Claims (14)
- Machine-outil manuelle, en particulier rectifieuse manuelle (11), comprenant un logement d'outil (16), pouvant être entraîné par un moteur d'entraînement, pour un outil (21), en particulier pour un outil à rectifier, servant à l'usinage par abrasion d'un objet d'usinage (22), et comprenant un dispositif de recouvrement (24) servant à recouvrir l'outil (21), sachant que le dispositif de recouvrement (24) présente un recouvrement de bord latéral (27) servant à recouvrir un bord latéral (28) de l'outil (21), et sachant qu'un élément de recouvrement (43) du recouvrement de bord latéral (27) est monté de manière à pouvoir être déplacé entre une position d'ouverture (O) dégageant une section de bord latéral (45) de l'outil (21) et une position de recouvrement (A) cachant la section de bord latéral (45) de l'outil (21), sachant que l'élément de recouvrement (43) est monté au niveau d'un palier de pivotement (44) de manière à pouvoir pivoter entre la position de recouvrement (A) et la position d'ouverture (O), caractérisée en ce que le recouvrement de bord latéral (27) est monté de manière à pouvoir être déplacé comme un tout de manière à venir en appui contre l'objet d'usinage (22) par rapport à une partie supérieure de recouvrement recouvrant au moins en partie un côté supérieur de l'outil (21).
- Machine-outil manuelle selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de recouvrement (43) adopte, dans la position d'ouverture (O) et/ou dans la position de recouvrement (A), une position stable anti-basculement.
- Machine-outil manuelle selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'elle présente un ensemble de ressorts (52) servant à maintenir l'élément de recouvrement (43) dans la position d'ouverture (O) et/ou dans la position de recouvrement (A).
- Machine-outil manuelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le recouvrement de bord latéral (27), en particulier l'élément de recouvrement (43), présente, au niveau d'un côté d'appui prévu pour venir en appui contre un objet d'usinage (22), un joint d'étanchéité (48) flexible au moins au niveau d'une périphérie partielle.
- Machine-outil manuelle selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le joint d'étanchéité (48) flexible est perméable à l'air et/ou comprend une brosse (49).
- Machine-outil manuelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de recouvrement (43) est monté de manière à pouvoir être déplacé au niveau d'une partie de base (31) du recouvrement de bord latéral (27).
- Machine-outil manuelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle présente un ensemble de ressorts d'appui (41) servant à contraindre le recouvrement de bord latéral (27) comme un tout et/ou l'élément de recouvrement (43) dans la direction de l'objet d'usinage (22).
- Machine-outil manuelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le recouvrement de bord latéral (27) comprend un anneau de recouvrement entourant de manière à présenter une forme annulaire l'outil (21), et en ce que l'élément de recouvrement (43) forme une partie de segment d'anneau de l'anneau de recouvrement.
- Machine-outil manuelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le recouvrement de bord latéral (27) présente essentiellement une forme circulaire.
