Claims (17)
- Procédé de transformation d'au moins un ancien véhicule ferroviaire 1 comportant une caisse, caractérisé par le fait que le procédé comprend le sectionnement de la ou des caisses en au moins trois tronçons de caisse (7, 7a, 7b, 7c, 8, 8c, 9, 9a, 10) comportant un tronçon médian (8, 8c, 9, 9a, 10) et deux tronçons de caisse d'extrémité (7, 7a, 7b, 7c), l'abaissement du ou des tronçons de caisse médians (8, 8c, 9, 9a, 10), le raccordement du ou des tronçons de caisse médians dans la position abaissée à deux tronçons de caisse d'extrémité (7, 7a, 7b, 7c) non abaissés grâce à des moyens de fixation et grâce à des tracés de découpe adéquats pour obtenir un véhicule ferroviaire (23, 27, 29, 32, 41) à plancher surbaissé.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'on utilise en tant que moyens de fixation un module de compensation (17, 22) qui fait office de liaison structurelle et fonctionnelle entre les tronçons de caisse décalés verticalement et par le fait que ce module de compensation est avantageusement un module de porte (22) ou un module combiné porte-fenêtre (17), ce module de compensation étant agencé entre les tronçons de caisse abaissés et non abaissés de façon que la porte de ce module donne accès à une zone à plancher surbaissé.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'on accouple entre eux au moins deux tronçons de caisse médians (9, 9a, 10) abaissés obtenu par sectionnement d'au moins deux desdites caisses par l'intermédiaire d'organes d'articulation (15) en appui sur un bogie central (16).
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que l'on fixe à chacune des extrémités en regard des deux tronçons de caisse médians abaissés un module d'articulation (15) qui s'articule et s'appuie sur le bogie central (16).
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que l'on intercale entre les tronçons de caisse médians (9, 9a, 10) abaissés et les modules d'articulation (15) un module de porte (22) ou un module combiné porte-fenêtre (17).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'on sectionne la caisse d'un seul véhicule ferroviaire ancien en trois tronçons de caisse (7c, 8c) et que l'on fixe le tronçon de caisse médian (8c) équipé d'au moins une porte dans une position abaissée aux tronçons de caisse d'extrémité (7c) non abaissés pour obtenir un véhicule ferroviaire présentant au moins une porte (40) donnant accès au plancher surbaissé.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'on sectionne la caisse d'un seul véhicule ferroviaire ancien (1) en trois tronçons de caisse (7, 8) et que l'on fixe le tronçon de caisse médian (8) dans une position abaissée par l'intermédiaire de modules de porte (22) aux tronçons de caisse d'extrémité (7) non abaissés.
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que l'on sectionne les caisses de deux véhicules ferroviaires anciens (1) suivant un premier tracé de coupe (2a, 2) pour obtenir deux tronçons de caisse (7, 7a) d'extrémité, que l'on sectionne les deux caisses suivant un second tracé de coupe (3, 4) pour obtenir deux tronçons de caisse médians (9, 9a), que l'on intercale entre les deux tronçons de caisse médians (9, 9a) abaissés et les tronçons de caisse d'extrémité (7, 7a) non abaissés un module de porte (22) et que l'on relie les deux tronçons de caisse médians (9, 9a) abaissés par l'intermédiaire d'un bogie central (16) sur lequel s'appuient deux modules d'articulation (15) fixés chacun à un tronçon de caisse médian (9, 9a), pour obtenir une voiture articulée à plancher surbaissé dans une zone limitée entre les deux tronçons de caisse d'extrémité (7, 7a).
- Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que les deux modules d'articulation (15) sont fixés chacun par l'intermédiaire d'un module combiné porte-fenêtre (30) aux tronçons de caisse médians (9a).
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que l'on sectionne plusieurs véhicules ferroviaires anciens (1) en trois tronçons de caisse, dont chaque tronçon de caisse médian (9, 10) est abaissé et équipé à ses deux extrémités d'un module combiné porte-fenêtre (17) et d'un module d'articulation (15) prenant appui sur des bogies centraux (16), les deux tronçons de caisse médians (9) situés aux extrémités étant reliés chacun par l'intermédiaire de module de porte (22) à un tronçon de caisse d'extrémité (7b) non abaissé, pour obtenir une rame ferroviaire (32) de plusieurs voitures à plancher surbaissé.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'on ajoute à une ou au deux extrémités du véhicule obtenu ou de la rame obtenue une cabine frontale (18) équipée d'un poste de conduite.
- Véhicule ferroviaire comportant une caisse, caractérisé par le fait que cette dernière est constituée d'au moins trois tronçons de caisse (7, 7a, 7b, 7c, 8, 8c, 9, 9a, 10) découpés et réarrangés comprenant deux tronçons de caisse d'extrémité (7, 7a, 7b, 7c) et au moins un tronçon de caisse médian (8, 8c, 9, 9a, 10) et par le fait que ce ou ces tronçons de caisse médians (8, 8c, 9, 9a, 10) sont raccordés dans une position abaissée aux deux tronçons de caisse d'extrémité (7, 7a, 7b, 7c) non abaissés grâce à des moyens de fixation et grâce à des tracés de découpe adéquats de façon à constituer un véhicule ferroviaire (23, 27, 29, 32, 41) à plancher surbaissé.
- Véhicule selon la revendication 12, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de fixations sont constitués par un module de compensation (17, 22) qui fait office de liaison structurelle et fonctionnelle entre les tronçons de caisse décalés verticalement et par le fait que ce module de compensation est avantageusement un module de porte (22) ou un module combiné porte-fenêtre (17) agencé tel que la porte de ce module donne accès à une zone à plancher surbaissé.
- Véhicule selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend au moins deux tronçons de caisse médians (9, 9a, 10) abaissés et accouplés entre eux par l'intermédiaire d'organes d'articulation (15) en appui sur un bogie central (16), ces organes d'articulation comprenant deux modules d'articulation (15) fixés directement ou par l'intermédiaire d'un module de porte (22) ou d'un module combiné porte-fenêtre (17) aux tronçons de caisse médians (9, 9a, 10).
- Véhicule selon la revendication 12, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un seul tronçon de caisse médian (8c) équipé d'au moins une porte et fixé dans une position abaissée aux tronçons de caisse d'extrémité (7c) non abaissés.
- Véhicule selon la revendication 13, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un seul tronçon de caisse médian (8) fixé dans une position abaissée par l'intermédiaire de modules de porte (22) aux tronçons de caisse d'extrémité (7) non abaissés.
- Véhicule selon la revendication 14, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend plusieurs tronçons de caisse médians (9, 10) abaissés et équipés de modules combinés porte-fenêtre (17) et d'articulation (15) prenant appui sur des bogies centraux (16), les deux tronçons de caisse médians (9) situés aux extrémités étant reliés chacun par l'intermédiaire d'un module de porte (22) à un tronçon de caisse (7b) non abaissé de façon à constituer une rame ferroviaire (32) de plusieurs voitures à plancher surbaissé, cette rame étant susceptible d'être équipée à une ou à ses deux extrémités d'une cabine frontale (18) avec un poste de conduite.
