Such canisters or containers are used, for example, in the dispensing of paints in so-called paint dispensers. In this a large number of different shades is reproducibly composed of a significantly smaller number of primary colors (color pigment preparations). Such paint dispensers are well known in the art and regularly comprise a housing in which various, the color pigment preparations containing canisters are housed. These canisters are connected via fluid-conducting connections with a pumping device, which in turn is fluidically connected to a metering unit. By means of such a Farbdispensers thus predetermined shades can be reproduced be mixed together, the individual components are specifically controlled by means of a computer unit in which different color combinations are stored. The medium is dispensed regularly via a dosing head of the dosing unit, which usually has a plurality of dispensing nozzles for dosing into a container containing a base, for example a white or transparent paint.
In canisters of this kind, in particular in conjunction with thixotropic and / or thickening fluids or with thixotropic and / or thickening color pigment preparations, optionally in the areas facing away from the canister outlet opening or in the areas of the canister interior facing away from the pump for the accumulation of material, in particular Form of a non-pumpable state occupying and thereby not removable or abpumpbaren from the canister interior material accumulations of the medium, come, which affects the Abzieh- or Abpumpvorgang in an undesirable manner or ultimately leads to an incomplete material discharge from the canister.
Object of the present invention is therefore to provide a canister for receiving pumpable media and a method for withdrawing a pumpable medium from a canister, can be reliably avoided by means of the accumulation of material of non-pumpable medium in the canister interior and thus allows complete emptying of the canister becomes. Another object of the present invention is to provide a metering device having such canisters or to which such a method is applicable.
This object is achieved with the features of the independent claims. Advantageous embodiments thereof are the subject of the dependent claims.
According to claim 1, a canister for receiving pumpable media, in particular for receiving thixotropic and / or thickening fluids, such as thixotropic and / or thickening color pigment preparations, proposed having a canister associated withdrawal device, for example a pump, by means of a in Canister interior recorded pumpable medium from the canister is removable. According to the invention, it is provided that the canister has at least one vibration element, by means of which an accumulation of material accumulating in the canister interior and taking over a non-pumpable state and thereby not being able to be withdrawn from the canister interior pumpable medium in a pumpable and peelable by means of the trigger device state can be transferred.
With such a solution according to the invention, accumulations of material are eliminated in a functionally reliable manner, thereby ensuring that the pumpable medium located in the canister can be completely withdrawn from the canister.
Furthermore, with the vibrating element according to the invention, there is the advantage that when bubbling gas bubbles are generated, which agglomerate, then rise as larger gas bubbles and can cause an advantageous degassing of the fluid.
Under-thickened fluids are understood here in particular to be viscous and / or gelling fluids.
In principle, the at least one vibrating element could be placed at any suitable location on the canister to effect the shaking of the accumulation of material, for example also on the outside of the can itself to vibrate the canister as a whole. However, particularly preferred is an embodiment in which the at least one vibration element is arranged in the canister interior. As a result, the at least one vibrating element is arranged or used exactly where the accumulations of material form, which causes their particularly functionally reliable transfer into a pumpable state and thus removable by means of the take-off device.
Since the accumulations of material accumulate particularly frequently in the bottom area of a canister interior or in the region of an outlet opening of the canister, it is particularly advantageous, according to a particularly preferred embodiment, for the at least one vibrating element in the, with respect to the vertical axis direction, bottom-side region of the canister interior and / or in the region of an outlet opening of the canister, via which the medium flows out of the canister interior or is drawn off.
According to another particularly preferred embodiment, it is provided that the at least one vibration element is coupled to a vibration generator or the at least one vibration element has a vibration generator. The vibration generator is designed so that when it is actuated, the vibration element is set into vibratory vibrations and that the vibration element is in its non-operation in a non-vibrating rest position. The vibration generator can basically be designed in different ways. However, a vibration generator which is formed by an eccentric motor, that is to say is formed by a preferably electrically, pneumatically or hydraulically controllable motor, by means of which an eccentric weight generating an imbalance and thus vibration vibrations is driven, in particular rotationally driven, is particularly advantageous and functionally reliable. The eccentric motor is preferably received in a liquid-tight manner in a motor housing of the vibrating element.
The at least one vibrating element can, according to a particularly preferred embodiment, be supported and / or supported and / or suspended relative to the stationary canister interior space walls by means of a support and / or holding device such that they can move in the canister interior. Particularly preferred is an embodiment in which the at least one vibrating element by means of the supporting and / or holding device is mounted oscillating or resilient in the canister interior. Under a swinging or resilient storage is understood to mean any storage that makes it possible for the vibrating element to vibrate relative to the canister interior space walls. The oscillating or resilient mounting can be carried out in different ways, with an oscillating or resilient bearing caused by elastically resilient spring elements being particularly preferred.
According to a specific embodiment, the supporting and / or holding device may be formed by a plurality of, preferably spaced, support springs, by means of which the vibrating element is resiliently supported on the canister interior side, in particular with a defined prestress, and / or suspended and / or suspended. This canister interior side support, support and / or suspension is particularly preferably in the area of the canister interior side wall and / or on the canister interior bottom wall.
The vibrating element has, according to a particularly preferred specific embodiment, a vibrating plate, in particular an at least partially planar vibrating plate. Such a vibrating plate allows fourfold constructive possibilities that have an advantageous effect on the design of the solution according to the invention. Thus, the vibration generator, in particular an eccentric motor as a vibration generator, can be arranged on such a vibration plate in a particularly simple manner, for example, be accommodated in a motor housing formed there. The housing causes an advantageous foreclosure of the eccentric motor of the surrounding medium and thus ensures a reliable permanent operation of the vibrating element. Furthermore, such a vibrating plate can be arranged in the canister interior with a well-defined gap distance to the canister interior side wall and thus, in the desired manner, the canister cross-section, to the required gap distance to enable the vibration plate vibration relative to the canister interior walls, are substantially closed. Likewise, such a vibrating plate in a particularly simple manner be arranged spaced above a canister interior bottom wall and also the unhindered vibration of the vibrating element are ensured relative to the canister interior wall.
On the vibration plate itself is preferably a plurality of marginal circumferentially spaced support springs arranged by means of which a functionally reliable and reliable support, support and / or suspension of the vibrating plate in the canister interior is possible. According to a particularly preferred specific embodiment, it is proposed that the support springs are formed by a plurality of projecting from the vibrating plate and the peripheral edge portion of the vibrating plate outwardly toward Kanisterinnenraumwand superior spring legs which are supported in the mounted state of the vibrating plate on the canister interior side wall and hold the vibrating plate, preferably with a defined bias, in the defined gap distance to the canister interior sidewall. In this case, a further embodiment is particularly advantageous in which a plurality, relative to the plate plane, upwardly and downwardly projecting from the vibrating plate spring legs are provided, the broad support of the vibrating plate for a secure hold thereof or a sufficient vibration possibility of the vibrating plate relative to the allow surrounding canister interior walls. In this case, a concrete embodiment is particularly preferred in which at least one upper leg projecting from the vibrating plate and at least one lower spring leg projecting from the vibrating plate form a group of spring legs which, in relation to the side view, project in a V-shape from the vibrating plate and thus have a particular advantageous two-point support in this area allows.
Alternatively or in addition to the spring legs just described may also be provided for the resilient mounting of the vibrating plate that at the at least one support spring is arranged in the assembled state of the underside of the canister interior bottom wall facing the vibration plate, which is then also preferably supported in the region of the canister interior space bottom wall. Here too, alternatively or additionally, a functionally reliable oscillating arrangement or mounting of the vibration plate in the canister interior can be ensured. Also, a suspended solution is basically possible, in which the vibrating plate is suspended in the canister interior via, for example, arranged in the area of the canister top wall swinging hanger.
The spring legs are preferably with their free ends directly to the respective associated Kanisterinnenraumwand. Optionally, however, at least a portion of the spring legs with the free spring leg ends, preferably by means of a latching connection, be releasably fixed in accordance with assigned kanisterinnenraumwandseitigen recordings. Such releasable fixing of the free ends does not affect the vibration behavior of the vibrating plate, but ensures that it can not float in the canister interior. In order to avoid floating, it may further be provided according to an alternative or additional embodiment that the vibrating plate is weighted with a weight or with a weight element.
The vibration plate itself can, in particular to ensure that it can also be flowed through, be formed at least partially as a grid with a grid structure.
Furthermore, the vibrating plate can basically be made of any suitable material or material. Particularly preferred, in particular also with regard to the formation of the oscillating or resilient Storage by, for example, elastic support springs, the vibrating plate is at least partially made of a plastic.
In addition, the vibrating plate can in principle be arranged in any suitable and desired way in the canister interior. However, an embodiment is particularly preferred in which the vibrating plate in the canister interior is arranged inclined in the direction of an outlet opening of the canister, via which the medium flows out of the canister interior. As a result, the vibrating plate can then act as a kind of "chute" and advantageously support the removal or pumping out of the material that has been transferred back to the pumpable state.
Particularly advantageous is an embodiment in which the vibration generator is coupled to a control and / or regulating device, by means of which the vibration generator and a pump of the discharge device, in particular a pump arranged on the canister of the discharge device, substantially simultaneously and / or for an equal period of time can be controlled and actuated. This ensures that the previously solid and now again in the pumpable state transferred medium is actually withdrawn from the canister and not as material accumulation or accumulation of material in the canister remains.
The advantages resulting from the process control according to the invention are identical to the advantages mentioned above in connection with the canister, so that reference is made to avoid repetition to the statements made above.
Likewise, the advantages mentioned above also result in connection with the metering device according to the invention.
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to a drawing.
