Definitions
- the invention relates to a gun barrel, in which the gun barrel connected to a bottom piece is slidably mounted in a cradle tube.
- DE 19 800 193 discloses a gun barrel according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a tube weapon is for example from the DE 31 48 265 A1 known.
- the gun barrel is mounted in two sliding bush bearings, which are arranged at the mouth and at the bottom end of the cradle tube.
- the disadvantage of such a known Gleitbuchsenlagerung that the gun barrel, for example, a tank cannon, due to the mass rests on the lower inner edge of the bearing and lifts itself up by the tube expansion occurring at firing. This process then leads to vibrations of the barrel and has a negative effect on the departure error of each bullet.
- the invention has for its object to provide a slidably mounted in a cradle tube weapon, in which a lifting effect of the gun barrel is largely avoided and in the complex guide grooves in the cradle tube are not required and in which a tube change as in conventional weapon bearings is possible.
- the invention is based essentially on the idea of arranging at the mouth side at least mouth, but preferably also a sliding bush bearing, which comprises a pipe bushing in which the barrel is arranged Hub binok and their outer surfaces in the cradle tube form-fitting sliding (ie with the least possible game) are stored so that -anders than in the case of DE 39 36 454 A1 - An independently acting axial and radial sliding guide of the barrel takes place.
- the radial sliding of the gun barrel at firing is similar to the case of the DE 39 36 454 A1 by strip-shaped projections which engage in corresponding groove-shaped recesses of the pipe bushing and keep the barrel centrally in the pipe socket.
- a radial widening compensation takes place in turn by existing game specification between gun barrel or a non-rotatably connected to the gun barrel, the strip-shaped projections bearing inner ring and the inner surface of the pipe sleeve.
- the pipe bushing of the second Gleitbuchsenlagers has a length which is chosen such that the pipe bushing is completely withdrawn at a return of the gun barrel from the cradle tube, should be arranged in the cradle muzzle before the rear Gleitbuchsenlager an additional sliding bush with predetermined Passungsspiel, which Leadership of the weapon barrel in this case takes over.
- the second Gleitbuchsenlager can also have a length which is chosen such that the pipe socket does not leave the cradle pipe during the return and thus can be dispensed with an additional slide bushing.
- Fig. 1 1 denotes a gun barrel, in which the weapon barrel 2 is mounted axially displaceably in a cradle 3 of a cradle 4.
- a first plain bush bearing 5 and at the bottom end of the weighing tube 3, a second plain bush bearing 6 are arranged at the mouth-side end of the cradle tube 3.
- the first slide bush bearing 5 comprises a pipe bushing 7 (FIG. Fig.2 and 3 ), whose outer surface 8 is slidably mounted in the cradle tube 3, wherein between the pipe sleeve 7 and the cradle tube 3 as small as possible match clearance is present.
- the pipe sleeve 7 has on the inside four evenly distributed, groove-shaped recesses 9, in the four corresponding, attached to the gun barrel 2 strip-shaped projections 10 engage.
- a predetermined game is provided in each case (in Fig.2 and 3 this game is indicated by a thick black line).
- the second sliding bush bearing 6 ( Fig.1 ) is similar to the first slide bush bearing 5 constructed and also includes a gun barrel 2 centric leading grooved pipe bushing 15. In this case, the pipe bushing 15 is bolted to a bottom piece 16.
- a conventional bushing 17 is arranged with a predetermined fit clearance in the cradle tube 3.
- the gun barrel 2 expands elastically during the passage of the projectile through the gun barrel 2 and provided on the gun barrel 2 strip-shaped projections 10 move radially within the groove-shaped recesses 9 in the pipe sleeves 7 and 15th Due to the predetermined clearance between gun barrel 2 and pipe bushes 7, 15, the pipe bushings 7, 15 remain undeformed and can be axially displaced over their slippery, provided for cradle inner diameter with minimum clearance outer surfaces 8, without jamming within the cradle tube 3 is to be feared. Due to the uniform radial displacement of the outer gun barrel wall within the sliding sleeve bearing the weapon barrel always remains centered, so that it can come during the projectile run to no lifting effect with its negative impact on the meeting behavior of the projectile.
- the second sliding bush bearing 6 connected to the bottom piece 16 and the weapon barrel 2 runs back with these units during the return of the weapon barrel, ie, the second pipe bushing 6 first leaves the cradle 3, in order then to reach the lead pipe of the weapon barrel 2 via an insertion bevel 18 (FIG. Fig.1 ) to thread back into the cradle tube 3.
- the leadership of the gun barrel 2 is taken over after leaving the low-play pipe bushing 15 of the front seated bushing 17.
- Sliding bushing 17 and gun barrel 2 in this case have a predetermined relatively large game to achieve a safe threading the pipe sleeve 15 in the cradle tube 3 and to avoid jamming in the pipe expansion during projectile passage safely.
- the 4 and 5 show the one Fig.2 and 3 corresponding second embodiment of a first Gleitbuchsenlagers 5'mit a pipe bushing 7 '.
- the four strip-shaped projections 10 ' are not directly attached to the gun barrel 2', but at one with the gun barrel 2 'rotatably and low-backlash connected inner ring 19.
- the groove-shaped recesses of the pipe sleeve 7' are designated by 9 '.
- a retaining ring 21 Between the inner ring 19 and a tube shoulder designated 20 ( Figure 5 ) is a retaining ring 21.
- the inner ring 19 and the retaining ring 21 are axially held by means of a lock ring 22 which is screwed via a thread 23 with the gun barrel 2 '.
- the retaining ring 21 and the lock ring 22 form the axial boundary for the pipe bushing 7 '.
- Figure 6 shows an enlarged detailed representation of a second Gleitbuchsenlagers 6 ', which essentially corresponds to the first Gleitbuchsenlager 5' and in which the non-illustrated strip-like projections are also mounted on one of the gun barrel 2 'rotatably mounted inner ring 19'.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a gun barrel, in which the gun barrel connected to a bottom piece is slidably mounted in a cradle tube.
The disadvantage of this storage, above all, that the guide rails and guide grooves extend over both bearing points away and therefore a high manufacturing technology Effort is required. In addition, the change of the gun barrel in such a pipe weapon is complicated and therefore time consuming.
This object is achieved by the features of claim 1. Further, particularly advantageous embodiments of the invention disclose the dependent claims.
Due to the lack of axial rail guidance compared to comparable guns less manufacturing effort is required. In addition, the proposed storage of the gun barrel is very robust and it is a simple replacement of existing conventional sliding bushes against the new, centrically leading, grooved pipe bushings possible.
In order to be able to make a quick change of gun barrel in the field, it has proven to be advantageous to firmly connect the pipe bushing of the front (first) Gleitbuchsenlagers with the barrel and the pipe sleeve of the rear (second) Gleitbuchsenlagers with the bottom piece. When changing the tube then the first pipe bushing remains on the gun barrel and is dismantled with this. The second tube bushing remains centered on the bottom piece over its outer diameter in the cradle.
If the pipe bushing of the second Gleitbuchsenlagers has a length which is chosen such that the pipe bushing is completely withdrawn at a return of the gun barrel from the cradle tube, should be arranged in the cradle muzzle before the rear Gleitbuchsenlager an additional sliding bush with predetermined Passungsspiel, which Leadership of the weapon barrel in this case takes over.
However, the second Gleitbuchsenlager can also have a length which is chosen such that the pipe socket does not leave the cradle pipe during the return and thus can be dispensed with an additional slide bushing.

If a projectile fired from the gun 1, the
