Description
Diese Verfahrensweise hat den Nachteil, daß der geschlossene Kreislauf durch den Austausch der Reinigungsflüssigkeit unterbrochen werden muß. Außerdem erhöhen die beiden Behälter mit der Reinigungsflüssigkeit das Gewicht der Maschine, was zwangsläufig Einbußen in der Einsatzdauer mit sich bringt. Außerdem kann mit dieser bekannten Maschine nur ein einziger Reinigungsgang durchgeführt werden. Ein Reinigen, Pflegen und Polieren in einem einzigen Arbeitsgang ist nicht möglich.
Durch die gegeneinander gerichteten Teilströme wird eine vorteilhafte Verwirbelung der Feststoffkörper innerhalb der abgeschirmten Fläche erreicht, was die Reinigungswirkung vergleichmäßigt und zugleich erhöht.
Dies stellt sicher, daß Verstopfungen in den Druck- und Saugleitungen ausgeschlossen werden.
Die Granulate sind unregelmäßig geformt, weisen eine kantige Oberfläche auf, sind verhältnismäßig unregelmäßig geformt ausgebildet und besitzen eine Kantenlänge von mehr als 0,3 mm. Je nach dem gewünschten Abtragungsgrad der Oberflächenschicht werden entsprechend angepaßte härtere Feststoffkörper wie Silikate usw. eingesetzt.
Die Granulate können auch kugelförmig ausgebildet sein, einen Durchmesser von 0,3 bis 10 mm aufweisen und eine poröse Oberfläche besitzen.
So lassen sich im erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren Behandlungsmittel, vorzugsweise Reinigungsmittel oder Pflegemittel, vorzugsweise Wachs, Polymer, Seifen oder thermoplastische Dispersionen auf Polyurethanbasis verwenden.
Dadurch ist es möglich, das Reinigungs- und/oder Pflegemittel schonend auf die Oberfläche der zu reinigenden Fläche aufzubringen und eine gezielte Oberflächenvergütung mit Poliervorgang durchzuführen.
Das Luft- und Feststoffkörpergemisch trifft in einem Winkel auf die zu reinigende Fläche und löst dadurch den Schmutz mit mechanischer Energie. Das Gemisch wird weiter über den Boden geführt. Durch Adhäsionskräfte wird der Schmutz an die Feststoffkörper angelagert und mitgenommen.
Ihre Bedienung ist durch die Kreislauffahrweise einfacher und wartungsfreundlicher, weil beispielsweise die von den Bodenbürsten erzeugten Querkräfte entfallen.
Durch ihre variableren Arbeitsbreite steigen die Flächenleistungen und infolge ihrer höheren Effektivität sinken die Entsorgungs- und Betriebskosten der Maschinen.
Das geringere Gewicht der erfindungsgemäßen Maschinen bedeutet weniger Stromverbrauch und eine effizientere Energieausnutzung.

Die handgeführte Maschine besteht aus einer Einblasdüse 1, deren Düsenanschluß 2 über einen Schlauch 3 mit dem Strömungserzeuger 4 verbunden ist. Das als Strömungskanal ausgebildete Gehäuse 5 trägt das Bedienungs- und Führungselement 6, an dem ein Behälter 7 für Reinigungsmittel mit Dosierventil befestigt ist. An der Unterseite des Gehäuses 5 befindet sich eine Dichtung 8, die einen kreisförmig ausgebildeten Strömungskanal gegenüber der zu reinigenden Fläche abdichtet. Durch Strömungsumleitungen, beispielsweise Pralibleche 10, werden in dem Strömungskanal Verwirbelungen bzw. Turbulenzen erzeugt.
Der Strömungserzeuger 4 erzeugt einen Luftstrom, der über den Schlauch 3 und die im Gehäuse eingebaute Düse 1 in den als Gehäuse 5 ausgebildeten Strömungskanal eingeblasen wird. Das Gehäuse führt in dieser Ausführung den Luftstrom kreisförmig. Beim Öffnen des an der Behälterunterseite befindlichen Ventils 12 werden die Feststoffkörper 13 aus dem Behälter 11 in den Luftstrom eingespeist. Durch die Düse 1 beschleunigt prallen die Feststoffkörper unter einem bestimmten Winkel auf den Untergrund auf und lösen so durch ihre kinetische Energie den Schmutz vom Boden. Die Feststoffkörper werden durch den im Gehäuse unter Überdruck rotierenden Luftstrom mitgenommen. Sind genügend Feststoffkörper in Rotation versetzt, wird das Ventil 12 geschlossen und das rotierende Feststoff-Luft-Gemisch über die zu reinigende Fläche geführt.
Wie schon zuvor beschrieben wird der Untergrund gereinigt und gepflegt.
Für die Reinigung wird Reinigungsmittel aus dem Behälter 7 oder Pflegesubstanzen aus dem Behälter 16 zugegeben. Soll das Reinigen beendet werden, so müssen zuerst die Feststoffkörper aus dem umlaufenden Luftstrom ausgeschleust werden. Dazu wird die Klappe 14 abgesenkt. Der Luftstrom bewegt dann die Feststoffkörper über einen zwischengeschalteten Filter 15 in den Behälter 11 zurück. Der Filter 15 trennt den trockenen Schmutz von den Feststoffkörpern ab.
Eine fahrbare Maschine mit Fahrgestell und Antrieb über Räder zum Aufsitzen, mit der das erfindungsgemäße Überdruck-Verfahren ausführbar ist, besteht wie aus Fig. 5 ersichtlich aus Einblasdüsen 1, deren Düsenschlüsse 2 über Schläuche 3 mit dem Strömungserzeuger 4 verbunden sind.
Im Unterschied zum Ausführungsbeispiel 1 sind separate Strömungsbahnen 5' im Bodenteil der Maschine angebracht. Diese Strömungsbahnen 5' sind in Richtung der zu reinigenden Fläche als offene Kanäle 9 ausgebildet.
Die Bedien- und Führungselemente 6 sind im oberen hinteren Teil des Fahrzeuges angebracht. Der Behälter 7 für die Reinigungsmittel und das dazugehörige Dosierventil befindet sich oberhalb der Strömungsbahnen und ist mittig angeordnet. Zwischen den Strömungskanälen 9 und der zu reinigenden Fläche ist die Dichtung 8 angebracht.
Durch Strömungsumleitungen wie Einbauten 10 wird in den Strömungskanälen 9 eine turbulente Strömung erzeugt.
Der Behälter 11 mit Ventil 12 ist mit Feststoffkörpern gefüllt. Er ist mittig in der Maschine angeordnet. Wie im Ausführungsbeispiel 1 ausgeführt, befindet sich die Klappe 14 an der Druckleitung, die zum Behälter 11 führt. Ein vorgeschalteter Filter 15 trennt den losen Schmutz von den Feststoffkörpern ab. Der Behälter 16 für Pflegemittel befindet sich im hinteren mittleren Bereich des Fahrzeuges.
Der Behälter 11 hat eine oben verschließbare Öffnung zum Befüllen der Feststoffkörper und ein vorn abgehendes Ventil 12. Beim Öffnen des Ventils 12 werden die Feststoffkörper 13 aus dem Behälter 11 dem Luftstrom zugegeben. Die Feststoffkörper werden vom Luftstrom mitgenommen und über Düsen 1 winklig auf den Untergrund aufgeblasen. Der Volumenstrom wird nun über die zu reinigende Fläche geführt. Je nach gewählter Art der Feststoffkörper wird gereinigt und gepflegt.
Für die Reinigung wird Reinigungsmittel aus dem Behälter 7 zugegeben. Pflegesubstanzen werden über den Behälter 16 zugemischt. Der Luftstrom bewegt die Feststoffkörper durch den Behälter 11, in dessen Zuleitung sich Filter 15 befinden, die den groben trockenen Schmutz von den Feststoffkörpern abtrennen. Über eine Trenn- und Reinigungseinrichtung 21 werden die Feststoffkörper soweit gereinigt, daß sie erneut dem Luftstrom zugeführt werden können.
Dazu muß der Reinigungsprozeß des Untergrundes unterbrochen werden. Die Feststoffkörper müssen aus dem rotierenden Volumenstrom ausgeschleust werden. Dazu wird die mit der Klappe 14 verschlossene Druckleitung 20 geöffnet und der Volumenstrom in den Behälter 11 durch den noch anstehenden Druck ausgeschleust.
In einem durch eine nicht dargestellte Energieversorgung, beispielsweise Akkus, angetriebenen Fahrzeug 18 befindet sich ein Unterdruck erzeugendes Gebläse 19, das über eine Druckleitung 20 mit einer Wasch- und Trenneinrichtung 21 verbunden ist. Die Wasch- und Trenneinrichtung 21 besteht aus einem Behälter 29, der in eine geschlossene Kammer 48 und eine nach oben offene Kammer 49 durch eine Trennwand 50 geteilt ist. In die Trennwand 50 ist ein für die Reinigungsflüssigkeit und den Luftstrom durchlässiges Trennsieb 32 eingesetzt, das vollständig von der Reinigungsflüssigkeit umgeben ist, so daß sich die Reinigungsflüssigkeit sowohl in der Kammer 48 als auch in der Kammer 49 befindet. Das Trennsieb 32 ist gegen den Volumenstrom aus Luft und Feststoffkörpern in einem Winkel von etwa 45° geneigt.
Von der Trennwand 50 unter dem Neigungswinkel des Trennsiebes 32 ausgehend verläuft ein Leitblech 51 bis in den Kopf 33 der Kammer 48. Nahe am Leitblech 51 mündet in den Kopf 33 der Kammer 48 eine sich konisch öffnende Absaugleitung 34 ein, die anderenends in den oberen Teil des Behälters 22 einbindet.
Unterhalb des Behälters 22 befindet sich eine trichterartige Beschickungs- und Dosiereinrichtung 23, die mit dem Behälter 22 über eine Saugleitung 24 druckdicht in Verbindung steht und stromaufwärts zum Düsensystem 25 führt, welches seinerseits mit seiner Saugöffnung 41 an der Saugseite des Gebläses 19 angeschlossen ist (siehe Fig. 10 und 11).
Durch die Auftriebskräfte gelangen die Feststoffkörper zur Flüssigkeitsoberfläche. Die nachfolgenden Festkörper drücken die schon an die Flüssigkeitsoberfläche gelangten Feststoffkörper weiter in Richtung der konisch in den Kopf 33 der Kammer 48 einmündenden Saugleitung 35, durch welche die Feststoffkörper in den Behälter 22 gelangen, von dem aus die Zumischung der Feststoffkörper in einer Menge von etwa 30% je Liter Luft durch die Beschickungs- und Dosiereinrichtung 23 in den Luftstrom erfolgt.
Der Volumenstrom aus Luft und Feststoffkörpern gelangt sodann über das Düsensystem 25 auf die zu reinigende Fläche und nimmt dort den Schmutz auf. Damit ist der Volumenstromkreislauf geschlossen.
An der Saugöffnung 41 liegt ein Unterdruck von 20 bis 50 mbar an. Der über die Druckleitung 20 den beiden Einlaßöffnungen 39 und 40 zugeführte Volumenstrom aus Luft und Feststoffkörpern teilt sich in zwei Volumenströme A etwa gleicher Menge und strömt gegeneinander gerichtet der Saugöffnung 41 zu.
So ergibt sich eine Volumenströmung, die kontinuierlich von den Seiten der Flachdüse 38 zu ihrer Mitte über die zu reinigende Fläche geführt wird.
ist dieselbe von einer weiteren Bodenlippe 43 umschlossen, die an ihren Seiten geöffnet ist, damit Umgebungsluft durch einen sich bildenden Unterdruck angesaugt werden kann (siehe Fig. 14). Dieses Schutzsystem baut außerdem um die zu reinigende Fläche einen Unterdruckring auf, so daß das Düsensystem 25 gegenüber dem äußeren Luftdruck abgeschirmt bleibt.
Mehrere, beispielsweise drei, Flachdüsen 38 lassen sich wie in Fig. 15 gezeigt, hintereinander anordnen und bilden das Düsensystem 25. Dies ermöglicht, in unterschiedlichen Stufen zu reinigen und/oder zu pflegen. Die erste Flachdüse 38.1 wird dann nur mit einem Luftstrom beaufschlagt, der den groben Schmutz wegsaugt. Dies trägt dazu bei, daß die Feststoffkörper geschont und das Reinigungsrergebnis wesentlich verbessert wird.
Zweckmäßigerweise wird diese Vorreinigerdüse vor der Maschine, d.h. am Rahmen v-förmig beweglich aufgehängt.
Mit der nachfolgenden zweiten Flachdüse 38.2 wird ein Volumenstrom aus Luft und abrasiven Feststoffkörpern, beispielsweise Silikate mit einer Kantenlänge von 2 mm, auf die zu reinigende Fläche gerichtet, wodurch Verkrustungen am Boden oder auch alte Lackreste entfernt werden können.
Die dritte Flachdüse 38.3 ermöglicht es, Pflegemittel, beispielsweise Wachs, auf die zu behandelnde Fläche aufzubringen, indem weiche mit Wachs benetzte Neopolenkörper mit einem Durchmesser von 4 mm auf die Fläche einwirken.
Ein mit der Flachdüse 38.4 auf den eben behandelten Untergrund gerichteter Luftstrom trocknet und saugt eventuell liegen gebliebene Feststoffkörper auf.

Claims (39)
- Verfahren zum Behandeln, insbesondere Reinigen, Pflegen und/oder Polieren, ebener horizontaler und/oder vertikaler Flächen wie Boden und Wände, bei dem um die zu behandelnde Fläche ein separater Unterdruckring gelegt und gegenüber, dem äußeren Luftdruck abgeschirmt wird, wonach ein Luftstrom, welcher mit durch flüssiges Behandlungsmittel oberflächlich benetzten Feststoffkörpern mit einem Beladungsgrad von 5 bis 50% je Liter Luftmenge beladen ist, kontinuierlich der abgeschirmten Fläche zugeführt, von dort abgeführt, anschließend gereinigt und im Kreislauf auf die abgeschirmte Fläche geführt wird, wobei die Feststoffkörper aus dem von der abgeschirmten Fläche abgeführten Luftstrom abgetrennt, separat gereinigt, wieder mit flüssigem Behandlungsmittel benetzt und erneut in einen der abgeschirmten Fläche zugeführten Luftstrom eingespeist werden, wobei innerhalb der abgeschirmten Fläche entweder ein sich auf vorbestimmten Bahnen bewegender Luftstrom mit einem Überdruck von 20 bis 50 mbar erzeugt oder ein Luftstrom bei Unterdruck abgesaugt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mit Feststoffkörper beladene Luftstrom vor seinem Eintritt in die geschirmte Fläche mindestens in zwei Teilströme geteilt wird, die gegeneinander gerichtet einer zentralen Absaugstelle innerhalb der abgeschirmten Fläche zuströmen, wobei der Unterdruck an der Absaugstelle größer ist als der Unterdruck in den Teilströmen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mit Feststoffkörpern beladene Luftstrom ungeteilt über die geschirmte Fläche zu einer Absaugstelle geführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch eine Verwirbelung der Feststoffkörper im Luftstrom die Anzahl der Feststoffkörper pro Fläche und Zeiteinheit eingestellt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftmengen in den Volumenströmen 2000 bis 8000 l/min betragen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Absaugunterdruck 100 bis 200 mbar, vorzugsweise 120 bis 160 mbar, beträgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Unterdruck im Düsensystem 20 bis 50 mbar, vorzugsweise 30 bis 40 mbar, beträgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Beladungsgrad mit Feststoffkörpern im Luftstrom vorzugsweise 20 bis 30% beträgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Feststoffkörper Granulate aus Kunststoff, beispielsweise Styropor, Neopolen, Polyurethanschaum, Granulate aus aufgeschäumtem Glas, Silikate, Stahlwolle, Partikel aus Vlies oder textilen Schnitzeln verwendet werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feststoffkörper unregelmäßig geformt ausgebildet sind, eine kantige Oberfläche aufweisen und eine Kantenlänge von mehr als 0,3 mm besitzen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feststoffkörper kugelförmig ausgebildet sind, einen Durchmesser von 0,3 bis 10 mm aufweisen und eine poröse Oberfläche besitzen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Behandlungsmittel, vorzugsweise Reinigungsmittel, Wachs, Polymer oder Seifen bzw. thermoplastische Dispersionen auf Polyurethanbasis verwendet werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feststoffkörper mittels Zyklonen, Siebeinrichtungen, Zentrifugen oder Unterdruckabscheider aus dem Volumenstrom abgetrennt und von losem Schmutz befreit werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feststoffkörper durch Schwingungserzeuger, beispielsweise Ultraschallerzeuger, elektrische Schwingkreise usw. in mechanische Schwingungen versetzt werden. - Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der
Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aus dem Volumenstrom separierten Feststoffkörper in einer mit Reinigungssubstanzen versetzten Flüssigkeit derart gereinigt und getrennt werden, daß die Feststoffkörper ein Flüssigkeitsbad aufwärts durchströmen, im Flüssigkeitsbad von der Luft getrennt und nach Erreichen der Flüssigkeitsoberfläche mittels Unterdruck abgesaugt werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Reinigungsmittel 5 bis 15 Gew.-% nichtionische Tenside, nicht mehr als 5 Gew.-% anionische Tenside, Rest Konservierungs- und wasserlösliche Lösungsmittel verwendet werden. - Maschine zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, mit einem Grundgestell, an dem mindestens ein Strömungserzeuger (4) für die Erzeugung eines Überdruck-Luftstromes, ein Behälter (11) für die Aufnahme von Feststoffkörpern und eine Zumischeinrichtung für die Feststoffkörper in den Überdruck-Luftstrom befestigt sind, wobei die Druckleitung mit einem Bodenbearbeitungselement verbunden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit dem Behälter (11) verbundene Zumischeinrichtung ein an der Unterseite des Behälters angeordnetes Ventil (12) und eine Düse (1) für die Zumischung der Feststoffkörper in den Überdruck-Luftstrom ist, und daß eine Einrichtung für das Zudosieren von Reinigungsflüssigkeit zu den Feststoffkörpern und als Bodenbearbeitungselement mindestens ein zur reinigenden Fläche hin geoffneter Strömungskanal (5';9) vorgesehen ist, der mit Dichtlippen (8) versehen ist, die auf der zu reinigenden Fläche aufliegen und die Öffnungen der Strömungskanäle allseitig umschließen und dem jeweils eine Einlaßöffnung (20') mit Druckleitung (20) und eine Auslaßöffnung (24') mit Saugleitung (24) auf der der zu reinigenden Fläche abgewandten Seite zugeordnet ist, und daß die Auslaßöffnung (24') mit einer Ausschleuseinrichtung (14) zur periodischen Abtrennung der Feststoffkörper aus dem Überdruck-Luftstrom in den Behälter (11) zu- und abschaltbar verbunden ist, und daß im Behälter (11) eine an der Druckleitung (20) angeschlossene Wasch- und Trenneinrichtung (21) für die direkte Reinigung und Separierung des Volumenstromes aus Luft und verschmutzten Feststoffkörpern integriert ist, die die gereinigten Feststoffkörper in den Behälter (11) zurückbefördert. - Maschine nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter (11) eine auswechselbare Kassettenpatrone ist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß anstelle des Ventiles (12) und der Düse (1) ein Schneckengetriebe, ein Injektor oder eine Zellradschleuse vorgesehen ist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auschleuseinrichtung (14) eine Klappe, ein Ventil oder Schieber ist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen in den Strömungskanälen (9) einen trapezförmigen oder rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweisen. - Maschine nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen in den Strömungskanälen (9) einen Querschnitt in Form einer angeschnittenen Ellipse oder eines angeschnittenen Kreises aufweisen. - Maschine nach Anspruch 17 bis 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strömungskanäle (9) geradlinig und quer zur Vorschubrichtung angeordnet sind. - Maschine nach Anspruch 17 bis 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strömungskanäle (9) bogenförmig und quer zur vorschubrichtung angeordnet sind. - Maschine nach Anspruch 17 bis 24,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strömungskanäle (9) als Winkel ausgebildet sind, in deren Spitze die Einlaßöffnung (20') angeordnet ist, während an den Enden die Auslaßöffnung (24') angeordnet ist. - Maschine nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche
17 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strömungskanäle (9) spiralförmig oder kreisförmig ausgebildet sind. - Maschine nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 17 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen der Strömungskanäle (9) mit außerhalb der ersten Dichtlippen (8) angeordneten zweiten Dichtlippen (43) versehen sind, die auf der zu reinigenden Fläche aufliegen und deren Zwischenräume eine Injektoröffnung (44) aufweisen, die mit der Saugleitung (24) in Verbindung steht.
- Maschine nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 17 bis 28,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtlippe (8;43;45) ein schlauchförmiger flexibler Hohlkörper ist, der mit Druck beaufschlagbar ist, der gleich oder größer ist als der Druck im Volumenstrom.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Strömungskanälen (5';9) Einbauten (10), vorzugsweise Leitbleche, Prallbleche, Nuten oder schraubenähnliche Konstruktionen, angeordnet sind. - Maschine nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter (11) für die Feststoffkörper als Auffangbehältnis für mit Schmutz beladene Feststoffkörper dient. - Maschine nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Düsen (1), den Ventilen (12) oder den Strömungskanälen (5';9) ein Schwingungserzeuger, vorzugsweise ein Ultraschallerzeuger, angeordnet ist. - Maschine zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, mit einem fahrbaren Grundgestell, an dem ein Behälter (22) für die Aufnahme von Feststoffkörpern, ein Unterdruck erzeugendes Gebläse (19) mit einer Druckleitung (20) für die Erzeugung eines Luftstromes, eine Saugeinheit, deren Saugleitung (24) für die Absaugung des Volumenstromes von der zu reinigenden Fläche, befestigt sind, wobei die Druckleitung (20) und die Saugleitung (24) mit einem Bodenbearbeitungselement verbunden sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine mit dem Behälter (22) verbundene Beschickungs- und Dosiereinrichtung (23) für die Zumischung der Feststoffkörper in den Luftstrom an der Druckleitung (20) des Gebläses (19) vorgesehen ist, daß eine Einrichtung für das Zudosieren von Reinigungsflüssigkeit zu den Feststoffkörpern vorgesehen ist, daß das Bodenbearbeitungselement mindestens eine rechteckige, verstellbar aufgehängte Flachdüse (38) mit mindestens einer Einlaßöffnung (39;40) und einer Absaugöffnung (41) ist, die von einer in sich geschlossenen inneren Dichtlippe (32) und mehreren konzentrisch darum angeordneten, seitlich geöffneten, äußeren Dichtlippen (43;45) umschlossen sind, deren Zwischenräume eine Injektoröffnung (44) aufweisen, die mit der Saugleitung (24) in Verbindung steht, und daß für die Reinigung und Separierung des Volumenstromes aus Luft und Feststoffkörpern an der Saugleitung (24) eine Wasch- und Trenneinrichtung (21) angeschlossen ist, die die gereinigten Feststoffkörper in den Behälter (22) zurückbefördert. - Maschine nach Anspruch 32,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die unter dem Behälter (22) angeordnete Beschickungs- und Dosiereinrichtung (23) ein Injektor, Schneckengetriebe oder eine Zellradschleuse ist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 32,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an jeder der äußersten Seiten der Flachdüse (38) eine Einlaßöffnung (39;40) und mittig zu diesen beiden Öffnungen eine Absaugöffnung (41) angeordnet ist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 32 bis 34,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehreren Flachdüsen (38) jeweils gesonderte Volumenstromkreisläufe zugeordnet und hintereinander angeordnet sind. - Maschine nach Anspruch 32 bis 35,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flachdüsen (38) V- oder pflugartig beweglich vor der Maschine aufgehängt sind. - Maschine nach Anspruch 32 bis 36,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flachdüse (38) nur eine Einlaßöffnung (39) und eine Auslaßöffnung (41) aufweist, die geradlinig gegenüberliegend an den äußeren Seiten der Flachdüse (38) angeordnet sind. - Maschine nach Anspruch 37,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Flachdüsen (38) miteinander drehbar verbunden und nahe ihres gemeinsamen Drehpunktes (P) Einlaßöffnungen (39) und entgegengesetzt dazu die Auslaßöffnungen (41) angeordnet sind, wobei die beiden Flachdüsen (38) gegen eine Druckfeder gegeneinander verstellbar sind. - Maschine nach Anspruch 38,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens drei Flachdüsen (38) hintereinander so versetzt angeordnet sind, daß sie untereinander jeweils über ihre Einlaßöffnung (39) und Auslaßöffnung (41) verkettet sind.
