Abstract

Eine Stülpfilterzentrifuge weist eine, in einem Maschinengestell (2) drehbar gelagerte, freitragend in ein mit dem Maschinengestell (2) verbundenes Gehäuse (1) hineinragende Filtertrommel (16) auf, die einen mit Normal-, Über- oder Unterdruck beaufschlagbaren Schleuderraum (14) radial umschließt. Der Schleuderraum (14) ist an seiner Stirnseite mit einem Schleuderraumdeckel (25) verschlossen und auf der anderen Seite durch einen Schubboden (23) begrenzt. Die Filtertrommel (16) und der Schubboden (23) laufen gemeinsam um und werden translatorisch relativ zueinander bewegt um ein Filtertuch (22) umzustülpen, und abgetrennten Feststoff aus dem Schleuderraum (14) in einen Feststoffsammelraum (32) auszutragen. Am Schleuderraumdeckel (25) ist eine Einfüllöffnung (28) für einzubringende Medien, (Suspension, Waschflüssigkeit, usw.) vorgesehen, die bei geschlossenem Schleuderraum (14) von einem um seine Längsachse drehbar gelagerten Füllrohr (26) abgedichtet durchdrungen wird. Hierbei wird die starre Medienzufuhr durch ein mit ihr verbundenes in das drehbar gelagerte Füllrohr (26) eindringendes Mundstück (65) beendet. Dadurch entsteht ein Durchgang für die in den Schleuderraum (14) zu verbringenden Medien. Zwischen dem radial starren Mundstück (65) und dem umlaufenden Füllrohr (26) sind Lippendichtungen, vorzugsweise herkömmliche / handelsübliche Wellendichtungen mit Dichtlippen, angeordnet. Wobei durch die Art und Weise der Druckgaszufuhr sowie die gewählte Anordnung, die Dichtlippen auch bei Überdruck im Schleuderraum (14), durch den Gasüberdruck nicht belastet-, sondern entlastet werden. Infolgedessen laufen die Dichtungen im Betrieb verschleißarm und erreichen eine hohe Lebensdauer.
