Claims (8)

  1. Aufrichtstuhl für Behinderte und Invaliden, mit einem Gestell (2), das eine Gelenkstruktur (12) trägt, die einen Unterbau (4), eine Fußstütze (33), eine Rückenlehne sowie zwei symmetrische Seitengelenksysteme (13) aufweist, die jeweils folgendes umfassen:
    - ein erstes verformbares Vieleck oder Viereck (17), das zum Tragen des Unterbaus beiträgt und von zwei Stangen, einer oberen (18) bzw. einer unteren (19) gebildet ist, die an dem vorderen Teil des Gestells (2) angelenkt und zu ihren hinteren Teilen durch ein Abstandsteil (20) verbunden sind,
    - ein zweites verformbares Vieleck oder Viereck (26), das zum Tragen der Fußstütze beiträgt,
    - einen Rückenlehnenrahmen (34, 35), der wenigstens über das Abstandsteil (20), gegenüber dem zweiten Viereck (26), an dem ersten Viereck (17) angelenkt ist,
    - sowie eine zwischen dem ersten Viereck und dem Gestell angeordnete Betätigungseinheit (40), die einen ersten Hebel (41), der am hinteren Teil des Gestells (2) sowie am Ende eines zweiten Hebels (43) angelenkt ist, dessen anderes Ende an dem ersten Viereck (17) angelenkt ist, sowie einen Betätigungsgriff (49) umfaßt, der eine Funktion zur Steuerung und zur Kontrolle des relativen Verschwenkens der Seitensysteme von einer Absenkposition in eine Aufrichtposition der Struktur gegenüber dem Gestell und umgekehrt übernimmt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für jede Betätigungseinheit der Betätigungsgriff (49) einerseits an dem zweiten Hebel (43) und dem ersten Hebel (41) sowie andererseits an dem ersten Viereck (17) mittels eines Schwingarms (55) angelenkt ist, von dem ein erstes Ende über einen Drehzapfen (56) mit dem ersten Viereck verbunden ist und dessen zweites Ende über einen Drehzapfen (58) mit dem Betätigungsgriff (49) verbunden ist.
  2. Aufrichtstuhl nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand der beiden Drehzapfen (56 und 58) des Schwingarms gewählt ist, um wenigstens den Ausschlag der Bewegung des Betätigungsgriffes einzustellen.
  3. Aufrichtstuhl nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungsgriff (49) an der durch den ersten Hebel (41) und den zweiten Hebel (43) gebildeten Einheit im Bereich des Verbindungsdrehzapfens (44) zwischen dem ersten Hebel (41) und dem zweiten Hebel (43) angelenkt ist.
  4. Aufrichtstuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß - zur Sicherung einer automatischen Verriegelung der Gelenkstruktur in der Sitzstellung - die Achse des Gelenkzapfens (45) zum Anlenken des zweiten Hebels (43) an dem ersten Viereck (17) in der Sitzstellung des Stuhls unterhalb einer Geraden A liegt, die einerseits durch den Drehzapfen (44) zum Anlenken des ersten Hebels (41) und des zweiten Hebels (43) und andererseits durch den Drehzapfen (42) zum Anlenken des ersten Hebels (41) am hinteren Teil des Gestells (2) verläuft.
  5. Aufrichtstuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß - zur Sicherung einer automatischen Verriegelung der Gelenkstruktur in der Sitzstellung - die Gelenkachse des Drehzapfens (56) zum Anlenken des Schwingarms an dem ersten Viereck in der Sitzstellung des Stuhls oberhalb einer Geraden A' liegt, die einerseits durch den Drehzapfen (44) zum Anlenken des Griffes (49) an dem ersten Hebel (41) und/oder dem zweiten Hebel (43) sowie andererseits durch den Verbindungsdrehzapfen (58) zwischen dem Griff (49) und dem Schwingarm (55) verläuft.
  6. Aufrichtstuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß - zur Sicherung einer automatischen Verriegelung der Gelenkstruktur in der aufgerichteten Stellung - die Gelenkachse des Verbindungsdrehzapfens (44) zwischen dem ersten Hebel (41) und dem zweiten Hebel (43) in der aufgerichteten Stellung des Sitzes oberhalb einer Geraden A" liegt, die einerseits durch den Drehzapfen (42) zum Anlenken des ersten Hebels (41) am hinteren Teil des Gestells (2) sowie andererseits durch den Drehzapfen (45) zum Anlenken des zweiten Hebels (43) an dem ersten Viereck (17) verläuft.
  7. Aufrichtstuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß - zur Sicherung einer automatischen Verriegelung der Gelenkstruktur in der aufgerichteten Stellung - die Gelenkachsen der Drehzapfen (44, 58) des Griffs (49) in der aufgerichteten Stellung des Stuhls auf beiden Seiten einer Geraden Δ" liegen, die einerseits durch den Drehzapfen (42) zum Anlenken des ersten Hebels (41) am hinteren Teil des Gestells (2) sowie andererseits durch den Drehzapfen (45) zum Anlenken des zweiten Hebels (43) an dem ersten Viereck (17) verläuft.
  8. Aufrichtstuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er ein Hilfsorgan (65) für die Aufricht-Absenkbewegung umfaßt.
