Definitions

  • the invention relates to a sweeper for sweeping a track, with a machine frame supported on rail bogies and with it vertically adjustable connected, in the machine longitudinal direction from each other distanced and each one perpendicular to the machine longitudinal direction Rotation shaft with radially projecting, flexible sweeping elements Sweeping brushes.
  • GB 1 040 104 B also makes a machine for compacting the Gravel is known in the threshold bins.
  • This machine shows a total of three sweeping brushes that move the compacting units in the working direction are upstream. While a sweeping brush is perpendicular to the machine's longitudinal direction horizontal horizontal axis of rotation that of the other two sweeping brushes in the machine longitudinal direction. With these The latter two sweeping brushes have the option of moving the ballast in Sweep the track area deeper from the threshold compartments.
  • US 5 097 608 discloses a ballast plow that has a height-adjustable sweeping brush in its rear end area. This is directly upstream of a cross conveyor belt with the excess Gravel can be dropped laterally in the flank area of the ballast bed. A height-adjustable one located between rail trolleys Gravel plows are immediately upstream of two other sweeping brushes with which a ballast distribution running at an angle to the machine's longitudinal direction can be supported with the help of the gravel plow.
  • the object of the present invention is to create a machine of the generic type with which in addition to a particularly efficient Sweeping performance also largely uniform track ballast is feasible.
  • the development according to claim 5 enables the sweeping brush to be lowered while maintaining a horizontal position of the cross conveyor belt.
  • the further training according to claim 6 and 7 enables a reduction from gravel piles to one from an uneven gravel distribution to achieve largely independent, even sweeping effect.
  • the sweeper 1 shown in FIG. 1 for sweeping a track 2 has one of two frame parts 3, 4, each cranked upwards assembled machine frame 5.
  • the two frame parts 3.4 are in the area of a rail undercarriage 6 by an articulated connection 7 articulated to one another and at the ends via additional rail trolleys 8 supported.
  • That in the working direction - represented by an arrow 9 - Front or first frame part 3 is a first sweeping brush 10 an upstream conveyor belt running in the machine longitudinal direction 11 and a ballast storage 12 assigned. This is below a discharge end 37 of the conveyor belt 11 and is controllable Discharge openings 13 equipped. This is adjustable in height on the machine frame 5 attached dozer 14 immediately downstream.
  • the rear or second frame part 4 is cranked upwards Section with two arranged one behind the other in the machine longitudinal direction Sweeping brushes 15, 16 equipped, as well as the first sweeping brush 10 each by means of a joint connection 17 that can be moved on all sides with the machine frame 5 are connected.
  • This joint 17 is in each case as a parallelogram linkage trained so that the position of the sweeping brushes 10,15,16 with respect to the horizontal from the height adjustment by drives 18 is unaffected.
  • Each sweeping brush 10, 15, 16 is one with a drive Provided cross conveyor belt running transversely to the machine longitudinal direction 19 immediately upstream.
  • a support frame 20 is the Sweeping brushes 10, 15, 16 each have a flange roller 21 for resting on the Assigned to track 2.
  • a motor 23 is provided in the area of the articulated connection 7.
  • a driving cabin with a central control device 25.
  • the number of sweeping brushes to be used can be 10.15 during work and 16 varies depending on the ballast condition of the track 2 will. In most cases, all three sweeping brushes are convenient 10,15,16 lowered by acting on the drives 18 until the Flange wheels 21 rest on rails 24 of track 2. It is Particularly advantageous for larger amounts of ballast if the The three sweeping brushes are gradually lowered so that the rear one Sweeping brush 16 is lowered the lowest. This enables one particularly efficient sweeping effect with extensive protection of the sweeping elements the foremost sweeping brush. By actuating drives 26 the sweeping brushes 10, 15, 16 set in rotation. In doing so, excess gets Ballast on the upstream cross conveyor belts 19 and from these to the Ballast bed flanks.
  • This sweeper 1 is as for the sweeping brushes 10, 15, 16 and the ballast storage 12 Fig. 1 can be used. Additionally, just before the sweep larger ballast movements with the help of the ballast plow arrangement be carried out in order to ballast track 2 evenly.
  • the various sweeping brushes 10,15,16 (which for the sake of better illustration of the thresholds slightly are shown at a distance) with respect to their through the end faces 38 of Sweeping elements 32 formed rotary body 33 (partially in dash-dotted Lines shown) can be designed differently.
  • the shown in Fig. 3 Cylindrical rotating body 33 is particularly suitable for sweeping thresholds 34 made of wood.
  • the rotating body 33 according to FIG. 4 is particularly suitable for sweeping thresholds 34 made of concrete.
  • the in Fig. 5 shown in connection with a two-block sleeper body 33 has a central part 35, which is compared to the adjacent Brush sections 36 longer sweeping elements 32 is equipped.
  • a rotation wave 39 is indicated schematically with dash-dotted lines.
  • Rotational bodies 33 are any other combination of differently trained Rotational bodies 33 possible.
  • the sweeper 1 is designed according to FIG to sweep away existing larger amounts of ballast.
  • the middle and last sweeping brush 15 and 16 are more appropriately designed according to FIG. 5, deeper around the ballast from the track area sweep.
  • An advantageous application variant of the sweeper 1 also consists in that, for example, the first and first two sweeping brushes 10 and 10.15 have a cylindrical rotary body 33 according to FIG. 3, while the last sweeping brush 16 especially for sweeping concrete sleepers Fig. 4 is formed.
  • This variant is particularly suitable for sweeping Track sections that consist of sub-areas with different thresholds composed of wood and concrete. In such a case then the most appropriate sweeping brush, if necessary also in combination with another, differently designed sweeping brush.
