    - eine Sitzstruktur (2), die wenigstens umfaßt:
    - eine Fußstütze (15),
    - einen Sitz (16),
    - eine Rückenlehne (17),
    - Strukturen zum Tragen der Rückenlehne (17), des Sitzes (16) und der Fußstütze (15), die angelenkt sind, um eine Änderung der Relativneigung der Rückenlehne gegenüber dem Sitz und/oder eine Änderung der Relativneigung der Fußstütze gegenüber dem Sitz zu ermöglichen, und
    - wenigstens ein mechanisches Hilfsmittel (23, 36, 53), das dazu ausgelegt ist, eine Änderung der Relativneigung der Rückenlehne gegenüber dem Sitz und/oder eine Änderung der Relativneigung der Fußstütze gegenüber dem Sitz sicherzustellen,
    - Hebemittel (60), die zwischen dem Rahmen (1) und der Sitzstruktur (2) angeordnet sind, die eine Änderung der Höhe der Sitzstruktur ermöglichen und die wenigstens eine Gelenkanordnung, welche wenigstens ein in einer vertikalen Ebene verformbares Vieleck (61) umfaßt, das zwischen der Sitzstruktur und dem Fuß angeordnet ist, der nun eine Seite des verformbaren Vielecks definiert, sowie ein mechanisches Hilfsmittel (70) umfassen, das dazu ausgelegt ist, durch eine Verformung des Vielecks (61) eine Änderung der Höhe der Sitzstruktur (2) zu ermöglichen,
    - Mittel zum Neigen der gesamten Sitzstruktur (2), Neigungsmittel, die zwischen dem Rahmen und den Hebemitteln angeordnet sind und die wenigstens umfassen:
    - einen Fuß (65), der mit dem Rahmen (1) fest verbunden ist und der um eine im wesentlichen horizontale Achse verschwenkt und an dem die Hebemittel angebracht sind, und
    - ein mechanisches Hilfsmittel (73), das zwischen dem Fuß (65) und dem Rahmen (1) angeordnet ist und das dazu ausgelegt ist, durch eine Drehung des Fußes (65) eine Änderung der Neigung der gesamten Sitzstruktur (2), unabhängig von ihrem Aufbau und insbesondere von der Sitzhöhe, zu ermöglichen,
    und dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß:
    - die Sitzstruktur (2) eine Traverse (19) umfaßt, die sich im vorderen Bereich des Stuhls befindet und die eine Seite des verformbaren Vielecks (61) der Hebemittel (60) bildet,
    - die Gelenkstruktur (20) zum Tragen des Sitzes wenigstens umfaßt:
    - einen Längsträger (21), der mit dem Sitz (16) fest verbunden ist und der vorne an der vorderen Traverse (19) angelenkt ist, und
    - einen motorisierten Teleskopzylinder (23), der vorne an der vorderen Traverse (19) und hinten an dem Längsträger oder einem mit dem Längsträger fest verbundenen Element (25) angelenkt ist und der ein mechanisches Mittel zur Unterstützung des Vertikalisierens der Sitzstruktur (2) bildet,
    - die Gelenkstruktur (30) zum Tragen der Rückenlehne (17) wenigstens umfaßt:
    - einen Holm (31), der mit der Rückenlehne fest verbunden ist und der an dem hinteren Ende des Längsträgers (21) oder an einem mit dem Längsträger fest verbundenen Element angelenkt ist, und
    - einen Rückenlehnenarm (35), der an der vorderen Traverse (19) und an dem Holm (31) oder einem mit dem Holm fest verbundenen Element (32) angelenkt ist,
    - und die Gelenkstruktur (50) zum Tragen der Fußstütze (15) wenigstens umfaßt:
    - ein Unterschenkelsegment (51), das mit der Fußstütze fest verbunden ist und das an der vorderen Traverse (19) angelenkt ist,
    - einen Schienbeinmuskelarm (53), der einerseits an der vorderen Traverse (19) und andererseits an dem Unterschenkelsegment (51) angelenkt ist.
  2. Stuhl nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gelenkanordnung (60) wenigstens zwei in zwei parallelen vertikalen Ebenen verformbare Vielecke (61) umfaßt.
  3. Stuhl nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes verformbare Vieleck (61) die Form eines verformbaren Vierecks aufweist, von dem zwei Seiten von zwei den Rahmen mit der Sitzstruktur verbindenden Gelenksegmenten gebildet sind.
  4. Stuhl nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das verformbare Viereck (61) die Form eines Parallelogramms aufweist.
  5. Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mechanische Hilfsmittel (73) der Mittel zum Neigen der gesamten Sitzstruktur (2) motorisiert ist.
  6. Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gelenkige Sitzstruktur (2) und das mechanische Hilfsmittel (23) dazu ausgelegt sind, den Übergang der Sitzstruktur in eine Vertikalisierungsposition zu ermöglichen, in der die Fußstütze (15), der Sitz (16) und die Rückenlehne (17) in der Verlängerung voneinander in einer im wesentlichen vertikalen Ebene angeordnet sind.
  7. Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rückenlehnenarm (35) ein vorderes Segment (36) umfaßt, das von einem motorisierten Zylinder (36) gebildet ist, der ein mechanisches Hilfsmittel für die Änderung der Relativneigung der Rückenlehne (17) gegenüber dem Sitz (16) bildet.
  8. Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schienbeinmuskelarm von einem motorisierten Zylinder (53) gebildet ist, der ein mechanisches Hilfsmittel für die Änderung der Relativneigung der Fußstütze (15) gegenüber dem Sitz (16) bildet.
  9. Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er eine Steuereinheit (9) umfaßt, die die Steuerung der motorisierten Zylinder sicherstellt und die dazu ausgelegt ist:
    - einerseits die Sitzstruktur (2), ausgehend von einer sogenannten normalen Position,
    - entweder automatisch in die vertikalisierte Position zu bringen, in der die Fußstütze (15), der Sitz (16) und die Rückenlehne (17) in einer im wesentlichen vertikalen Ebene fluchten,
    - oder automatisch in die ausgestreckte Position zu bringen, in der die Fußstütze, der Sitz und die Rückenlehne in einer im wesentlichen horizontalen Ebene fluchten,
    - und andererseits halbautomatisch eine Änderung des Anhebens der Sitzstruktur zu ermöglichen.
  10. Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fußstütze (15) an dem Unterschenkelsegment mittels eines Schlittens (56) angebracht ist, um gegenüber der vorderen Traverse (19) verschiebebeweglich zu sein.
  11. Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückenlehne (17) an dem Rückenlehnenholm mittels eines Schiebers (42) angebracht ist, um gegenüber dem Sitz (16) verschiebebeweglich zu sein.
  12. Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rahmen (1) mit wenigstens drei Rädern (3, 5) ausgestattet ist.
  13. Stuhl nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Rad (3) motorisiert ist.
