Claims (8)

  1. Verfahren zum Korrigieren der Wirkung von Torsionsbeanspruchung in Metallstangen, folgende Schritte umfassend:
    a. Führen eines Paares von nebeneinander angeordneten Metallstangen (2) zu einer Begradigungseinheit (1) entlang einer Führungsachse,
    b. Führen einer ersten Metallstange (2) des Paares von Metallstangen durch mindestens ein erstes Korrekturrad (11), das mit einem gekerbten Abschnitt (11 a) versehen ist, der eine geeignete Form aufweist und geeignet ist, auch die zweite Stange (2) quer in Eingriff zu nehmen, sowie mit einem benachbarten Abschnitt (11b) mit flachem Boden, der geeignet ist, eine zweite Stange (2) in Eingriff zu nehmen, die neben der ersten Stange (2) geführt wird,
    c. Durchführen der axialen Verlagerung des Korrekturrades (11) in eine Richtung quer zur Führungsachse der Stangen (2), um die Korrektur des Torsionseffektes der ersten Stange (1) durchzuführen.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ferner folgende Schritte bereitstellt:
    c1. Führen der zweiten Stange (2) des Paares von Metallstangen durch mindestens ein zweites Korrekturrad (12), das mit einem gekerbten Abschnitt (12a) versehen ist, der eine geeignete Form aufweist und geeignet ist, auch die zweite Stange (2) quer in Eingriff zu nehmen, sowie mit einem benachbarten Abschnitt (12b) mit flachem Boden, der geeignet ist, die erste Stange (2) in Eingriff zu nehmen,
    d1. Durchführen der axialen Verlagerung des zweiten Korrekturrads (12) in eine Richtung quer zur Führungsachse der Stangen (2), um die Korrektur des Torsionseffektes der zweiten Stange (1) durchzuführen.
  3. Vorrichtung zum Korrigieren der Wirkung von Torsionsbeanspruchung in Metallstangen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens ein erstes Korrekturrad (11) umfasst, das entsprechend einer Achse quer zur Führungsachse der Stangen (2) drehbar ist, einen gekerbten Abschnitt (11a) aufweist, der eine geeignete Form aufweist und geeignet ist, auch die zweite Stange (2) quer in Eingriff zu nehmen, sowie mit einem benachbarten Abschnitt (11 b) mit flachem Boden, der geeignet ist, eine zweite Stange (2) in Eingriff zu nehmen, die neben der ersten Stange (2) geführt wird, wobei das erste Korrekturrad (11) dafür geeignet ist, in axialer Verlagerung betätigt zu werden, in eine Richtung quer zur Führungsachse der Stangen (2), um die Korrektur des Torsionseffektes der ersten Stange (1) durchzuführen.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein zweites Korrekturrad (12) umfasst, das entsprechend einer Achse parallel zur Achse des ersten Korrekturrades (11) drehbar ist, das mit einem gekerbten Abschnitt (12a) versehen ist, der eine geeignete Form aufweist und geeignet ist, die zweite Stange (2) quer in Eingriff zu nehmen, sowie mit einem benachbarten Abschnitt (12b) mit flachem Boden, der geeignet ist, die erste Stange (2) in Eingriff zu nehmen, wobei die Korrekturräder (11, 12) dafür geeignet sind, unabhängig voneinander in axialer Verlagerung betätigt zu werden, in eine Richtung quer zur Führungsachse der Stangen (2), um jeweils die Korrektur der ersten Stange und/oder der zweiten Stange (2) durchzuführen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abschnitt mit flachem Boden (11b, 12b) eine Breite aufweist, die in geeigneter Weise größer als der Durchmesser der Stangen (2) ist.
  6. Einheit zum Begradigen von Metallstangen, der Art, die mehrere gegenläufig drehende Begradigungsräder (3, 4) umfasst, die nacheinander angeordnet sind, wobei ihre Achsen zueinander parallel und quer zur Führungsachse der zu begradigenden Stangen (2) liegen, in entgegengesetzter Richtung in Bezug auf die Führungsachse der Stangen (2), und die ein Paar von nebeneinanderliegenden Kerben (3a, 4a) mit V-Profil aufweist, um ein Paar von nebeneinander angeordneten Stangen (2) in Eingriff zu nehmen, die gleichzeitig zwischen die Begradigungsräder (3, 4) geführt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Vorrichtung (1) zum Korrigieren der Wirkung von Torsionsbeanspruchung in den Stangen (2) umfasst, die mindestens ein erstes Korrekturrad (11) umfasst, das entsprechend einer Achse quer zur Führungsachse der Stangen (2) drehbar ist, einen gekerbten Abschnitt (11a) aufweist, der eine geeignete Form aufweist und geeignet ist, auch die zweite Stange (2) quer in Eingriff zu nehmen, sowie mit einem benachbarten Abschnitt (11 b) mit flachem Boden, der geeignet ist, eine zweite Stange (2) in Eingriff zu nehmen, die neben der ersten Stange (2) geführt wird, wobei das Korrekturrad (11) dafür geeignet ist, in axialer Verlagerung betätigt zu werden, in eine Richtung quer zur Führungsachse der Stangen (2), um die Korrektur der ersten Stange (1) durchzuführen.
  7. Einheit nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (1) ein zweites Korrekturrad (12) umfasst, das entsprechend einer Achse parallel zur Achse des ersten Korrekturrades (11) drehbar ist, das mit einem gekerbten Abschnitt (12a) versehen ist, der eine geeignete Form aufweist und geeignet ist, die zweite Stange (2) in Eingriff zu nehmen, sowie mit einem benachbarten Abschnitt (12b) mit flachem Boden, der geeignet ist, die erste Stange (2) in Eingriff zu nehmen, wobei die Korrekturräder (11, 12) dafür geeignet sind, unabhängig voneinander in axialer Verlagerung betätigt zu werden, in eine Richtung quer zur Führungsachse der Stangen (2), um jeweils die Korrektur der ersten Stange und/oder der zweiten Stange (2) durchzuführen.
  8. Einheit nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Korrekturräder (11, 12) geeignet sind, entsprechend ihrer eigenen Achse unabhängig voneinander zwischen einer inaktiven Position, in der der jeweilige gekerbte Abschnitt (11a, 12a) in der gleichen Längsebene angeordnet ist wie die Begradigungsräder (3, 4), und einer aktiven Position verlagert zu werden, in der der gekerbte Abschnitt (11a, 12a) auf eine entsprechende Stange (2) einwirkt und sich dabei axial zu seiner eigenen Drehachse bewegt.
