Claims (22)
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschließsystem (2) mit einem Kraftfahrzeugschloß (3), einem dem Kraftfahrzeugschloß (3) zugeordneten Türaußengriff (10) und einem dem Türaußengriff (10) zugeordneten Sensor (12) zum Erfassen einer Berührung und/oder Betätigung des Türaußengriffs (10), insbesondere durch eine Hand einer Bedienungsperson,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Sensor (12) ein kraft- bzw. drucksensitives Sensorelement (13) aufweist, das am Türaußengriff (10) angeordnet bzw. mit diesem verbunden ist. - Kraftfahrzeug-Türschließsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sensorelement (13) so ausgebildet ist, daß es Kraft- und/oder Druckbelastungen in elektrische Signale bzw. Änderungen mindestens einer elektrischen Kenngröße umwandelt.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschließsystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sensorelement (13) als Piezoelement ausgebildet ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschließsystem nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sensorelement (13) zumindest im wesentlichen ausschließlich im Bereich einer dem vom Türaußengriff (10) begrenzten Eingreifraum (14) zugewandten Innenseite (15) des Türaußengriffs (10) angeordnet ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschließsystem nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sensorelement (13) in den Türaußengriff (10) integriert ist und/oder eine Betätigungsfläche des Türaußengriffs (10) bedeckt und/oder bildet.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschließsystem nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Sensor (12) eine Auswerteelektronik (17) zur Auswertung von Meßsignalen des Sensorelements (13) zur Detektion einer Berührung und/oder Betätigung des Türaußengriffs (10) zugeordnet ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschließsystem nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auswerteelektronik (17) zumindest teilweise in den Türaußengriff (10) oder eine zugeordnete Türaußengriffanordnung (9) integriert ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschließsystem nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auswerteelektronik (17) zumindest teilweise in den Sensor (12) integriert ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschließsystem nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sensor (12) mehrere kraft- und/oder drucksensitive, insbesondere am Türaußengriff (10) angeordnete und/oder mit diesem verbundene Sensorelemente (13) aufweist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschließsystem nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein die Berührung und/oder Betätigung anzeigendes Signal ausgebbar ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschließsystem nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Kraftfahrzeugschloß (3) motorisch oder schaltungstechnisch entriegelbar und verriegelbar, ggf. auch motorisch öffenbar, ausgebildet ist,daß eine Steuerelektronik (18) mit "Passive Entry"-Funktion vorgesehen ist, wobei die Steuerelektronik (18) zeitlich eine Reaktionsphase mit Anlaufintervall, Berechtigungs-Prüfintervall und Aktionsintervall, insbesondere zur Entriegelung des Kraftfahrzeugschlosses (3), benötigt, unddaß eine vom Sensor (12) erfaßte und/oder von einer Auswerteelektronik (17) detektierte Berührung und/oder Betätigung des Türaußengriffs (10) als Signal zum Starten des Anlaufintervalls auswertbar ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschließsystem nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kraftfahrzeugschloß (3) motorisch öffenbar ausgebildet ist und daß eine Auswerte- und/oder Steuerelektronik (17, 18) vorgesehen ist, die auf eine vom Sensor (12) erfaßte Berührung und/oder Betätigung des Türaußengriffs (10) ein Öffnen des Kraftfahrzeugschlosses (3) veranlaßt, insbesondere sofern das Kraftfahrzeugschloß (3) bereits entriegelt ist und/oder eine entsprechende Zugangsberechtigung vorliegt.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschließsystem nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Türaußengriff (10) feststehend ausgebildet bzw. angeordnet ist.
- Türaußengriffanordnung (9) für ein Kraftfahrzeug-Türschließsystem (2), insbesondere nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Türaußengriffanordnung (9) einen Türaußengriff (10), insbesondere zum Öffnen eines zugeordneten Kraftfahrzeugschlosses (3), und einem dem Türaußengriff (10) zugeordneten Sensor (12) zum Erfassen einer Berührung und/oder Betätigung des Türaußengriffs (10), insbesondere durch eine Hand einer Bedienungsperson, aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Sensor (12) ein kraft- bzw. drucksensitives Sensorelement (13) aufweist, das am Türaußengriff (10) angeordnet bzw. mit diesem verbunden ist. - Türaußengriffanordnung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sensorelement (13) so ausgebildet ist, daß es Kraft- und/oder Druckbelastungen in elektrische Signale bzw. Änderungen mindestens einer elektrischen Kenngröße umwandelt.
- Türaußengriffanordnung nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sensorelement (13) als Piezoelement ausgebildet ist.
- Türaußengriffanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sensorelement (13) zumindest im wesentlichen ausschließlich im Bereich einer dem vom Türaußengriff(10) begrenzten Eingreifraum (14) zugewandten Innenseite (15) des Türaußengriffs (10) angeordnet ist.
- Türaußengriffanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sensorelement (13) in den Türaußengriff (10) integriert ist und/oder eine Betätigungsfläche des Türaußengriffs (10). bedeckt und/oder bildet.
- Türaußengriffanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 18, gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale des Kennzeichnungsteils einer oder mehrerer der Ansprüche 1 bis 13.
- Verwendung eines kraft- bzw. drucksensitiven Sensorelements, insbesondere eines Piezoelements, zum Erfassen einer Berührung und/oder Betätigung eines Türaußengriffs eines Kraftfahrzeug-Türschließsystems, insbesondere durch eine Hand einer Bedienungsperson, wobei das Sensorelement mit dem Türaußengriff verbunden bzw. an diesem angeordnet wird.
- Verfahren zur Steuerung eines Kraftfahrzeug-Türschließsystems mit mindestens einem Kraftfahrzeugschloß und einem dem Kraftfahrzeugschloß zugeordneten Türaußengriff, wobei ein Berühren und/oder Betätigen des Türaußengriffs, insbesondere durch eine Hand einer Bedienungsperson, detektiert wird bzw. werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine Kraft- und/oder Druckbelastung des Türaußengriffs mittels eines Sensors erfaßt und, insbesondere in Abhängigkeit von der Belastung, als Berühren und/oder Betätigen des Türaußengriffs ausgewertet bzw. detektiert wird bzw. werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Erfassen bzw. Detektieren eines Berührens und/oder Betätigens des Türaußengriffes eine Überprüfung einer Zugangsberechtigung der Bedienungsperson bzw. eine "Passive Entry"-Funktion aktiviert und/oder eine Verriegelungs- und/ oder Öffnungsmechanik des Kraftfahrzeugschlosses aktiviert oder betätigt wird.
