Claims (12)

  1. Procédé pour fabriquer par compression un corps comprimé (30) à partir d'au moins deux matériaux métalliques et/ou céramiques pulvérulents et/ou granulaires différents (p1, p2, p3), selon lequel
    - un premier matériau de ce type (p1 ; p2) est rempli (1 ; 4) dans une ouverture de matrice (21) d'une matrice (20),
    - au moins deux poinçons supérieurs (22, 24) sont appliqués (2 ; 5) au moins temporairement sur le matériau (p1 ; p2) dans l'ouverture de matrice (21),
    - des poinçons de compression (22, 23, 24, 25) disposés sur le dessous et sur le dessus sont déplacés (2 - 3 ; 5 - 6) à des hauteurs différentes le long d'une direction de compression conjointement avec les colonnes de matériau situées entre eux,
    - après relevage des poinçons de compression (24, 25) disposés sur le dessus, le deuxième matériau (p2 ; p3) est rempli (4 ; 7) dans l'ouverture de matrice (21),
    - pour finir, le matériau (p1 ; p2) est soumis à la compression finale (9 - 10) au moyen desdits au moins deux poinçons supérieurs (24, 25),
    - sachant que les colonnes de matériau sont, avant leur premier déplacement relatif (2 - 3), pré-comprimées entre les poinçons de compression (22, 23, 24, 25) disposés sur le dessous et sur le dessus.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, selon lequel le déplacement des poinçons de compression (22, 23, 24, 25) disposés sur le dessous et sur le dessus est effectué conjointement avec les colonnes de matériau situées entre eux jusqu'à la perte (2 ; 5) du contact entre les colonnes de matériau mutuellement voisines.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, selon lequel le déplacement des poinçons de compression (22, 23, 24, 25) disposés sur le dessous et sur le dessus est effectué conjointement avec les colonnes de matériau situées entre eux jusqu'à ce que les colonnes de matériau mutuellement voisines ne présentent plus (2) de contact entre elles.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 2 ou 3, selon lequel, à la suite de la perte du contact, les poinçons de compression (22, 23, 24, 25) disposés sur le dessous et sur le dessus sont déplacés conjointement avec les colonnes de matériau situées entre eux dans une position dans laquelle le deuxième matériau (p2 ; p3) est rempli (4 ; 7).
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, selon lequel le déplacement est effectué à des hauteurs différentes indépendamment de l'atteinte intermédiaire d'une deuxième position de remplissage consécutive pour le deuxième matériau (p2 ; p3).
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, selon lequel le déplacement s'effectue au cours d'une étape intercalée au-delà de la position de remplissage, ou dans une direction opposée à la direction de la position de remplissage consécutive.
  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, selon lequel un/le déplacement pour la perte du contact latéral des colonnes de matériau est effectué indépendamment de l'atteinte intermédiaire d'une deuxième position de remplissage consécutive pour le deuxième matériau (p2 ; p3).
  8. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, selon lequel les colonnes de matériau situées entre les poinçons de compression (22, 23, 24, 25) disposés sur le dessous et sur le dessus sont pré-comprimées pendant ou après un premier déplacement relatif (3) des colonnes de matériau.
  9. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, selon lequel au moins un des poinçons inférieurs et des poinçons supérieurs (22, 24) présente respectivement une configuration annulaire ou est réalisé avec une ouverture de passage située à l'intérieur, pour le passage d'au moins un autre poinçon inférieur ou supérieur (23, 25).
  10. Dispositif avec
    - une matrice (20) dotée d'une ouverture de matrice (21),
    - sur le dessous, au moins deux poinçons (22, 23) se dressant dans l'ouverture de matrice (21),
    - sur le dessus, au moins deux poinçons (24, 25) pouvant être introduits dans l'ouverture de matrice (21),
    - un équipement de remplissage (26) pour remplir l'ouverture de matrice (21) avec au moins deux matériaux métalliques et/ou céramiques pulvérulents et/ou granulaires différents (p1, p2), et
    - un équipement de commande (27), sachant que l'équipement de commande est configuré et/ou programmé pour la mise en oeuvre d'un procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, qui est réalisé sous la forme d'une presse pour pulvérulents céramiques et/ou métalliques avec des poinçons de presse comme poinçons (22, 23, 24, 25).
  12. Support de données sur lequel est enregistré un programme qui est programmé pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9 dans un dispositif selon la revendication 10 ou 11.
