Description

The invention relates to an X-ray diagnostic system with an X-ray image intensifier, in which a hood is resiliently mounted on all sides of the housing of the X-ray image intensifier in front of its fluorescent input screen, which acts on a number of switching devices which are arranged such that a switch actuation both in the direction of the fluorescent screen area as well as perpendicular to it and in each intermediate direction acting forces on the hood, a ring is attached to the X-ray image intensifier housing, which carries several staggered switching devices, the actuators of which are resiliently pressed against the inner wall of the hood.

An X-ray diagnostic system of this type is described in DE-OS 33 43 924. In the case of this X-ray diagnostic system, the switching means, in the event of an impact, switch off the drive motor for the adjustment of the X-ray image intensifier, so that damage is prevented. Each switching device has a switching lever which is pivotally connected to the ring about an approximately perpendicular and a radial to the entrance fluorescent axis and acts on two switches whose actuation directions coincide with these axes or are parallel to them. The structure of the switching device is accordingly complicated.

The invention has for its object to simplify an X-ray diagnostic system of the type mentioned with regard to the design of the switching device compared to the prior art.

This object is achieved in that each switching device has at least one pivotable about a tangential to the ring or parallel to a tangent axis lever which actuates a switch with one end and with its other end at an oblique angle on a slope bears against the inner surface of the hood in such a way that it is actuated when the hood is pressed. In the X-ray diagnostic system according to the invention, the actuating lever of each switching device is only pivoted about a single axis. It is swiveled securely on the hood within the force directions to switch off the drive motor for the X-ray image intensifier.

The hood can be held centrally by wires which are resilient in their longitudinal direction and which run tangentially to the ring and are fastened to the ring. Accordingly, it can be deflected from its central position when hitting an obstacle and returns to this position due to the resiliently arranged wires. A particularly simple attachment of the ring to the housing of the X-ray image intensifier is possible if a tensioning band is assigned to the ring, by means of which knobs can be pressed against the outside of the X-ray image intensifier housing.

  • Fig. 1 eine Röntgendiagnostikanlage zur Erläuterung des Erfindungsgedankens,
  • Fig. 4 einen Ausschnitt IV aus der Figur 2.
The invention is explained below with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawing. Show it:
  • 1 is an X-ray diagnostic system for explaining the inventive concept,
  • 2 and 3 show two views of a detail of the X-ray diagnostic system according to FIG. 1 which is essential for the invention, and
  • 4 shows a section IV from FIG. 2.

Die Röntgenröhre 1 wird von einem Röntgengenerator 9 gespeist.1 shows an x-ray tube 1, the radiation of which emerges from a primary radiation diaphragm 2 and shines through a patient 4 lying on a couch 3. Images are generated on the input fluorescent screen 5a of an X-ray image intensifier 5, which images are recorded by a television camera 6 on the output fluorescent screen of the X-ray image intensifier 5 and are displayed on a monitor 8 via a television center 7. The x-ray tube 1 is fed by an x-ray generator 9.

The X-ray image intensifier 5 is seated in a holder 10, which is adjustable relative to the patient bed 3 by a motor 11. On the housing of the X-ray image intensifier 5, a hood 12 is resiliently mounted in front of its fluorescent screen 5a coaxially to the X-ray image intensifier 5, which acts on a number of switching devices, which are explained in more detail in connection with FIGS Direction of the fluorescent screen surface and perpendicularly acting on the hood 12 forces. Accordingly, the motor 11 is stopped in each practically occurring case of the hood 12 abutting the patient 4 or the patient couch 3.

Figures 2 to 4 show that the hood 12 encloses a ring 13 attached to the X-ray image intensifier housing. The ring 13 can be screwed to the X-ray image intensifier housing or can also be clamped on the X-ray image intensifier housing with the aid of a tensioning band by pressing knobs against the outside of the X-ray image intensifier housing. The ring 13 carries five switching devices 15 to 19, each offset by 72 ° from one another. The construction of the switching devices 15 to 19 is shown with reference to the switching device 15 in FIG.

The switching device 15 has two microswitches 20, 21 attached to the ring 13, which can be actuated by an angled plate 22. The plate 22 in turn can be actuated by a lever 23 which can be pivoted about an axis 23a lying parallel to a tangent to the ring 13. The lever 23 presses with its one end 24 from above against a shoulder 25 of the plate 22, which in turn presses the actuators of the switches 20, 21 in the idle state. At the other end 26 of the lever 23, a roller 27 is mounted, with which the lever 23 is pressed resiliently against the inside of the hood 12. The roller 27 is assigned a slope 28 on the inside of the hood 12.

A force acts on the hood 12 which is perpendicular to the radiation entry surface, so be the bevel 28 moves the lever 23 somewhat clockwise so that it releases the actuators of the switches 20, 21 via the plate 22, whereby the drive motor 11 is switched off.

If a force acts on the hood 12 at an angle to the radiation input surface, the lever 23 is also pivoted via the roller 27 in the direction described to interrupt the engine.

Figures 3 and 4 show that with a particularly simple structure, a safe switch actuation with forces on the hood 12 takes place within a range of about 180 ° (hemisphere).

From Figure 3 it can be seen that the lever 23 is angled at an obtuse angle so that the described, safe switch actuation takes place. The switching devices 16 to 19 are constructed in the same way as the switching device 15.

It can also be seen from FIG. 4 that the hood 12 is held centrally by wires which are resiliently mounted in their longitudinal direction, one of which is shown and designated 29. These wires 29 etc. run tangentially to the ring 13 and are attached to it.
