Claims (9)
- Elektromagnetische Fadenbremse mit einem ortsfest angeordneten Elektromagneten enthaltend eine Wicklung (8) und einen Kern (3), mit einem Anker (4), und mit einem passiven und einem aktiven Bremsorgan (6, 5), wobei das aktive Bremsorgan (5) mit dem Anker (4) gekoppelt und bei Erregung des Elektromagneten gegen das passive Bremsorgan (5) bewegbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kern (3) des Elektromagneten (1) verstellbar ist, um einen Luftspalt (a) zwischen dem Kern (3) und dem Anker (4) einzustellen.
- Bremse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kern (3) einen Abschnitt (9) mit einem Aussengewinde aufweist, um die Polfläche (13) des Kernes (3) bezüglich dem aktiven Bremsorgan (5) einzustellen.
- Bremse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremsorgane (5, 6) parallel zueinander und entlang einer gemeinsamen Achse verschiebbar angeordnet sind.
- Bremse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremsorgane (5, 6) drehbeweglich angeordnet sind.
- Bremse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anker (4) in einem Aufnahmeteil (12, 24) befestigt ist, das verdrehsicher angeordnet ist.
- Bremse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, gekennzeichnet durch eine über die Steuerung (37) steuerbare Stromquelle (19) zur Speisung der Wicklung (2), um die Bremskraft und die Wirkrichtung zu steuern.
- Bremse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, gekennzeichnet durch ein Stellelement (35), das mit dem Kern (3) verbunden ist.
- Bremse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, gekennzeichnet durch mindestens einem Permanentmagneten (18), der mit den Bremsorganen (5, 6) in Wirkverbindung ist, um die Drehbewegung der Bremsorgane (5, 6) zu behindern.
- Webmaschine mit einer Fadenbremse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Fadenspannungssensor (36) vor der Bremse angeordnet ist, der mit der Steuereinrichtung (37) signalübertragend verbunden ist, um die Bremskraft zu steuern.
