Abstract

Etui de protection pour appareil électronique portable, l'étui comprenant : - une face arrière (10) ; - une face avant (20) ; - une tranche (30) ; - des moyens de fixation (40) agencés pour fixer l'appareil portable sur la face arrière (10); - des moyens élastiques (50) pour maintenir la face avant (20) rabattue et, caractérisé - en ce que la face arrière (10) est formée en une première et une deuxième parties (10a,10b) reliées par une deuxième articulation (15), - en ce que les moyens de fixation (40) sont agencés sur la première partie (10a) de la face arrière (10), - en ce que la première partie (10a) de la face arrière (10) et les moyens de fixation (40) peuvent pivoter vers l'arrière, pour amener l'étui dans une troisième position dite de stand, - et en ce que les moyens élastiques (50) sont agencés pour maintenir l'étui en position de stand.

Description

  • La présente invention concerne de manière générale un étui de protection pour un appareil électronique portable, comme par exemple un téléphone.
  • Il est connu dans l'art antérieur des étuis de protection d'appareils électroniques portables. Par exemple, un étui de protection bien connu est celui qui comporte une face avant et une face arrière articulées autour d'une tranche, avec des moyens élastiques engagés qui retiennent la face avant rabattue sur la face arrière lorsque l'étui est en position de protection de l'appareil électronique, lui-même alors agencé entre les deux faces et attaché à la face arrière. En contrepartie, ce système présente notamment l'inconvénient de ne pas offrir d'autres possibilités que d'avoir une position de protection comme décrite ci-dessus et une autre position ouverte, où les moyens élastiques sont désengagés et la face avant est coplanaire à la face arrière. Dans cette dernière position, l'appareil est alors accessible pour l'utilisation. Par contre, dans le cas où l'utilisateur ne se sert pas de l'appareil mais désire avoir celui-ci accessible à son regard, il devra le poser sur un support additionnel pour qu'il soit incliné par rapport à l'horizontale afin d'avoir une bonne visibilité sur l'appareil. L'étui décrit ci-dessus devient alors gênant pour positionner l'appareil dans cette position inclinée car la face avant est encombrante.
  • Enfin, le document US 2012/0037285 A1 décrit un étui pour appareil électronique portable.
  • Un but de la présente invention est de répondre aux inconvénients de l'art antérieur mentionnés ci-dessus et en particulier, tout d'abord, de proposer un étui de protection qui offre une position de protection fiable, sans pour autant entraver un positionnement aisé de l'appareil dans une position inclinée afin de permettre une visualisation rapide de l'appareil électronique.
  • Pour cela un premier aspect de l'invention concerne un étui de protection pour appareil électronique portable, l'étui comprenant :
    • une face arrière ;
    • une face avant ;
    • une tranche reliant la face arrière à la face avant et formant une première articulation entre la face avant et la face arrière pour permettre à l'étui de passer d'une première position ouverte où la face avant est coplanaire à la face arrière à une deuxième position de protection où la face avant est rabattue sur la face arrière ;
    • des moyens de fixation agencés pour fixer l'appareil électronique portable sur la face arrière, de manière à ce qu'il soit entre la face arrière et la face avant lorsque l'étui est dans la position de protection ;
    • des moyens élastiques agencés pour maintenir la face avant rabattue sur la face arrière lorsque l'étui est en position de protection et,
    caractérisé
    • en ce que la face arrière est formée en une première et une deuxième parties reliées par une deuxième articulation, la deuxième partie étant agencée entre la deuxième articulation et la tranche,
    • en ce que les moyens de fixation sont agencés sur la première partie de la face arrière,
    • en ce que la première partie de la face arrière et les moyens de fixation peuvent pivoter autour de la deuxième articulation vers l'arrière, de sorte à s'éloigner de la face avant, pour amener l'étui dans une troisième position dite de stand,
    • et en ce que les moyens élastiques sont agencés pour tirer la deuxième partie de la face arrière vers la face avant pour maintenir l'étui en position de stand.
  • L'étui selon la présente invention apporte la possibilité de positionner l'appareil dans une troisième position de stand de manière aisée, sans que la face avant ne gène cette mise en position grâce à la deuxième articulation. De plus, le maintien en place dans cette troisième position est bien garanti par les moyens élastiques qui tirent la deuxième partie vers la face avant. En d'autres termes, l'étui selon l'invention en position de stand peut être manipulé tout en restant dans cette position de stand.
  • De manière avantageuse, les moyens de fixation sont une coque attachée à la première partie de la face arrière. L'invention selon cette mise en oeuvre offre un positionnement et une protection de l'appareil électronique fiable, et facilite la cinématique de mise en position en apportant une rigidité supplémentaire à la première partie de la face arrière.
  • Avantageusement, la face avant comporte une doublure intérieure résistante aux frottements. Cette mise en oeuvre offre une durabilité augmentée.
  • Une réalisation particulièrement intéressante consiste en ce que la face avant comporte un insert de frottement sur sa partie intérieure. L'insert peut alors être dans une matière résistante et éviter à la doublure intérieure de subir les contacts répétés lors des mises en position de stand.
  • De manière avantageuse, la face avant comporte une butée agencée pour bloquer la première partie de la face arrière lorsque l'étui est en position de stand. La position de stand est fiable et la butée empêche tout glissement intempestif de la première partie de la face arrière sur la face avant.
  • Avantageusement, la butée est un insert agencé sur la face intérieure de la face avant. Cet insert évite de devoir mettre en forme toute la face avant.
  • Une réalisation particulièrement intéressante consiste en ce que les moyens élastiques sont attachés à la face avant et entourent la deuxième partie de la face arrière lorsque l'étui est en position de protection. Le maintien en position rabattue est efficace et l'utilisateur peut facilement désengager les moyens élastiques.
  • Avantageusement, la face arrière comporte une ouverture en regard d'un objectif d'appareil photographique de l'appareil électronique, et les moyens élastiques sont agencés en dehors de l'ouverture. L'utilisation de l'appareil photographique n'est pas compromise même lorsque les moyens élastiques entourent la face avant.
  • En alternative de ce premier mode de réalisation, les moyens élastiques sont attachés à la deuxième partie de la face arrière et entourent la face avant lorsqu'elle est en position de protection
  • Avantageusement, la face arrière comporte une ouverture en regard d'un objectif d'appareil photographique de l'appareil électronique, et les moyens élastiques sont agencés en dehors de l'ouverture.
  • D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de la présente invention apparaîtront plus clairement à la lecture de la description détaillée qui suit d'un mode de réalisation de l'invention donné à titre d'exemple nullement limitatif et illustré par les dessins annexés, dans lesquels :
    • la figure 1 représente l'étui selon la présente invention en position de protection ;
    • la figure 2 représente l'étui de la figure 1 en cours de mise en position de stand ;
    • la figure 3 représente l'étui de la figure 1 en position de stand ;
    • la figure 4, représente l'étui dans la position de stand de la figure 3, mais dans une autre orientation ;
    • la figure 5 représente une perspective de l'étui de la figure 3 ;
    • la figure 6 représente une coupe de l'étui de la figure 3 ;
    • la figure 7 représente l'étui dans la position de stand de la figure 3, mais dans une orientation verticale.
  • La figure 1 représente l'étui selon la présente invention en position de protection. Un appareil électronique 100 est fixé à la face arrière 10 par les moyens de fixation 40 qui sont une coque. La face arrière 20 est reliée à la face arrière 10 par la tranche 30 qui forme une première articulation entre les faces. Des moyens élastiques 50 sont fixés à la face avant 20 et entourent la face arrière 10 de sorte à maintenir la face avant 20 rabattue sur la face arrière 10 en exerçant un effort représenté par la flèche.
  • La figure 2 représente l'étui de la figure 1 en cours de mise en position de stand. A cet effet, la première partie 10a de la face arrière 10 pivote autour de la deuxième articulation 15 comme indiqué par la flèche, ce qui a pour effet de l'éloigner de la face avant 20. Les moyens élastiques 50 tirent la deuxième partie 10b de la face arrière vers la face avant 20 pour forcer les moyens de fixation 40 à être en contact avec la partie intérieure de la face avant 20. Dans la position intermédiaire présentée, l'appareil électronique 100 est perpendiculaire à la face avant 20.
  • La figure 3 représente l'étui de la figure 1 en position de stand. La première partie 10a de la face arrière a fini de pivoter autour de la deuxième articulation 15 de sorte à ce que l'appareil électronique 100 est en position inclinée par rapport à la face avant 20 et un utilisateur 200 peut aisément regarder l'appareil électronique 100. La deuxième partie 10b de la face arrière est tirée par le moyens élastiques 50 vers la face avant 20 de sorte que la position de stand est bien assurée, même si l'utilisateur 200 manipule l'étui par la tranche ou seulement par la face avant.
  • La figure 4 représente l'étui dans la position de stand de la figure 3, mais dans une autre orientation. En effet, l'étui repose sur son support par l'intermédiaire de la tranche 30 et de la première partie 10a de la face arrière reliée à la tranche par la deuxième partie 10b. Comme les moyens élastiques 50 tirent la deuxième partie 10b vers la face avant 20, la position de stand de l'étui est garantie, ceci même si l'utilisateur retourne l'étui.
  • La figure 5 représente une perspective de l'étui de la figure 3, qui permet d'orienter l'appareil électronique 100 par rapport au support sur lequel repose l'étui, afin d'offrir une vision aisée de l'appareil électronique 100.
  • La figure 6 représente une coupe de l'étui de la figure 3. Afin de limiter les frottements sur la partie intérieure de la face avant 20, un insert 25 est agencé dans la face avant et dépasse localement de la surface interne de la face avant 20. Ainsi, lors de la mise en position de stand, la coque 40 glisse sur l'insert 25. L'insert 25 peut être réalisé dans un matériau qui limite les frottements de sorte que la coque 40 glissera sans effort sur l'insert 25 lors de la mise en position de stand. De plus, une butée 26 peut être implantée dans l'insert 25 afin de bloquer la coque 40 en position de stand afin de fiabiliser le maintien en position de l'étui en position de stand.
  • La figure 7 représente l'étui dans la position de stand de la figure 3, mais dans une orientation verticale. En effet, les moyens élastiques qui tirent la deuxième partie 10b vers la face avant 20 permettent un maintien de l'étui selon la présente invention en position de stand et l'utilisateur peut poser l'étui verticalement sur un support.
  • On comprendra que diverses modifications et/ou améliorations évidentes pour l'homme du métier peuvent être apportées aux différents modes de réalisation de l'invention décrits dans la présente description sans sortir du cadre de l'invention défini par les revendications annexées.

Claims (10)

  1. Etui de protection pour appareil électronique portable, l'étui comprenant :
    - une face arrière (10) ;
    - une face avant (20) ;
    - une tranche (30) reliant la face arrière (10) à la face avant (20) et formant une première articulation entre la face avant (20) et la face arrière (10) pour permettre à l'étui de passer d'une première position ouverte où la face avant (20) est coplanaire à la face arrière (10) à une deuxième position de protection où la face avant (20) est rabattue sur la face arrière (10) ;
    - des moyens de fixation (40) agencés pour fixer l'appareil électronique portable sur la face arrière (10), de manière à ce qu'il soit entre la face arrière (10) et la face avant (20) lorsque l'étui est dans la position de protection ;
    - des moyens élastiques (50) agencés pour maintenir la face avant (20) rabattue sur la face arrière (10) lorsque l'étui est en position de protection et,
    - la face arrière (10) étant formée en une première et une deuxième parties (10a, 10b) reliées par une deuxième articulation (15), la deuxième partie (10b) étant agencée entre la deuxième articulation et la tranche,
    - les moyens de fixation (40) étant agencés sur la première partie (10a) de la face arrière (10),
    - la première partie (10a) de la face arrière (10) et les moyens de fixation (40) pouvant pivoter autour de la deuxième articulation (15) vers l'arrière, de sorte à s'éloigner de la face avant (20), pour amener l'étui dans une troisième position dite de stand,
    caractérisé en ce que les moyens élastiques (50) sont agencés pour tirer la deuxième partie (10b) de la face arrière (10) vers la face avant (20) pour maintenir l'étui en position de stand.
  2. Etui selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixation (40) sont une coque attachée à la première partie (10a) de la face arrière (10).
  3. Etui selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la face avant (20) comporte une doublure intérieure résistante aux frottements.
  4. Etui selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la face avant (20) comporte un insert (25) de frottement sur sa partie intérieure.
  5. Etui selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la face avant (20) comporte une butée (26) agencée pour bloquer la première partie (10a) de la face arrière (10) lorsque l'étui est en position de stand.
  6. Etui selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la butée (26) est un insert (25) agencé sur la face intérieure de la face avant (20).
  7. Etui selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les moyens élastiques (50) sont attachés à la face avant (20) et entourent la deuxième partie (10b) de la face arrière (10) lorsque l'étui est en position de protection.
  8. Etui selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la face arrière (10) comporte une ouverture en regard d'un objectif d'appareil photographique de l'appareil électronique, et en ce que les moyens élastiques (50) sont agencés en dehors de l'ouverture.
  9. Etui selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les moyens élastiques (50) sont attachés à la deuxième partie (10b) de la face arrière (10) et entourent la face avant (20) lorsqu'elle est en position de protection.
  10. Etui selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la face arrière (10) comporte une ouverture en regard d'un objectif d'appareil photographique de l'appareil électronique, et en ce que les moyens élastiques (50) sont agencés en dehors de l'ouverture.
