Claims (37)
- Vorrichtung zur Perforation von bahnförmigen Folien, insbesondere Kunststoffolien, mit wenigstens einem von der Folie (1) durchlaufenden Rollenpaar, bestehend aus einer Nadelrolle (2), die radial zu ihrer Mantelfläche (9) ausgerichtete, jeweils in einer als Sackloch ausgebildeten Vertiefung (6) der Mantelfläche aufgenommene Nadeln (7) aufweist, die mit Spitzen (8) um ein vorbestimmtes Maß über die Mantelfläche (9) vorstehen, und aus einer Gegenrolle (3), die mit der Nadelrolle (2) in Anlage gehalten ist, und deren Mantelfläche (4) mit ein Eintauchen einer Spitze (8) einer jeweiligen Nadel (7) ermöglichende Ausrüstung versehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Nadel (7) mit ihrem Schaft in der jeweils zugeordneten, als Sackloch vorliegenden Vertiefung (6) soweit eingesteckt ist, daß sie lediglich noch mit einem Abschnitt ihrer Spitze (8) um ein vorbestimmtes Maß über die Mantelfläche (9) vorsteht. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruche 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mittel zur Einstellung und Fixierung der Einstecktiefe einer Nadel (7) vergesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Mittel zur Einstellung und Fixierung einer Nadel (7) ein in die Vertiefung (6) setzbares Distanzelement (11) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die miteinander in der Vertiefung (6) in Anlage stehenden Flächen von Nadel (7) und Distanzelement (11) mit gegenseitig in Wirkverbindung bringbaren Festsetzmitteln ausgerüstet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Nadelrollen (2) in Durchlaufrichtung der Folie (1) hintereinander versetzt gelagert sind, derart, daß die Arbeitsbereiche jeweils zueinander benachbarter Nadelrollen (2) unmittelbar aneinandergrenzen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehreren hintereinander versetzten Nadelrollen (2) eine Gegenrolle (3) gemeinsam ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einer gemeinsamen Gegenrolle (3) zugeordneten Nadelrollen (2) um 180° versetzt zueinander radial zur Gegenrolle (3) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest einige der Gegenrollen (3) durch eine mehreren Nadelrollen (2) gemeinsame Gegenwalze (3') ersetzt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Nadelrollen (2) zu einer Nadelwalze zusammengefaßt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Nadelrolle (2) innerhalb der gebildeten Nadelwalze einzeln bzw. separat gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Gegenrolle (3) als Glattrolle ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede mehrere Gegenrollen (3) ersetzende Gegenwalze (3') als Glattwalze ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausrüstungen der Mantelfläche (4) jeder Gegenrolle (3) eine Ausgestaltung umfassen, bei der die Mantelfläche (4) zumindest abschnittsweise aus hartelastischem Werkstoff besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausrüstungen der Mantelflächen (4) jeder Gegenrolle (3) bzw. Gegenwalze (3') eine Ausgestaltung umfassen, bei der die Mantelfläche (4) zumindest abschnittsweise aus hartelastischem Werkstoff (5) besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der hartelastische Werkstoff (5) in Form einer um die Gegenrolle (3) bzw. Gegenwalze (3') gelegten Lage vorliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der hartelastische Werkstoff (5) in Form einer um die Gegenrolle (3) bzw. Gegenwalze (3') gelegten Lage vorliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der hartelastische Werkstoff (5) eine Härte von mehr als 90 Shore, vorzugsweise 95 Shore, aufweist.

- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Nadelrolle (2) bzw. jede Nadelwalze einen Durchmesser von nicht mehr als 120 mm, vorzugsweise 80 mm aufweist.

- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 29 oder Anspruch 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Umfangslinie (25) bzw. Reihe in einem Winkel zur Drehachse (24) bzw. Radiallaufrichtung versetzt verlaufend ausgerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Versetzungswinkel einer Umfangslinie (25) bzw. Reihe etwa 15° zur Drehachse (24) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 29 bis 32, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nadeln (7) innerhalb einer Reihe bzw. Umfangslinie (25) abwechselnd bzw. alterniereng beiderseits der Umfangslinie (25) versetzt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 29 bis 33, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen zwei zueinander benachbarten Nadeln (7) in einer Reihe etwa 8 mm und zwischen den Reihen etwa 4 mm Abstand vorhanden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 33, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Maß der Versetzung, bezogen auf eine Umfangslinie (25), etwa 2 mm ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spitzenwinkel jeder Nadelspitze (8) nicht größer als 25° ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 36, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spitzenwinkel jeder Nadelspitze (8) 15° bis 20° ist.
