Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1.The invention relates to a device according to the preamble of patent claim 1.

Eine Reinigungseinrichtung für einen Zwischenbildträger bei einem nach dem elektrofotografischen Prinzip arbeitenden Druck- oder Kopiergerät ist z.B. aus der DE-PS 27 06 599 bekannt. Die Reinigungseinrichtung besteht dabei aus einer Bürste, einer Abzughaube und einer Abstreifkammer und in einem in der Abstreifkammer laufenden Schieber. Der Schieber ist dabei an einem Seil befestigt. Dieses Seil läuft mit einem Abschnitt in der Abstreifkammer und tritt jeweils an den Breitseiten der Abstreifkammer abgedichtet durch Dichtungen, aus dieser aus. Außerhalb der Abstreifkammer sind zwei Rollen angeordnet, über die das Seil läuft. Der andere Aschnitt des Seiles verläuft außerhalb der Abstreifkammer. Ein wesentliches Problem bei derartigen Reinigungsvorrichtungen besteht in der Abdichtung des Toner enthaltenden Bereiches, wobei die Gefahr besteht, das Toner an dem Zugseil des Betätigungselementes haften bleibt und somit nach außen dringt. Um diese Gefahr zu verringern werden bei derartigen Einrichtungen im allgemeinen glatte und runde Zugseile verwendet, die ein leichteres Abdichten der Toner enthaltenden Bereiche ermöglichen. Erfindungsgemäß weist die Seilrolle auf ihrer Mantelfläche Führungsrillen für das Zugseil auf, die in mehreren Gängen links- oder rechtsgängig verlaufen. Die Seilrolle ist über ein Gewinde auf einer ortsfesten Drehachse angeordnet, wobei das Gewinde auf der Drehachse die gleiche Charakteristik nach Richtung Steigung hat, wie die Führungsrollen. Dadurch wird während der Bewegung der Seilrolle das Zugseil durch die Dichtungen des abgedichteten Bereiches in einem konstanten Winkel geradlinig geführt. Während des Auf- und Abroll-Vorganges des Zugseiles auf der Seilrolle kann es zu keinem Versatz des Seiles an den Verdichtungen kommen, wodurch das Seil lecksicher durch die Dichtungen geführt werden kann. Eine Reinigungseinrichtung für einen Zwischenbildträger bei einem nach dem elektrostatischen Prinzip arbeitenden Druck- oder Kopiergerät wie es z.B. im Prinzip nach der DE-PS 27 06 599 beschrieben ist, enthält eine einseitig offene Abstreifkammer AK in deren offene Seite eine hier nicht dargestellte Reinigungsbürste für eine Fotoleitertrommel des Druckgerätes ragt. Die Reinigungsbürste dient dazu, von der Fotoleitertrommel des Druckers den Toner zu entfernen und in der Abstreifkammer AK abzulagern. Zu diesem Zwecke befindet sich in der Abstreifkammer AK ein Schieber SH der über ein Seil S hin- und herbewegt werden kann und der die in der Abstreifkammer AK abgelagerten Tonerreste Absaugöffnungen OF zuführt. Die Abstreifkammer AK muß dabei absolut tonerdicht abgeschlossen sein, so daß in den umgebenden Antriebsbereich kein Tonerstaub dringen kann. Zu diesem Zwecke sind die Durchgangsöffnungen Do des Seiles S im Bereich der Abstreifkammer AK mit doppelten Dichtungen D versehen, die das kunststoffummantelte Stahlseil S nahezu staubdicht umschließen. Das Seil S ist dabei auf die Mantelfläche einer motorisch angetriebenen Seilrolle SR aufgewickelt. Als Gegenhalterung dient eine Umlenkrolle U, die das aus der Abstreifkammer AK austretende Seil umlenkt und hinter der Abstreifkammer wieder der Mantelfläche der Seilrolle SR zuführt. An diesem außerhalb der Abstreifkammer AK verlaufenden Teil des Seiles S befindet sich ein Fühlelement F, das z.B. aus einem Magneten besteht und das hier nicht dargestellte Schalter für einen Antriebsmotor M steuert. Die Funktion derartiger Schalter in Verbindung mit dem Antriebsmotor wird in der DE-PS 27 06 599 im Detail beschrieben. Der Antriebsmotor M greift über ein Getriebe G über einen Stift ST in die Seilrolle SR ein. Durch diese Bewegung wird beim Aufwickeln des Seilabschnittes SB in Folge des Innengewindes IG des Gewindebolzens B die Seilrolle SR nach oben wegbewegt, wobei die Gewindeneigung und der Umfang der Seilrolle SR so abgestimmt ist, daß das Seil S durch die Durchgangsöffnung Do der Abstreifkammer AK immer geradelinig verläuft. Dadurch kann es zu keinem winkeligen Versatz des Seiles zwischen der Seilrolle SR und der Durchgangsöffnung Do des Seilabschnittes SB kommen. Daraus resultiert ist ein vollständig dichter Abschluß der Abstreifkammer AK durch die Dichtung D. Weiters kann durch die Führungsrillen FR das Seil und damit der Schieber SH sehr exakt positioniert werden. Eventuell doch an dem Seil anhaftender Toner der sich in den Führungsrillen ablagern könnte, wird mit Hilfe von zwei Abschabkanten AS entfernt, die mit ihren Spitzen ASK in die Führungsrillen eingreifen. Eine derartige Abschabekante AS entfernt befindet sich auch im Bereich der Umlenkrolle U. Die Hin-und Herbewegung wird in hier nicht im einzelnen dargestellter Weise dadurch gesteuert, daß das Fühlelement F zwischen zwei die Anschlagposition des Schiebers SH definierenden Schaltern, die mit dem Motor M verbunden sind aktiviert. Device for driving actuating elements (SH) moveable in air-tight areas (AK) of non-mechanical printing or copying machines with the aid of a cable roller (SR), which is arranged outside the air-tight areas (AK), around which a traction cable is wound, and which is motor-driven via a traction cable (S) attached to the actuating elements (SH), characterized in that the cable roller (SR) has on its lateral surface guide grooves (FR) for the traction cable (S), which run left-handed or right-handed in several turns, the cable roller (SR) being arranged via a thread on a fixed axis of rotation (B), which thread has the same characteristic in relation to direction and pitch as the guide grooves (FR), so that during the movement of the cable roller (SR) the traction cable (S) is guided in as straight a line as possible at a constant angle through seals (D) of the air-tight area (AK).
2. Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the motor (M) engages in the cable roller (SR) via a drive pin (ST).
3: Device according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the cable roller (SR) consists of thermoplastic plastic.
4. Device according to Claim 3, characterized in that the traction cable (S) consists of plastic-coated steel.
5. Device according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the traction cable (S) is fixed on the lateral surface of the cable roller (SR) via a clamping element (K).
6. Device according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that in order to enhance the receiving capacity of the cable roller (SR), the cable roller (SR) is arranged to be inclined at an angle to the direction of movement of the traction cable (S).
7. Device according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that, especially in connection with the use of the device in a cleaning station of non-mechanical printing or copying machines, scraping elements (AS) engaging in the guide grooves (FR) are provided for selfcleaning of the cable roller (SR).
