Definitions
- the invention relates to a frame formwork connecting lock for aligning the clamping of two adjacent concrete frame formwork panels with the rear reaching around the adjacent frame profiles of the two panels and engaging on the sides of the two frame profiles facing away from one another; with a base body; a first jaw provided on the base body for engaging on the side of a frame profile of the one panel facing away from the panel edge; a second jaw movably attached to the base body for engaging on the side of a frame profile of the second panel facing away from the panel edge; and one, movable wedge element acting between the base body and the second jaw, characterized in that the second jaw is pivotably attached to the base body about an axis which is at least substantially parallel to the direction of extension of the profiles to be gripped, and in that the wedge element is arranged with a transverse to the axis of the second jaw extending driving direction is provided such that when the wedge element is driven in, the second jaw is pivoted about its axis in the closing direction.
- connection lock enables particularly convenient working.
- the wedge element is driven, usually by hammer blows, in a direction transverse to the direction of extension of the encompassed frame profiles, so that there is no tendency for the lock to slide along the frame profiles.
- the hammer blows are to be guided essentially horizontally, so that work can also be carried out comfortably at a height of, for example, 2 m without climbing up to the lock.
- the driving direction is preferably such that the hammer blows the first jaw in contact with the frame profile of the first panel.
- the lock can be attached to almost any location on the frame profiles, but it is preferred to attach it to a location where at least one of the two adjacent frame formwork panels has a cross profile extending between parallel frame profiles or an edge frame profile running at right angles to the encompassed frame profiles is.
- the base body has two elongated wall elements which are connected at a mutual spacing and that the first jaw, the second jaw and the wedge element are in each case partly arranged in the spacing space and partly protrude therefrom .
- the base body can consist of individual parts which are connected to one another during manufacture, but can also be made in one piece, for example; the latter possibility should also be included in the term "connected wall elements".
- the two jaws protrude from the spacing space on a first longitudinal side of the wall elements and the wedge element protrudes from the spacing space on at least one extension, preferably two extensions, on an opposite, second longitudinal side of the wall elements.
- the extension or extensions of the wedge element can be conveniently attacked to drive in and release the wedge element.
- this results in the favorable possibility of making the wedge element shorter than the base body in the longitudinal direction of the lock. It is particularly favorable to widen the extension or the extensions to a width that exceeds the free distance between the two wall elements. This results in a positive locking of the wedge element against movement on the first long side.
- a particularly preferred possibility of assembling the base body from the two wall elements consists in providing elongated connecting elements for connecting the two wall elements.
- Preferred elongated connecting elements are clamping sleeves hammered into corresponding holes, for example bores or punched holes, of the wall elements.
- Adapter sleeves are provided with a longitudinal slot and have an oversize sleeve, which can be driven into the holes while reducing the elastic diameter and sit there very firmly under their elastic tension.
- Further possibilities of elongated connecting elements are in particular bolts, rivets, screws or the like. However, it is also possible to weld the two wall elements to one another, for example by installing spacers.
- the elongated connecting elements can preferably also be used to support the wedge element to prevent movement away from the second jaw and / or to attach at least one of the two jaws to the connecting lock.
- the two wall elements are preferably of identical design. If the wall elements have holes for the connecting elements described, then these are preferably arranged in such a way that overall they lie essentially symmetrically with respect to a central plane bisecting the length of the respective wall element. In this way, you can use holes in the production of wall elements either as wall elements for one side or for the other side of the lock. It is then possible to use only a part of the holes for the introduction of connecting elements.
- the displaceability of the first and / or the second jaw in the longitudinal direction of the base body is favorable if the lock for frame profiles with different dimensions, measured parallel to the level of the formwork panel, or with a spacer bar between the adjacent frame profiles of the two formwork boards should be used.
- the end elements result in a hollow base body which is largely closed on all sides, which is favorable for reasons of rigidity and for protection against contamination of the spacing space.
- the wall elements and the end elements can be galvanized before assembly. This is cheaper than galvanizing with the base body already assembled, since cavities are poorly galvanized, especially with galvanizing. If the end elements protrude beyond the first long side of the base body, there are contact areas for aligning the lock on the formwork panels, as will become clearer below.
- connection lock according to the invention can be on all edges of formwork panels, in particular for clamping vertically one above the other closing formwork panels or formwork panels that adjoin one another horizontally. It can also be used in such a way that, apart from clamping two formwork panels together, it is supported with a part of its width on a first formwork panel and with another part of its width on a second formwork panel.
- the lock according to the invention creates optimal leverage when clamping and holding together the adjacent circuit boards.
- the invention further relates to an aligned clamping connection of at least two adjacent concrete frame formwork panels, characterized in that the frame formwork panels are clamped together by at least one connecting lock according to one of claims 1 to 18 or according to the preceding description.
- connection lock shown which could also be referred to as a directional lock or straightening clamp and is referred to below as lock 2 for brevity, essentially consists of an elongated base body 4, a fixed first jaw 6, a pivotable second jaw 8 and an elongated wedge element 10
- the base body 4 essentially consists of two identical wall elements 12 each with a U-shaped cross section (the open cross-sectional sides of which point away from each other), four clamping sleeves 16 hammered in by holes 14 in the wall elements 12 (which are filled with black circles of holes) are drawn), and two end-end elements 18, also with a U-shaped cross section or in the form of square tube sections.
- the base body 4 has the shape of an elongated hollow box, the end elements 18 being so inclined that a first longitudinal side 20 of the base body 4, which is to be described in more detail below, is longer than a second longitudinal side 22 of the base body 4, which is to be described in more detail below.
- the clamping sleeves 16 are mounted in such a way that the base sides of the U cross sections of the wall elements 12 are spaced between them, so that a spacing space 24 which is essentially rectangular in cross section is formed.
- the spacing space 24 receives a part of the first jaw 6, the second jaw 8 and the largest part of the wedge element 10.
- the rest of the first jaw 6 and the second jaw 8 protrude from the spacing space 24 on the first longitudinal side 20 of the base body 4 already mentioned.
- the wedge element 10, spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the base body 4 has an extension 26 at each of its end regions, which protrudes from the spacing space 24 on the second longitudinal side 22 of the base body 4 already mentioned, which is parallel and opposite the first longitudinal side 20.
- the extensions 26 are, transversely to the longitudinal direction of the base body 4 and particularly well visible in Fig. 3, so widened that the inner surface of the widening on the second longitudinal side 22 can be offset, so that the wedge element 10 no further in the space 24 and so that it can move onto the jaws 6, 8 as shown in the figures.
- the length of the wedge element 10 is much shorter than the length of the base body 4; in the illustrated embodiment, it is approximately 1/3 the length of the base body 4.
- the free legs of the U-profile of the end elements 18 are connected to the base legs of the U-profiles of the wall elements 12 after the galvanizing of these four components, preferably by screws or rivets 28.
- the first jaw 6 has - seen in the view of FIGS. 1 and 2 and roughly speaking - L-shaped shape with a horizontal leg 6a, a vertical leg 6b and a bent nose 6c at the end of the leg 6b.
- the horizontal leg 6a is fastened with two clamping sleeves 16 between the two wall elements 12.
- the second jaw 8 has a triangular shape - also seen in the view of FIGS. 1 and 2 - with a cranked nose 8c in the end region of the protrusion from the spacing space 24.
- the second jaw 8 is with an adapter sleeve 16 on the two Wall elements 12 are fixed in such a way that they can pivot about the described clamping sleeve 16 as axis 30 with a corresponding hole, which has sufficient clearance for this.
- the end region 8a of the second jaw 8 opposite the nose 8c is in sliding contact in the spacing space 24 with a wedge surface 32 of the wedge element 10.
- the two jaws 6, 8 and the wedge element 10, the latter with the exception of the extensions 26, are overall plate-shaped with a thickness such that they just fit into the space 24.
- the shape of the wedge element 10 can be described as - roughly speaking - reversed U-shaped with an extension 34 projecting upward in the right end region.
- the opposite longitudinal side 38 of the wedge element 10 that is to say at the bottom in FIGS. 1 and 2, runs parallel to the second longitudinal side 22 of the base body 4, where the extensions 26 protrude, over its central, largest part, which is located in the spacing space 24.
- This long side 38 is supported against an adapter sleeve 16 located there between the two wall elements 12.
- the wedge element 10 is "locked” between the second longitudinal side 22, with which the widened extensions 26 interact, and the clamping sleeve 16 described last, but is free for movement in the longitudinal direction of the base body 4.
- the wedge element 10 can neither move towards nor away from the first longitudinal side 20. In addition, no tilting movements are possible.
- the two wall elements 12 furthermore each have a second row of holes 14 in the vicinity of their second longitudinal side 22 and parallel thereto, which are symmetrical to the described central plane. Of these holes 14, only the pair of holes on the right in FIGS. 1 and 2 is used for the clamping sleeve 16 described, which cooperates with the longitudinal side 38 of the wedge element 10. Since all holes 14 are symmetrical about the described central plane 40, the two wall elements 12 can be made identically.
- the first formwork panel 42 has a first frame profile 46, which runs along an edge of the formwork panel
- the second formwork Panel 44 has a second frame profile 48 which runs along a formwork panel edge.
- the frame profiles 46, 48 are provided on the adjacent edges of the two formwork panels 42, 44 and have sides 50 facing away from one another.
- the frame profiles 46, 48 are designed as hollow profiles, which can be thought of as originating from an essentially rectangular hollow profile by producing a channel-like, trapezoidal depression 52 in each case. At the bottom of the depressions 52, the two otherwise spaced profile walls lie flat against one another.
- the depressions 52 in FIGS. 1 and 2 each merge into the non-recessed frame profile with an edge 54 and 56 running in the longitudinal direction of the frame profiles 46, 48, respectively.
- the end region 8a of the second jaw 8 located in the spacing space 24 is located within the recess 36; the nose 8c projects essentially vertically upwards.
- the second jaw 8 is at least essentially fixed by the recess 36.
- the wedge element 10 is then moved to the right by hammer blows on the left extension 26.
- the first jaw 6 comes with its nose 6c in contact with the described edge 54 of the first frame profile 46.
- the end comes region 8a of the second jaw 8 from the recess 36 and slides along the wedge surface 32.
- FIG. 1 shows the closed state in which the nose 8c of the second jaw engages with the described edge 56 of the second frame profile 48.
- the two formwork panels 42, 44 are clamped together in alignment, on the one hand in the right-left direction in FIGS. 1 and 2 and on the other hand aligned on the first longitudinal side 20 of the base body 4.
- the second frame profile is inclined in the corner space between the first frame profile and the first long side 20 of the base body 4.
- the lock is released in reverse by hammer blows from right to left onto the right extension.
- the wedge element 10 is also "locked” in the longitudinal direction by the clamping sleeve 16 assigned to it and the extensions 26.
- the lock 2 is released or opened by hammer blows from right to left onto the right extension 26.
- the extension 34 of the wedge element 10 abuts the end region 8a of the second jaw 8, the latter is pivoted increasingly clockwise and thereby inevitably into the open position brought in accordance with FIG. In this state, the wedge element 10 and the second jaw hold each other without these parts rattling loosely until the lock is used again, as described above, to clamp circuit boards together.
- the lugs 6c, 8c engage in the depressions 52, there is a positive locking.
- the lugs 6c and 8c essentially have only Line contact (these lines of contact extending perpendicular to the plane of the drawing in FIGS. 1 and 2) with the frame profiles 46, 48.
- the frame profiles 46, 48 are clamped together at an optimally large distance from the concreting side of the formwork panels 42, 44.
- the end regions of the base body 4 act as a lock against forces that tend to arch upwards through the drawn formwork panel pair 42, 44 in the drawing plane of FIGS. 1 and 2. In this respect, it is favorable if the base body 4 has a length that is sufficiently large for this.
- the end elements 18 protrude a little from the formwork panels 42, 44. This results in contact surfaces 62, in particular for transverse profiles 58, which run a bit in front of the plane of the drawing in FIGS. 1 and 2 transversely to the frame profiles 46, 48 . This can be seen in FIG. 3, where such a transverse profile 58 and the protrusion 60 of a closing element 18 are shown.
- the one described Contact surface 62 of the projection 60 lies in the same plane as the upper end plane of the jaws 6, 8 in FIGS. 1 and 2.
- the lock 2 is preferably placed at a point on the frame profiles 46, 48 where a cross profile 58 extends at least in one of the two formwork panels 42, 46, as shown in FIG. 3.
- the first long side 20 is then supported with one of the two wall elements 12 on the transverse profile 58.
- the first long side 20 of the other wall element 12 is supported on the flat rear sides of the frame profiles 46, 48.
- the lock can also be placed in the area of frame circuit board corners, so that edge frame profiles of the frame formwork panels, which run at right angles to the encompassed frame profiles, assume the role of the cross profiles 58 described. If the flanges of the wall elements are wide enough, the lock can even be supported on two other adjacent circuit boards.
- the lock 2 does not necessarily have to be placed in places of the type described. Even the contact of only the flat rear sides of the frame profiles 46, 48 on the first long side 20 of the base body 4 ensures that the two formwork panels 42, 44 are clamped together with sufficient firmness, even if they are not as resilient as previously described. In addition, there are situations in which the stiffening profiles of the formwork panels 42, 44 run parallel to the frame profiles 46, 48, on which the lock 2 can be supported with the end regions of the first longitudinal side 20.
- the lock 2 can be used for situations in which FIGS. 1 and 2 represent a horizontal section as well as in situations in which FIGS. 1 and 2 represent a vertical section.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a frame formwork connecting lock for aligning the clamping of two adjacent concrete frame formwork panels with the rear reaching around the adjacent frame profiles of the two panels and engaging on the sides of the two frame profiles facing away from one another; with a base body; a first jaw provided on the base body for engaging on the side of a frame profile of the one panel facing away from the panel edge; a second jaw movably attached to the base body for engaging on the side of a frame profile of the second panel facing away from the panel edge; and one, movable wedge element acting between the base body and the second jaw, characterized in that the second jaw is pivotably attached to the base body about an axis which is at least substantially parallel to the direction of extension of the profiles to be gripped, and in that the wedge element is arranged with a transverse to the axis of the second jaw extending driving direction is provided such that when the wedge element is driven in, the second jaw is pivoted about its axis in the closing direction.
The connection lock according to the invention enables particularly convenient working. The wedge element is driven, usually by hammer blows, in a direction transverse to the direction of extension of the encompassed frame profiles, so that there is no tendency for the lock to slide along the frame profiles. In the most common case, when the lock encloses two adjacent vertically running frame profiles, the hammer blows are to be guided essentially horizontally, so that work can also be carried out comfortably at a height of, for example, 2 m without climbing up to the lock. The driving direction is preferably such that the hammer blows the first jaw in contact with the frame profile of the first panel. The lock can be attached to almost any location on the frame profiles, but it is preferred to attach it to a location where at least one of the two adjacent frame formwork panels has a cross profile extending between parallel frame profiles or an edge frame profile running at right angles to the encompassed frame profiles is.
According to a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the base body has two elongated wall elements which are connected at a mutual spacing and that the first jaw, the second jaw and the wedge element are in each case partly arranged in the spacing space and partly protrude therefrom . This leads to a particularly compact lock which is also inexpensive to manufacture. It is pointed out that the base body can consist of individual parts which are connected to one another during manufacture, but can also be made in one piece, for example; the latter possibility should also be included in the term "connected wall elements".
It is further preferred if the two jaws protrude from the spacing space on a first longitudinal side of the wall elements and the wedge element protrudes from the spacing space on at least one extension, preferably two extensions, on an opposite, second longitudinal side of the wall elements. The extension or extensions of the wedge element can be conveniently attacked to drive in and release the wedge element. In addition, this results in the favorable possibility of making the wedge element shorter than the base body in the longitudinal direction of the lock. It is particularly favorable to widen the extension or the extensions to a width that exceeds the free distance between the two wall elements. This results in a positive locking of the wedge element against movement on the first long side.
A particularly preferred possibility of assembling the base body from the two wall elements consists in providing elongated connecting elements for connecting the two wall elements. Preferred elongated connecting elements are clamping sleeves hammered into corresponding holes, for example bores or punched holes, of the wall elements. Adapter sleeves are provided with a longitudinal slot and have an oversize sleeve, which can be driven into the holes while reducing the elastic diameter and sit there very firmly under their elastic tension. Further possibilities of elongated connecting elements are in particular bolts, rivets, screws or the like. However, it is also possible to weld the two wall elements to one another, for example by installing spacers.
The elongated connecting elements can preferably also be used to support the wedge element to prevent movement away from the second jaw and / or to attach at least one of the two jaws to the connecting lock.
There are a number of options for preventing movement of the wedge element away from the second jaw, in particular when driving in the wedge element. The possibility of using at least one of the connecting elements for this has already been mentioned, wherein the support can take place either on an outer surface of the wedge element or on a slot of the wedge element. The wedge element can also be supported on any other area of the base body. Functionally, it just comes to the fact that the wedge element is supported on a part or area of the base body serving as an abutment when driving in, when it has to exert the force for pivoting the second jaw in the closing direction on the second jaw.
In the interest of rational production, the two wall elements are preferably of identical design.
Further aspects of the invention are specified in claims 9 to 18, further explanations of these aspects being given in part in the description of a preferred exemplary embodiment which follows below and in part now subsequently.
The displaceability of the first and / or the second jaw in the longitudinal direction of the base body is favorable if the lock for frame profiles with different dimensions, measured parallel to the level of the formwork panel, or with a spacer bar between the adjacent frame profiles of the two formwork boards should be used.
The end elements result in a hollow base body which is largely closed on all sides, which is favorable for reasons of rigidity and for protection against contamination of the spacing space. The wall elements and the end elements can be galvanized before assembly. This is cheaper than galvanizing with the base body already assembled, since cavities are poorly galvanized, especially with galvanizing. If the end elements protrude beyond the first long side of the base body, there are contact areas for aligning the lock on the formwork panels, as will become clearer below.
It is expressly emphasized that at least some of the
The connection lock according to the invention can be on all edges of formwork panels, in particular for clamping vertically one above the other closing formwork panels or formwork panels that adjoin one another horizontally. It can also be used in such a way that, apart from clamping two formwork panels together, it is supported with a part of its width on a first formwork panel and with another part of its width on a second formwork panel. The lock according to the invention creates optimal leverage when clamping and holding together the adjacent circuit boards.
The invention further relates to an aligned clamping connection of at least two adjacent concrete frame formwork panels, characterized in that the frame formwork panels are clamped together by at least one connecting lock according to one of claims 1 to 18 or according to the preceding description.
- Figur 1 eine Seitenansicht eines Verbindungsschlosses, angebracht an zwei teilweise dargestellten Schalungstafeln, gesehen in Erstreckungsrichtung der benachbarten Rahmenprofile der Schalungstafeln, und zwar im Schließzustand des Verbindungsschlosses;

The connection lock shown, which could also be referred to as a directional lock or straightening clamp and is referred to below as
The free legs of the U-profile of the
The two
The two
56 in das unvertiefte Rahmenprofil über.1 and 2, a left, first formwork panel 42 and a right, second formwork panel 44 can be seen. The first formwork panel 42 has a
In the fully opened state, the
There are optimal leverage ratios. 1 and 2, the frame profiles 46, 48 are clamped together at an optimally large distance from the concreting side of the formwork panels 42, 44. In contrast to forces which tend to arch the drawn formwork panel pair 42, 44 downward in the drawing plane of FIGS. The end regions of the
The
The
