Definitions
- the invention relates to a building system for the construction of buildings with walls, which are formed from plate-shaped elements.
- plate-shaped elements In buildings with a stud as a support structure, the spaces between the uprights are often filled by plate-shaped elements. These plate-shaped elements are equipped to provide good thermal insulation with appropriate thermal insulation materials, but always form with the uprights continuous joints that form cold bridges, especially when the mortar connecting the uprights and the plates breaks due to temperature influences.
- the present invention is therefore based on the object to propose a construction system in which an industrial prefabrication of wall elements is possible, which have no cold bridges and which consist of a material that is ecologically sound and permeable.
- the plate-shaped elements By producing the plate-shaped elements from a material that contains mainly shredded plant fiber material, an ecologically sound construction system is created from ecologically renewable raw materials.
- the plate-shaped elements fully recyclable.
- the wall structure can be designed to be completely open to diffusion, resulting in a healthy living environment.
- the already known for the production of molded blocks material also has an extremely low thermal conductivity, so that with the material easily low energy buildings can be produced without additional insulation materials. If, in addition, stands made of wood, in particular made of laminated wood, are used, and if the plate-shaped elements consist predominantly of wood chips, a wall structure of a uniform material, namely wood, is created.
- the recesses may be incorporated in one or in both surfaces of the plate-shaped elements. If recesses for stands are present on both sides, then these recesses can be arranged alternately. Thus, if so desired, a relatively dense grid of uprights can be provided without consuming too much expensive wood because of too high a stand.
- the walls are covered at the provided with recesses for the stand surfaces by cover plates of the same or a different material as the plate-shaped elements. It then arise on the outsides of the plate-like elements seamless smooth surfaces, which can then be easily further processed, for example by applying a plaster base.
- the cover plates may have a thickness which is equal to the distance between the bottom of the recesses and the surface of the plate-shaped elements opposite the recesses.
- the stands come to lie in the middle of the walls, which brings advantages both in terms of stability and the production of the walls.
- Another way to obtain internal stands and smooth surfaces outside is to form the walls of pairwise opposed plate-shaped elements, wherein the recesses of the plate-shaped elements for the stator facing each other and form a common cavity.
- This type of design of the wall has the advantage that apart from the plate-shaped elements no additional elements such as thinner cover plates are finished.
- the wall thickness and also the heat conductivity can be influenced by arranging an air gap between the cover plates and the plate-shaped elements or between the two plate-shaped elements.
- the wall construction which is suitable for both exterior and interior walls, allows any kind of further surface treatment.
- the walls can be provided on one or both sides with plaster or plasterboard.
- the stud can preferably be made of wood. But you can also use other materials for this.
- the stand can also be made of concrete, steel or a composite material.
- the walls consist of prefabricated wall elements or are composed of such.
- the wall elements have to plate-shaped elements, stand and a Threshold and a head frame.
- the wall elements may also be provided with cover plates of the same or a different material as the plate-shaped elements, so that they have a smooth surface on both sides.
- cover plates When using the same material for the cover plates as for the plate-shaped elements they may have the same or a different density.
- the thermal conductivity can be influenced in the desired manner.
- the wall elements can be plastered on one or both sides with plaster or gypsum boards or be provided with a cleaning system.
- the inventive method for producing prefabricated wall elements for a building system is characterized in that stands are inserted and secured in recesses provided in the plate-shaped elements and at the top and bottom of the plate-shaped elements, a Kophrähm and a threshold are attached.
- the plate-shaped elements can be mold plates with already molded recesses. Another possibility is to insert the recesses for the stands into massive plates made using comminuted plant fiber material, for example by milling them out. This is particularly advantageous for materials with a large shrinkage during production, since the required dimensional accuracy of the recesses in the molding process is difficult to achieve here. Also, installation channels for receiving water pipes and electrical lines can already be involved in the production of the plate-shaped elements.
- cover plates of the same or a different material as the plate-shaped elements and / or plaster or plaster plates can be placed on the recessed surface of the plate-shaped elements and at least on the uprights be attached for example by nailing and / or gluing.
- the wall elements can preferably be made lying. After placing the cover plates, plaster or plaster plates or the second plate-shaped elements on the first, already provided with uprights plate-shaped element, these attached elements can be nailed to the uprights and mounted the Kopffrähm and the threshold and nailed to the uprights and plate-shaped elements before the wall element is turned and the first plate-shaped element is nailed to the uprights from the outside. As a result, a completely prefabricated wall element is produced in an economical manner with comparatively few work steps.
- the plate-shaped elements and the cover plates can be manufactured in corresponding shapes. However, it is also possible to assemble them from shaped bricks as prefabricated elements.
- the recesses When producing concrete stands, the recesses can be boarded and then poured with concrete. The previous introduction of a reinforcement for the stand is possible. If the degree of prefabrication of the wall elements is to be increased, the wall elements can be provided on one or both sides with a planking of drywall material or plaster systems.
- the wall 10 of Fig. 1 which may in particular be an outer wall of a building, consists of a plate-shaped element 11 made of a material containing mainly plant fiber materials.
- the plate-shaped element 11 may for example be made of wood concrete, d. H. a mixture of wood shavings and cement. But also the use of hemp shives, bamboo, coconut shells and the like is possible.
- the plate-shaped element 11 has recesses 12 for receiving uprights 13.
- the recesses 12 may preferably be introduced into the inwardly facing surface of the plate-shaped element 11. If the stands 13 are made of wood, then these are well protected against the effects of weather.
- the wall 10 may be provided on the outside with a plaster layer, not shown here, and on the inside with plaster or gypsum boards to then make the desired finish plaster or the painting of the wall can.
- the wall 20 shown in Fig. 2 again has a plate-shaped element 21 which is thinner than the plate-shaped element 11 of Fig. 1, but otherwise shows the same structure.
- Recesses 22 are again provided for receiving uprights 23 on one of the outer surfaces of the plate-shaped element 21.
- the uprights 23 are covered outwardly by a pre-set cover plate element 24.
- the wall 20 on both sides of a seamless smooth surface which can then be further processed immediately.
- the thickness of the cover plate 24 is selected to be exactly equal to the distance between the bottom of the recesses 22 and the opposite side 21.1 of the plate-shaped element 21, whereby the uprights 23 come to lie exactly in the middle of the wall 20.
- this type of wall construction is not mandatory.
- FIG. 3 shows another alternative of a wall structure 30 which has smooth, seamless surfaces on both sides.
- two plate-shaped elements 31, 31 ' arranged in pairs opposite one another. Both plate-shaped elements 31, 31 'are provided with recesses 32, 32'. If the plate-shaped elements 31, 31 'are juxtaposed, then the recesses 32, 32' form a common cavity for receiving a stand 33, in particular a stator made of glulam.
- the stand 33 are shown in Fig. 3 larger than the stand 13, 23 of the walls 10, 20 of FIGS. 1 and 2.
- the uprights 33 could also have the same cross section as the uprights 13 and 23.
- the recesses 32, 32 'of the plate-shaped elements 31, 31' could then be selected correspondingly smaller.
- Such an air gap could be generated in the same way also in the wall 20 of FIG. 2 between the plate-shaped element 21 and the cover plate 24.
- the wall 30 has the advantage over the wall 20 that it is made up of unitary elements 31, 31 '. In the case of the wall 20, on the other hand, two different elements, the plate-shaped element 21 and the cover plate 24, must be provided. On the other hand deleted in the cover plate 24 of the wall 20 of the effort for the introduction of recesses for the stand 23rd
- the wall structure 40 shown in Fig. 4 is particularly suitable for interior walls.
- the plate-shaped element 41 is provided on both sides with recesses 42 for stand 43.
- the recesses 42 are arranged alternately on one of the two sides. This makes it possible to put relatively thin stand 43 in a relatively close distance, so that the stanchions 43 superior gypsum or plaster plates 44 can be fixed with relatively narrow dimensions.
- Fig. 5 shows a possibility of producing the wall 20 shown in Fig. 2 as a prefabricated wall element.
- the wall element 30 could be made from Fig. 3, if instead of the cover plate 24, a second plate-shaped element 31 'would be mounted.
- Fig. 5a shows a solid plate 50 made of material mainly consisting of plant fiber material. From this plate 50 is formed by introducing recesses 22, the plate-shaped element 21. The plate 50 is on a working table 51, which is only roughly indicated in Fig. 5, tightened. Subsequently, the processing can be done for example with a milling tool. From the plate 50 and window openings can be cut out. The waste material is fully recyclable.
- a cover plate 24 is placed on the plate-shaped element 21 and with the uprights 23, the Kopfrähm and the threshold by means of nails 52 and / or attached by gluing. Thereafter, the entire arrangement is turned by 180 °, so now the cover plate 24 comes to rest on the processing table 51. Now, the plate-shaped element 21 can also be connected by means of nails 52 with the uprights 23.
- the cover plate 24 may be made of the same material as the plate 50. But it could also be another material, such as a material with a lower thermal conductivity can be selected.
- FIGS. 6a to 6e show a wall element 60 manufactured according to the method from FIG. 5 in the production stage before the cover plates are put on.
- the wall element 60 has a door opening 66 which, like the recesses for the uprights 63, the head frame 64 and the threshold 65, can be introduced into a solid plate for producing the plate-shaped element 61.
- Above the door opening 66 is a lintel 67, for which a recess is likewise made in the plate-shaped element 61.
- the embedding of the Kopfrähms 64 and the threshold 65 in the material of the plate-shaped member 61 is particularly apparent from the sectional view in Fig. 6c.
- the Kopfrähm 64 and the threshold 65 are braced with the uprights 63 and nailed.
- FIGS. 7a and 7b show two examples of stator cross sections which allow a positive connection between the uprights 71 and 72 and the plate-shaped element 70.
- the stator 71 from FIG. 7 a has a trapezoidal cross section and the stator 72 from FIG. 7 b has a cross section in the form of a double T.
