Claims (6)

  1. Le dispositif de contrôle de la qualité d'impression pour l'impression de feuilles, dans une machine d'impression rotative recto-verso présente les caractéristiques suivantes : au-dessous de l'axe de déplacement, se trouvent la feuille imprimée (1) à l'intérieur d'une zone d'acheminement de la feuille (7), rectiligne, disposée entre la roue dentée (6) et le dispositif d'empilage (3) ; une caméra vidéo (13, 19) équipée d'un palpeur de surface à transfert de charges, installée sur la voie d'acheminement et pouvant se déplacer de façon synchronisée ; une source de lumière flash (9, 11) en synchronisation avec la caméra vidéo (13) ; un dispositif de reconnaissance facultative des marques d'impression ou des lignes imprimées sur une feuille à contrôler (1) et pour le déclenchement d'une commande de prise de vue à la caméra vidéo (13, 19) et d'une commande de déclenchement d'une lumière-flash également par le dispositif de lumière-flash (9, 11) ; une unité de microprocesseur (16) avec mémoire de coordination de l'action de la caméra vidéo (13, 19), un dispositif de lumière-flash (9, 11) et un dispositif de reconnaissance facultative des marques d'impression ou des lignes imprimées.
  2. Le dispositif de contrôle de la qualité d'impression, selon la revendication de brevet 1, présente les caractéristiques suivantes : au-dessus et au-dessous de l'axe de déplacement des feuilles imprimées (1), dans la zone de surface d'acheminement des feuilles rectiligne, sont placées deux caméras vidéo (13, 19), disposant chacune d'une source de lumière-flash (9, 11) et d'un dispositif de reconnaissance facultative des marques d'impression ou des lignes imprimées.
  3. Le dispositif de contrôle de la qualité d'impression, selon les revendications de brevet 1 à 2, présente la caractéristique suivante : le dispositif de contrôle de la qualité d'impression contient un mode adaptatif, dans lequel le contenu d'image d'une feuille sélectionnée et imprimée est saisi et stocké dans une unité de microprocesseur (16), en tant que valeur nominale, sous forme de pixels.
  4. Le dispositif de contrôle de la qualité d'impression, selon la revendication 3 du brevet, présente la caractéristique suivante : le dispositif de contrôle de la qualité d'impression est placé en mode adaptatif lorsqu'une ou plusieurs feuilles jugée(s) d'une bonne qualité visuelle sont à nouveau acheminées jusqu'à la pile de sortie, en traversant la machine sans être à nouveau imprimée(s).
  5. Le dispositif de contrôle de la qualité d'impression, selon les revendications de brevet 1 à 4, présente la caractéristique suivante : plusieurs dispositifs de contrôle de la qualité d'impression, devant contrôler à la fois les pages recto et les pages verso, sont prévus (9, 13, 16, 11, 19, 16).
  6. Le dispositif de contrôle de la qualité des feuilles, selon les revendications 1 à 5 du brevet, présente la caractéristique suivante : des barres de guidage des feuilles et/ou des anneaux d'aspiration sont prévus pour l'acheminement et/ou la tension de la feuille dans les zones dans lesquelles la feuille n'est pas imprimée.
