Description

Die Kammer ist druckdicht abschließbar und weist in der Regel eine Anblasvorrichtung zum Austragen des Füllguts sowie weitere Druckluftvorrichtungen im Bereich der Kammerwände auf, mit denen der Austrag aus der Kammer verbessert wird. Der Ventilsack wird von einem Sackstuhl abgestützt, der an seiner Oberseite schwenkbar am Maschinengestell aufgehängt und an seiner Unterseite mit der Wägeeinrichtung verbunden ist, mit der auch während des Füllvorgangs das Sackgewicht ermittelt werden kann. Dadurch, daß die Kammer in mechanische Schwingungen versetzbar ist, wird der Füllgutaustrag aus der Kammer erheblich verbessert, da neben der sonst üblichen ausschließlichen Druckluftförderung aufgrund des durch die Vibrationseinrichtung hervorgerufenen Rütteleffekts eine zusätzliche Gravitationsförderung erreicht wird. Der Rütteleffekt bewirkt zudem, daß das innerhalb der Kammer befindliche Schüttgut nicht verklumpt und in einem gleichmäßigen Massenstrom ausgetragen werden kann. Für diesen häufig anzutreffenden Fall sieht die Erfindung vor, zwischen Kammerauslaß und diesem Füllrohr einen schwingungsisolierenden Kanalabschnitt vorzusehen.
