Definitions
- the invention relates to a cream jar, in particular for cosmetics, with a coin size of a tear-off inner container, which in an outer housing equipped with a cover can be used in such a way that the closure cover the mouth area of the inner container, while continuing the inner container forms a ring around the mouth region has extensive angular groove for contacting the scribing foil, and with an elastic ring seal to the cover there.
- a cream jar of this type is through the EP-0 190 562 A2 known.
- the angular throat holds the membrane-like tensioned tear-off film.
- the inside of the Cap carries a mirror.
- the the mouth area of the inner container overlapping closure caps works with one on the outside of the inner container arranged ring seal together. It sits near the ground of the outer case.
- the inclusion of the jacket wall side lying ring seal is formed by a proportion bottom, an insertion opening for the inner container creating ring wall, the said wall of the Inner container and a peripheral outer flange of the Mouth area of the inner container.
- On the ring seal Deformation forces exerted by the cover go into one acting on the inner container Lifting power over, if not a special attachment is provided.
- Classic-style cream jars consist of a jar base and a top part of the can, which acts as a sealing lid. After the filling content has been used up, Unit of normal disposal.
- the configuration described in the category is taken into account insofar as the current environmental concerns, more than there only the one that can be replaced after it has been used up Inner container as waste. This is explained Solution already in DE-GbmS 76 16 082.
- the inner container has a cartridge-like shape there. Which in a flange-widening mouth area carries a Tear-off film.
- the flange also serves as a support edge. The whole is of a screw cap as a cover protected protected.
- the object of the invention is a generic cream jar under the special concerns of refitting More advantageous in use and in a product-protecting direction to train optimally.
- Cream jar of increased utility value is in an advantageous embodiment of the subject Invention of the interior of the ring seal by a Overpressure coupling membrane wall closed.
- the overpressure migrates into one using the elasticity of the Material of the evacuation space resulting from the ring seal, practically in a resettable reservoir.
- the overpressure compensation membrane wall is bulged in the direction of the inner container. The not only proves to be space-saving, but also forms practically a kind of pressure distributor; the ring seal will everywhere equally stressed.
- the bulge can designed with full use of the ring seal thickness be.
- the wall thickness can be as thin as possible the overpressure compensation membrane wall at a distance from an inner surface of the closure cover arrange. This creates a usable up to that point Free space.
- the distance through the root is consistent of the ring seal.
- the ring seal can also glued here to the inner surface of the sealing cover be or, as the invention further proposes, in be realized in such a way that the root is a recess has to engage a counter-locking means Sealing cap.
- the overpressure compensation can also take place in the presence of the tear-off film.
- the sealing conditions are optimized.
- the next step is that the angle fillet both for the abutment of the tear-off film how the elastic ring seal is used.
- the ring seal may be made of rubber, for example in the form of an angle profile. It is also advantageous that the ring seal in the closed position of the cover the bottom and side surface the angle throat is applied. That creates practically two concentric sealing points, a first one of the floor area and a second one, due to pressure peripheral migration on the side surface. In this Context, it also proves advantageous if the ring seal into one in the apex of the angled throat directed sealing edge leaks out or tapes out.
- the inner container one Mouth area has circumscribing flange, which in a recess on the top of the outer container is sunk.
- closure cover is designed as a hinged lid and on its Flank facing away from the hinge side by a front of the there side wall of the outer container pivotally mounted Flap can be secured in its closed position, the flap one on the corresponding side wall storage compartment provided in the outer container, e.g. for a spatula. It is about this "cultivation" therefore no longer necessary, utensils of this type are still in Cover the cream jar to accommodate what the usable space diminishes.
- the storage compartment is advantageous of three angled legs that complement the U-shape the side wall of the outer housing. Such Angle legs can be used when spraying the outer housing easy to take into account. Easy in that do not work with complicated tools must, for example with crumbled kernels.
- the cream jar shown is box-shaped. It has an outer casing 1. That takes in vertical Plug-in assignment to an inner container 2.
- the cream jar is such an inner container at the factory 2 assigned. After emptying this inner container 2 is a replacement with a fresh inner container 2 given.
- the practical and also mostly attractive designed cream jar itself can always be used, 2 are disposed of.
- the cup-shaped inner container 2 has a essentially cylindrical jacket wall 4. That on it coordinated outer housing 1 has the matching Insert opening 5.
- the inner container 2 lies with his Bottom 6 on the bottom 7 of the outer housing 1 free. As can be seen in FIGS. 3 and 4, the bottom 6 is standing even clearly over the horizontal bottom 7 of the Outer housing.
- the relevant vertical projection x is approx. 1 mm to 2 mm. In this way is the inner container 2 itself and not the outer housing 1 on the footprint 8, for example one Console, on.
- the inner container 2 has the usual Stand 9 of such vessels.
- the plug-in position that is at most in a light friction fit of the inner container 2 can by pressing down the outer housing 1 be lifted so that the mouth area of the inner container 2, slightly stepping forward, now better can be gripped to pull out the inner container 2. This can be done by pushing from below Handling can be carried out even more conveniently. Both parts otherwise have the coordinated lightweight Demolding taper.
- the mouth area of the inner container 2 is product-protecting closed by a tear-off film 10. Latter goes into a radially outward pull tab over, so that, for example, by way of the adhesive connection the tear-off film 10 is removed easily and with a strong will can be.
- the mouth of the Inner container 2 overlaps.
- the inner container 2 a ring circumscribing the mouth area or comprehensive angular groove 13.
- the angle groove 13 opens inward and towards the container serves both for the insertion or contact of the working film 10 as well as for the application of an elastic ring seal 14 the cover 12.
- the angled groove 13 is clearly opposite the upper one Edge 15 of the inner container 2 back. It closes one Opening angle of approximately 90 °, this in a rotationally symmetrical Circulation. This creates a horizontally oriented annular bottom surface and one offset outwards subsequent, vertically oriented side surface.
- the bottom surface carries the suitably punched out thus disc-shaped tear-off film 10. It lies thus optimally protected yourself at a sufficient distance moved from the upper edge 15 of the inner container 2.
- the elastic cowhide seal 14 of the closure cover 12 tips out towards the free end.
- the thinning is out directed peripherally like this from the Figures 3 and 4 emerges.
- the ring seal 14 forms one at its active seal end cutting edge sealing edge, on the horizontal floor area puts on and with increasingly more fitting Position of the closure cover 12 also moves outwards, around with the free sealing edge itself against the side surface that creates a circumferential boundary to kick, and here also sealing.
- the jacket wall 4 practically aligned with the cylindrical side surface.
- the formation of the mentioned throat 13 practically a wall offset in the mouth area before, the thickness of the wall of the inner container 2 approximately corresponds.
- the insertion depth of the Inner container 2 exactly defined.
- the outer edges of one Flange 20 created in this way are chamfered. Said flange follows, however not the cylindrical course of the inner container 2, but turns into a square outline. Concrete this is square.
- the advantage that in one of the four corners is an accommodation area for the mentioned pull tab is usable.
- the one surrounding the mouth area M of the inner container 2 Flange 20 is partially immersed in a recess 21 on the Top of the outer housing 1 a. Since flange 20 and recess 21 are designed to be non-circular in shape effective for the inner container 2 used Anti-rotation lock. The corners of the flange 20 are convex and the corresponding inner corners of the depression 21 rounded concave.
- the closure lid 12 of the cream jar is a hinged lid designed. Its horizontal articulation takes place in the area one the top of the outer housing 1 clearly outstanding, strip-shaped bearing eye 23.
- the The hinge axis bears the reference number 24. It acts with respect to the illustrated embodiment physical training for two inserted pens, which congruent, but shorter strip-shaped Push through the bearing eyes 25 of the cover 12.
- the bearing eye 23 is by a Cover aperture 26.
- the bezel is a short U-shaped Profile section. Instead of retracted pins also stub axles are formed, which in the way of Snap lock connection in corresponding bearing cavities of the other part.
- the hinge axis takes 24 of the cover 12 a position clearly above the sealing plane of the ring seal 14.
- the hinge axis takes 24 of the cover 12 a position clearly above the sealing plane of the ring seal 14.
- the ring seal 14 is placed in the lid cavity and on an inner surface 28 of the cover 12 secured.
- the flank 30 of the outer housing facing away from the hinge side 1 is then assigned a flap 31.
- a pivotable assignment results from a hinge formation in the area of the edge of the bottom of the cream jar.
- the parallel to the space or diametrically to the hinge axis 24 lying geometric hinge axis has the reference symbol 32.
- the flap 31 designed in the manner of a bowl acts as a throwing protection.
- the flap 31 securing them does not fall easily on, this is because, like the drawing removable, the visible surfaces of the closure cover 12, the flap 31 and the outer housing 1 continuously into one another pass over. This goes up to a shadow gap avoiding Flatness.
- the flap 31 overlaps one in front of the Flank 30 formed side wall of the outer container 1 trained storage compartment 37.
- the latter serves for example to hold a spatula 38 or other Utils.
- Such accessories therefore do not need more, as suggested by the prior art, within of the cover 12 to be accommodated.
- the storage compartment 37 is U-shaped by three angle legs 39 bordered. The U opening faces upwards. How from FIG. 2 shows that there remains an easily accessible frontal opening area.
- the spatula 38 shown takes an essentially diagonal direction of adjustment a. It can be pulled out upwards. Also There is no problem with the demolding technology. It can even be used with simple drawing cores.
- the two vertical angle legs 39 near the edge run edge-spaced, so that in the form of a Half of the box designed flap 31 well peripheral supported by the exposed, specialist trainers Groin bodies can nestle. Even the lower angle leg 39 jumps, the flap 31 Taking account of the bottom edge of the Outer housing 1 enough back.
- the vertical leg sections rooted in the side wall the angle bars 39 are about as wide as that protruding parallel in front of the side wall, against each other directed leg sections. The same applies in relation on the bottom angle leg 39.
- the latter points in the thigh area a starting from the U opening Niche 40 on.
- closure cover 12 has a free space 41. In this does not fill the top of the Flange 20 a.
- the flange 20 thus projects in part the cover 12 and in the corresponding upper Section of the outer housing 1.
- the Flange 20 peripheral from the edge strip 42 of the closure cover 12 includes.
- the free space remaining in the vertical direction 41 has the main advantage that the dead weight of the Outer housing 1 together with the closure cover 12 and flap 31 the sealing ring i.e. the ring seal 14 permanently in Direction of the sealing positions created.
- the vertical distance y of the free space 41 corresponds to that Projection x of the bottom 6 beyond the bottom 7.
- the handling is, briefly summarized, as follows: By pivoting the flap 31, the first stage free access to the inside of the container.
- the second stage of access in the form of the cover 12 lies in a fold up of the same about the hinge axis 24 justified.
- the sealing ring 14 lifts from the mouth area of the crucible-like inner container 2 from.
- the cream is accessible. Closing and securing happens in reverse order.
- the training is that the interior the ring seal 14 is closed by a membrane wall 43 Is using the elasticity or flexibility of the the ring seal 14 forming material results spatial compensation of approximately in the inner container 2 arising overpressure.
- the one created Overpressure compensation membrane wall 43 in the direction of the inner container 2 slightly arched. It stands with its downward zenith immediately above the horizontal tear-off film 10.
- the one-piece Connection of the overpressure compensation membrane wall 43 the ring seal 14 is based on a material accumulation from, referred to as root W. There goes the relative thin membrane wall 43 into an increasing thickening, so that there is a tear-resistant bond.
- the ring seal designed as an angular profile 14 goes according to Figure 3 in a V-profile about.
- the V-opening points towards the inner container 2.
- the corresponding divergence of the angled legs goes clear from Figure 3.
- FIG. 4 gives one Material accumulation in such a way that under outside Maintaining the angular structure of the inner container 2 facing apex of the angle profile rounded concave is in a consistently uniform, that means circular rounding, and that about a quarter circle section.
- the ring seal 14 according to Figure 3 is on the inner surface 28 of the closure cover 12, for example, but this is so that gaps remain, which one Allow air compensation over the back of the ring seal 14.
- FIG. A similar arrangement is made in FIG. but with regard to the fixation of the ring seal 14 locking means are used.
- This is concretely so from that the root W, predestined by the clear Material accumulation, one in the apex of the angle profile Has locking recess 44, in which a counter-locking means 45 of the cover 12 engages.
- the counter-locking means 45 forms a side locking hook, which in engages a corresponding recess.
- the membrane wall 43 sets in more Near the angle groove 13, according to the variant in FIG the connection, however, immediately below the inner surface 28 made.
- the peripheral connection points are designated 46 in both solutions.
- the membrane wall 43 bulges in Opposite direction to the basic curvature shown.
- the pressure-induced evasive bulge is in dash-dotted lines Line style reproduced.
- the one below the membrane wall 43 acting pressure also loads the sealing lip the ring seal 14 in the sense of a pressure reinforcement.
