter Zauntafeln (1) umfasst, wobei jede Reihe in derselben Ebene eine Zauntafel (1) oder eine Folge von Zauntafeln (1) umfasst, die sich längs einer Achse parallel zur Längsachse (X) des Zaunes erstreckt, und mit der anderen Reihe mit Hilfe der Verbindungstafel(n) (2) verbunden ist, die sich quer und vorzugsweise senkrecht zu der/den genannten Zauntafel(n) (1) erstreckt/erstrecken, wobei die oder jede Verbindungstafel (2) entweder mit der Zauntafel (1) oder mit zwei benachbarten und in einer Richtung senkrecht zur Längsachse (X) des Zaunes seitlich gegeneinander versetzten Zauntafeln (1), und zwar einer ersten und einer zweiten Zauntafel (1), verbunden ist, dies derart, dass das Halten entweder der Zauntafel (1) oder der Zauntafeln (1) in aufrechter Stellung im Zaun sichergestellt wird, wobei die oder jede Verbindungstafel (2) dafür vorgesehen ist, entweder mit der Zauntafel (1) oder mit den betreffenden ersten und zweiten Zauntafeln (1) verbunden zu sein, wobei sie mit Hilfe mindestens eines der Verbindungsteile (3) quer und vorzugsweise senkrecht zu und an dieser/n Zauntafel(n) angebracht und orientiert ist, und dadurch, dass die oder mindestens eine der Verbindungstafel(n) (2) und/oder entweder die Zauntafel (1) oder mindestens eine der Zauntafeln (1) jeweils mit Hilfe der Verankerungsmittel (5) auf der Tragoberfläche (4) befestigt sind, derart, dass die endgültige Befestigung des Zaunes auf der Tragoberfläche (4) ermöglicht wird.
  5. Zaun nach Patentanspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oder jede Verbindungstafel (2) entweder mit der Zauntafel (1) verbunden ist, indem sie mit Hilfe mindestens eines der Verbindungsmittel (3) einerseits an mindestens einem der Drähte (10) der genannten Zauntafel (1) angebracht ist, oder mit den betreffenden ersten und zweiten Zauntafeln (1), indem sie mit Hilfe mindestens eines der Verbindungsmittel (3) einerseits an mindestens einem der Drähte (10) der genannten ersten Zauntafel (1) angebracht ist, und andererseits an mindestens einem der Drähte (10) der genannten zweiten Zauntafel (2), wobei die so angebrachten Drähte in die genannten Verbindungsmittel eingefügt und darin festgeklemmt sind.
  6. Zaun nach irgendeinem der Patentansprüche 4 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass entweder die Zauntafel (1) oder mindestens eine der Zauntafeln (1) und/oder die oder mindestens eine der Verbindungstafel(n) (2) an der Tragoberfläche (4) mit Hilfe eines oder mehrerer Verankerungsmittel (5) befestigt ist, derart, dass die endgültige Befestigung des Zaunes auf der Tragoberfläche (4) ermöglicht wird.
  7. Zaun nach irgendeinem der Patentansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Verbindungstafel (2), die die oder eine der erste(n) Zauntafel(n) (1) mit der oder einer der zweite(n) benachbarten Zauntafel(n) (2) verbindet, einerseits mit Hilfe mindestens eines der Befestigungsteile (3) an der genannten ersten Zauntafel (1) und andererseits mit Hilfe mindestens eines anderen der Befestigungsteile (3) an der genannten zweiten Zauntafel (1) derart angebracht ist, dass die genannten benachbarten ersten und zweiten Zauntafeln (1) voneinander beabstandet sind und dass die beiden Reihen von Zauntafeln (1) voneinander beabstandet sind.
