Definitions
- the invention relates to a toe piece according to the first part of claim 1.
- a toe piece according to the first part of claim 1 is described in AT-A2-368 396. Although this toe piece has proven itself in practice, the gear ratio with which the force exerted on the sole holder when the skier falls backwards to compress the compression spring is already determined by the dimensions of the toe piece. Due to the arrangement of intermediate levers, which are provided between the lever arms of the compensating lever and the angle levers, the force to be applied by the compensating lever to the angle lever can be kept as low as possible, but there is no direct influence on the compensating lever via the compression spring.
- the object of the invention is to eliminate these disadvantages and to provide a toe piece in which the above-mentioned transmission ratio can be changed within relatively wide limits and in a simple arrangement of power transmission elements.
- the solution specified in claim 2 has the advantage of a simple structure and a slight change in the known toe piece.
- the object of claim 3 enables a reliable mounting of the compensating lever on the pull rod in a simple manner.
- the structure of the toe is more compact, which additionally results in a favorable power transmission from the sole holder via the pressure pin to the compensation lever.
- the front jaw is designated 1 in its entirety. It has an approximately angular support body 2 in side view, of which one leg 2a forms a tread plate and the other leg 2b extends vertically to the top of the ski and carries a spring housing 3 which extends towards the ski tip.
- an axis 4 is fastened in the leg 2b and runs in the direction of the ski.
- an angle lever 5 is mounted on this axis 4.
- the leg 5a of the angle lever 5, which runs parallel to the upper side of the ski, is fork-shaped and, with the two fork prongs, comprises the head 6a of an adjusting screw 6, the lower end of which is guided in a bore 2c of the leg 2a.
- a sole holder 7 with a threaded bore is screwed onto the set screw 6. Furthermore, the Leg 2a of the support body 2 at a lateral distance from the vertical longitudinal center plane of the toe 1 two vertical axes 8, on which angle levers 9 are mounted, which serve to hold the sole of the shoe of a shoe to be inserted in the toe. Rollers 14 are mounted in the angle levers 9, which reduce the friction between the shoe sole and the angle lever 9 to be deflected when triggered laterally
- a compression spring 10 is accommodated, which runs in the longitudinal direction of the ski and is penetrated by a pull rod 11.
- This carries a support plate 12 at its end adjacent to the ski boot.
- a tension toward the ski tip is exerted on this support plate 12 by the compression spring 10.
- a compensating lever 13 is arranged between the support plate 10 and the two angle levers 9. The plate 12 rests on one side of the compensating lever 13, whereas the other side of the compensating lever 13 bears on the one hand at the ends of the two angle levers 9 and on the other hand on the other leg 5b of the angle lever 5.
- the two ends of the angle lever 9 are pressed by the compression spring 10 against the leg 2b of the support body 2 which runs perpendicular to the upper side of the ski.
- the pull rod 11 passes through a bore 2d in the vertically extending leg 2b of the support body 2, and an oblique bore 13a in the compensating lever 13. Due to the last-mentioned oblique bore 13a, the compensating lever 13 can be pivoted without tilting within a predetermined range due to the bevel and the ample play Angle relative to the tie rod 11 possible.
- the toe 1 ' differs from the first embodiment inter alia in that the supporting body 2' and the spring housing are formed in one piece. Furthermore, the sole holder 7 'itself is designed as an angle lever, the forked one leg on an axis 7'a on the support body 2' is pivotally mounted. The axis 7'a is arranged in an approach 2'e of the support body 2 '.
- the two angle levers 9 ' which serve to hold the shoe sole on the side, sit on a common axis 9'a.
- the compensating lever 13 ' is housed inside the support body 2'. It is acted upon by two pressure pins 20 and 21 which are guided in recesses in the support body 2 'which run in the axial direction.
- the upper pressure pin 20 is located on a cam 7'b of the sole holder 7 ', whereas the lower pressure pin 21 carries a plate 22 which comes to rest on two cams 9'b of the angle lever 9'.
- the support body 2 ' also has a bore 23 in which a piston 24 is guided, which is acted upon by a coil spring 10'.
- the front of the piston 24 carries a groove 24 a in the ski transverse direction, in which a cross-sectionally semicircular rib 13 ′ a of the compensating lever 13 ′ intervenes.
- a bevel 24b adjoins the groove 24a.
- the two angle levers 9 ' are hinged together in the manner of a hinge which is mounted on the axis 9'a. 25 is a spacer sleeve, which defines the distance between the two angle levers 9 'relative to the support body 2'
- the operation of the toe 1 ' is similar to that of the first embodiment.
- one of the two angle levers 9 ' is pivoted outwards.
- the sole holder 7' is pivoted counterclockwise.
- the upper pressure pin 20 is shifted towards the ski tip, which causes the compensating lever 13 to pivot and thus compression of the coil spring 10.
- the invention is not tied to the exemplary embodiments shown in the drawing and described above. Rather, various modifications thereof are possible without leaving the scope of the invention.
- the recesses for the two pins which extend in the axial direction of the front jaw, can also be arranged higher or lower than shown within certain limits by the designer in order to vary the ratio of the two lever arms of the compensating lever.

The invention relates to a toe piece (1), consisting of a housing (3, 3 '), which is also provided with a support body (2), in which at least two angle levers (9, 9') lying on the shoe sole of a shoe to be inserted have at least a vertical axis (8,9'a) are rotatably mounted, from a sole hold-down (7,7 ') and from a compression spring (10,10'), which is housed in the housing (3,3 ') and with the interposition of a compensating lever (13, 13 ') holds both the two angle levers (9, 9') and the sole hold-down (7, 7 ') in the driving position, the compensating lever (13, 3') the transmission ratio between that of the compression spring (10, 10 ') on the sole hold-down (7,7') and the force acting on the two angle levers (9,9 '). In order to be able to change the transmission ratio within relatively wide limits and in a simple arrangement of power transmission elements, the invention provides that the compensating lever (13, 13 ') designed as a two-armed lever rests on a component (12, 24) which is supported by the compression spring ( 10,10 ') is immediately applied.
Description
The invention relates to a toe piece according to the first part of claim 1.
A toe piece according to the first part of claim 1 is described in AT-A2-368 396.
The object of the invention is to eliminate these disadvantages and to provide a toe piece in which the above-mentioned transmission ratio can be changed within relatively wide limits and in a simple arrangement of power transmission elements.
Starting from a toe piece according to the first part of claim 1, this object is achieved by the characterizing part of this claim. Because the compensating lever rests on a component which is acted upon directly by the compression spring, the gear ratio can be varied by the designer to a large extent.

It has an approximately
In the
Die von den beiden Winkelhebeln 9 bei einer seitlichen Auslösung zu leistende Federarbeit wird dadurch reduziertIn the driving position of the front jaw 1, all parts of the same take the position shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. If the skier falls down during the ride, one of the 1 and 2 to the right and a compression of the
The toe 1 'according to FIGS. 3 and 4 differs from the first embodiment inter alia in that the supporting body 2' and the spring housing are formed in one piece. Furthermore, the sole holder 7 'itself is designed as an angle lever, the forked one leg on an axis 7'a on the support body 2' is pivotally mounted. The axis 7'a is arranged in an approach 2'e of the support body 2 '. The two angle levers 9 ', which serve to hold the shoe sole on the side, sit on a common axis 9'a. The compensating lever 13 'is housed inside the support body 2'. It is acted upon by two
The operation of the toe 1 'is similar to that of the first embodiment. In the case of a pure fall of the skier, one of the two angle levers 9 'is pivoted outwards. However, when the skier is traveling, there is a fall backwards, the sole holder 7' is pivoted counterclockwise. As a result, however, the
The invention is not tied to the exemplary embodiments shown in the drawing and described above. Rather, various modifications thereof are possible without leaving the scope of the invention. For example, in the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4, the recesses for the two pins, which extend in the axial direction of the front jaw, can also be arranged higher or lower than shown within certain limits by the designer in order to vary the ratio of the two lever arms of the compensating lever.
