Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour exécuter une phase de séchage dans un lave-vaisselle, notamment un lave-vaisselle ménager (1), avec une cuve de lavage (2) qui peut être fermée sur son côté avant par une porte (3) montée à pivotement dans la zone inférieure, avec un dispositif (19, 20) pour ouvrir automatiquement de façon partielle la porte (3), et avec un dispositif de séchage à condensation qui contient des moyens (13) pour produire un flux (15) d'air de refroidissement. L'invention vise à améliorer le procédé de façon à empêcher de manière fiable la formation d'eau de condensation sur le dessous d'un plan de travail. A cet effet, avant et après l'ouverture partielle de la porte (3), une partie (21) du flux (15) d'air de refroidissement est dirigée le long d'une partie (12) du dessous d'un plan de travail (11) recouvrant vers le haut le carter (8) de lave-vaisselle.
