Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Hohlkörpern durch Umformen eines Rohres nach dem Innenhochdruckverfahren, mit mehreren Umformstößeln, wobei jeder der Umformstößel am freien axial beweglichen Ende einer zugeordneten Hydraulikzylinderkolbenanordnung vorgesehen ist und zumindest einer der Umformstößel mit einer Druckmittelzuführung versehen ist.The invention relates to a device for producing hollow bodies by shaping a tube using the internal high-pressure process, with a plurality of shaping tappets, each of the shaping tappets being provided on the free axially movable end of an associated hydraulic cylinder piston arrangement and at least one of the shaping tappets being provided with a pressure medium supply.
Beim Innenhochdruckverfahren (vgl. Industrie-Anzeiger, 88. Jg. Nr. 37 vom 10. Mai 1966, Seiten 769 bis 772 und Nr. 48 vom 17. Juni 1966, Seiten 1001 bis 1004) wird regelmäßig ein Rohr in eine die Form des herzustellenden Hohlkörpers aufweisende Werkzeuganordnung eingelegt und mit Hilfe eines in das Innere des Rohres eingeleiteten Fluids aufgeweitet bzw. kalt umgeformt. Die Umformstößel sind Teil dieser Werkzeuganordnung. Zum Herstellen unterschiedlicher Hohlkörper hat man bisher stets die gesamte Werkzeuganordnung einschließlich der Umformstößel ausgewechselt, was verhältnismäßig aufwendig ist.In the case of the internal high-pressure process (cf. Der durch die Erfindung erreichte Vorteil besteht darin, daß die Umformstößel zufolge der praktisch beliebigen räumlichen Einstellbarkeit für die Herstellung mehrerer Hohlkörper eingesetzt werden können, so daß nur noch die verbleibenden Teile der Werkzeuganordnung ausgewechselt werden müssen. Für die weitere Ausgestaltung bestehen im Rahmen der Erfindung mehrere Möglichkeiten. So sind nach einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform die Hydraulikzylinderkolbenanordnungen in Gelenkköpfen verschwenkbar, die Gelenkköpfe in zueinander parallelen Längsführungen verstellbar und die Längsführungen auf einer zu den Längsführungen orthogonalen Kreisführung um deren Zentralachse verschwenkbar gelagert. Die Gelenkköpfe wird man vorteilhafterweise als Kugelgelenkköpfe ausbilden. Für die Längsführungen sind Taschenkulissen besonders geeignet. Jedenfalls empfiehlt es sich, die Anordnung so zu treffen, daß die Hydraulikzylinderkolbenanordnungen, die Gelenkköpfe und die Längsführungen jeweils unabhängig voneinander einstellbar sind. Das schließt jedoch nicht aus, daß im Bedarfsfalle auch ein paarweises Zusammenwirken dieser Bauteile verwirklicht werden kann.There are several possibilities for the further configuration within the scope of the invention. Die in den Figuren dargestellte Vorrichtung dient zum Herstellen von Hohlkörpern durch kaltes Umformen eines metallischen Rohres nach dem Innenhochdruckverfahren. Die Vorrichtung weist ein nur angedeutetes Pressengestell 1 und eine Werkzeuganordnung 2 auf. Diese umfaßt mehrere, im Ausführungsbeispiel zwei Umformstößel 3. Die zwischen den Umformstößeln 3 befindlichen zweigeteilten Werkzeuganordnungsteile, die die endgültige Gestalt des herzustellenden Hohlkörpers aufweisen, sind im einzelnen nicht dargestellt. Jeder der Umformstößel 3 ist am freien axial beweglichen Ende einer zugeordneten Hydraulikzylinderkolbenanordnung 4 vorgesehen. Darüber hinaus sind die Längsführungen 6 noch auf einer zu den Längsführungen 6 orthogonalen, also horizontalen Kreisführung 7 um deren vertikale Zentralachse 8 verschwenkbar gelagert; das verdeutlichen die Doppelpfeile C. - Apparatus for producing hollow bodies through deformation of a pipe by the internal high-pressure method, comprising a plurality of forming rams (3) which are each mounted at the free axially movable end of an associated hydraulic cylinder piston arrangement (4), at least one of said forming rams (3) being equipped with a pressurized fluid supply means, characterized in that said forming rams (3) are adjustable relative to each other in space with regard to their operating axis and point of attack.
- Apparatus as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the hydraulic cylinder piston arrangements (4) are pivotably supported by articulated joint heads (5), that said articulated joint heads (5) are adjustable in mutually parallel longitudinal guide means (6), and that said longitudinal guide means (6) are arranged on an annular guide means (7) which is located in a position orthogonal to said longitudinal guide means (6) so that the latter are pivotable about the central axis (8) of said annular guide means.
- Apparatus as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that said articulated joint heads (5) take the form of ball joint heads.
- Apparatus as claimed in any of claims 2 or 3, characterized in that said longitudinal guide means(6) take the form of pocket detent guideways.
- Apparatus as claimed in any of claims 2 through 4, characterized in that said hydraulic cylinder piston arrangements (4), said joint heads (5), and said longitudinal guide means (4) are each adjustable independently of one another.
