Claims (5)
- Dispositif pour broyer des échantillons biologiques doté d'un récipient à échantillon, d'un dispositif d'entraînement rotatoire séparé du récipient à échantillon et d'un arbre placé de façon à pouvoir tourner dans le récipient à échantillon, l'arbre présentant au niveau de son extrémité opérationnelle un dispositif de coupe faisant saillie latéralement et, au niveau de son extrémité d'accouplement, une pièce d'accouplement accessible de l'extérieur et conformé de façon à s'accoupler à une pièce d'accouplement correspondante dont est doté le dispositif d'entraînement rotatoire, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre (14) est agencé dans le récipient à échantillon (10) avec un guidage latéral et de façon à pouvoir coulisser axialement, en ce que la pièce d'accouplement (19) et la pièce d'accouplement correspondante (21) sont conformées de façon à assurer un accouplement par emprise de formes complémentaires dans le sens de rotation (23) et permettant un déplacement axial, et en ce que le dispositif de coupe (16) a une forme d'hélice conçue de façon à exercer, lors de la rotation de l'arbre (14) dans le sens opérationnel, une force propulsive sur cet arbre en direction de l'extrémité (18) de l'accouplement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que dans le fond (12) du récipient à échantillon (10) est prévue une douille (25) assurant le guidage latéral de l'extrémité opérationnelle (15) de l'arbre (14).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la pièce d'accouplement est réalisée sous forme d'au moins une saillie (19, 190) s'écartant latéralement de l'arbre (14) et s'étendant dans le sens longitudinal.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3 caractérisé en ce que la pièce d'accouplement présente deux saillies (19, 190) latérales dont les bords supérieurs sont à différentes distances de l'extrémité de l'accouplement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'est prévue sur l'arbre (14) une saillie périphérique (24) dimensionnée et agencée de façon à recouvrir, lors d'un déplacement axial de l'arbre en direction de l'extrémité de l'accouplement (18), un passage (30) prévu pour l'arbre (14) dans le récipient à échantillon (10).
